I've been using this hairdresser for15 years almost Typically does a good job Last time I went I took my granddaughter for a wash set and blow out and me to have my pixie length hair cut cut. While they were doing my hair they convinced my granddaughter that the curls looked good on her hair. She has 4c hair w it was pretty much just taken out of the rollers and made to look like she had curls well she needed that blow out. When I drop my granddaughter off my daughter says mom what's wrong with your neck She hands me a mirror and they have not cleaned up my neck mind you I have a pixie cut My daughter's boyfriend had to clean me up with his electric razor. Does not matter how reasonably priced the service is if you come out looking crazy

She does a great job but she’s Very unprofessional the order of operation states 10am-7pm I got to the salon at 2:15pm and she was closed no sign on the door gone for the day NOTHING. Mind you she has a phone but doesn’t answer it it’s to much for me I will take my business somewhere else

These aren't very friendly people at all!! It's as if she really doesn't want to do black hair. Strange considering her skin is as dark as mine and our hair looks identical. We are both black women. Her ancestors were just let off the slave ship at a different port. My hair was done fine though.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. I went here while visiting my mom in Charlotte. I went on a Monday morning right at 10:30am. This lady asks what I want I tell her a roller set, she says okay have a seat. I sit down she starts sweeping the floor mind you its 10:30 and she just opened 30mint ago. The amount of hair she was sweeping had to be from days before. She continues to sweep and carry on a conversation with a lady in the back who's not receiving service just having a long drawn out conversation. I wait about 20mint this still goes on I left and I will never go back. The customer service here is one the worst!
