*unnecessary and angry rant* Writing a review after I have been going here for YEARS. Feeling really angry about a cancellation charge despite the weather. I shoveled my entire driveway so I could make my wax appointment in time but couldn’t get the solid rock of snow at the end of my driveway cleared so I could leave. I have been seeing the same amazing esthetician (Olivia W) here for 5 years so I even reached out to her individually to apologize and reschedule for Tuesday. I understand a same day cancellation charge in 99% of circumstances but we live in the city of St. Louis where our residential streets don’t get treated or cleared. Whoever made this decision must live on a main road or in the county where they have the resources to clear the streets. Olivia W is the best, her waxes are painless and efficient and Killian W is a great massage therapist! I will continue to see them both but I am upset by the business practice of charging me ($35) a cancellation fee when I have never missed an appointment, I regularly send people their way, I am there every 5 weeks, OH AND stl experienced a blizzard a few days ago.

I am a first timer at Morganford spas on Watson and it did not disappoint. I've never had a facial and I have to say I will be back. Madelaine VanHoogstraat was amazing and very knowledgeable and professional. I ask a million questions and she answered every single one of them with patience and kindness. She has a very calm and soothing demeanor that let's you just slip away and feel on cloud 9. I had the Farmhouse fresh facial and bought several products. I left there with my face feeling amazing and fresh. I will definitely be back. I recommend Maddy all day long.

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Killian is! He has been my massage therapist for over a year. I just recently moved to a new state and it was a hard goodbye. Killian takes pride in his work and always shows up with a positive attitude. He is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are receiving the best massage. I didn’t want to write this review too soon and have other people take my spot LOL… but I truly recommend Killian. He’s the best!!

After a very stressful week, I was feeling so “blah.” I wanted to relax and feel more grounded. I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage with Thyme at the Tower Grove location. I’m sure I fell asleep a few times and afterwards I felt so much lighter. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

As a regular Pilates and yoga practitioner who values the mind-body connection, finding balance in both body and mind is essential for me. Juan at the Morganford location provided exactly that. He expertly relieved a stressed shoulder muscle and engaged in meaningful conversation that enhanced my experience. Juan's knowledge of holistic care is impressive. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment to feel relaxed and learn more. Highly recommended!

Facials are amazing. Wax is normal. Massage is ok but nothing special. I mostly go for facial. The 2 ladies Ive seen are easy to talk to, bedside manner is professional and comfortable, and I'm not offered unnecessary services. They clean the heck out of my pores without damaging my skin. The facility is clean and welcoming.

Had a largely good experience. Their bathroom needs some *work.* The toilet paper holder was falling out on both sides and there was glue running down the wall where there had been messy attempts to fix the issue. There were staffing shortages and I was asked to pay for my massage before receiving it. This made tipping tricky since I didn't have cash. I had to guess at how good the massage would be. That said, the massage itself was great. I would suggest being more educated about trans guests, including top surgery, and maybe not sharing with us about the Trump fans in your life! It's already so hard to feel safe for trans Missourians right now and that didn't help.

I recently visited their Tower Grove location for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and felt immediately at ease. As for the services themselves, I opted for a massage and it was fantastic. Rae was skilled and attentive, making sure to tailor the treatment to my specific needs and preferences! I also love that they offer local products to buy. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and got sick after our wedding. We came down here to relax and now need to leave early because we both do not feel well (we are fairly certain it's Covid). I called to ask the spa's opinion if we should cancel based on how we both feel. They stated we will be charged a fee for cancelling the same day. I asked if because we are both sick they could waive the fee. The man on the phone said he'd call me back after speaking with his manager. The man called me back 5 minutes later and stated they could waive half the service fee charge and do us a favor. I'm still not certain how that's doing "us a favor" when in reality we called them first looking for guidance, as we did not want to get others sick. We felt we were doing the right thing by letting them know. My husband and I asked to speak to a manager. The man on the phone said he would "message management" to see if they could give us a call. So far no one has called us back. We feel we were polite and upfront about not wanting to get others sick. However, now we're left with a pretty hefty fee charge for no services rendered. We didn't want to get sick on our honeymoon, and we would have wanted to enjoy this massage had we not been sick. Would they rather us to expose their staff and customers? We do not recommend Morgan Ford Massage. Look elsewhere.

Nice environment for a massage - comfortable table, relaxing music, dimmed lighting, and option for aroma therapy. Demonstrated concern for privacy when dressing and undressing. Masseuse was excellent. Very satisfied overall.

Pretty simple. don't keep charging people after their membership has gone unused for more than 3 months or even longer. they will not cancel a membership for you if you've let it slip under your radar. They will keep charging you for over a FULL YEAR of not actually using their services if you've forgotten. this money is nonrefundable and cannot be used on products, only services. please, never set up a membership with these people and let it slip your mind.

The service itself is *great* but they've changed something with their payment system recently and it's screwed up their autopay system. So you'll get these annoying text messages saying your payment can't be processed on a card you use in everyday life.

I’ve been coming here for 9 years and love the staff/ services offered. To be honest, the prices have climbed since fist joining. Regardless, you still get the same exceptional service so it feels fine to price adjust with the market. Their choice of body products in their retail section are too notch too! My preferred services are a 90 minute message or a herbal body scrub. If you get services done regularly then I suggest doing the membership- 100% worth it! You get a savings and some perks here and there.
