Leon was absolutely fantastic. I’m usually apprehensive of other dudes touching this body but he was just phenomenal. came in for back issues and he was able to address 100%. Fully recommend.

My experience at this location was extraordinary!! I accompanied my grandmother for her first ever professional massage I was the interpreter during this experience. When I say Karen took care of her with so much patience and respect I was very pleased with the way she treated us. And just overall the whole massage was amazing she spoke so gently and her hands felt like angel Hands commented my grandmother. I will be recommending my parents to get a massage there ! Thank you MorganFord Massage Team for your amazingly outstanding customer service it was beyond what I was expecting!

I'm not necessarily saying don't come here, but I am saying I do not recommend Sejla. I booked a 2 hour massage for my birthday. I had some injuries while in the Navy that I have some lingering pain from, and some tightness with it. I booked 2 hours with the idea of being able to have my problem areas addressed while also having the time to just relax and enjoy the massage, as like a birthday gift to me. When brought to the room, I was asked what I wanted, which I explained the above, and specified the areas verbally and pointed to the injured areas (left shoulder, left knee). I also said I have general office tightness (neck, lower-mid back). Sejla starts with my right leg. I don't know how long she worked on my right leg, but she maybe spent 1/5th of that amount of time on my left leg (the leg I injured). Same thing happened with my shoulders and back, so much more time was spent on my right side, even though I specified my problem areas on my left side beforehand, and indirectly reminded her of when she was working on my right leg. As for relaxing and enjoying? Nope. Most of the massage was a few minutes with her hands on me, then she would stop and get up to do.... something? I don't know exactly what was going on, but every time she'd be massaging me long enough for me to sink in to relaxing, she'd stop and do whatever she was doing. I think a couple times she washed her hands? I bathe pretty well, and did so right before I left the house for the appointment. Maybe that's me being self-conscious? I don't think she was heating oils because the oil wasn't particularly warm, I'd say room temp at best. I spent most of my massage trying to figure out what she was doing every few minutes when she'd get up and walk away. Sejla is extremely nice. But, as nice as she is, I was just unsatisfied with my experience. I'm giving two stars for her niceness, and not to penalize the business as a whole too badly. If I could give 2.5 stars to rate the massage half of my body got, I'd have done so for the laugh, but that’s not an option. Like it says above, I'm not saying don't come here. The vibe is nice and the people I interacted with are friendly. Just... try someone else.

The ambience could use some work - it’s an old house and that’s fine, charming even, but the paint was peeling off the wall in my room, it was very cluttered and the lighting was too bright to be relaxing. My bigger concern was the massage itself. Before we started, I was asked what pressure level I would like (medium). When the pressure applied was very light, I asked for it to increase. Her response was that she’s an esthetician who is certified to do only relaxation massage and isn’t trained on the trigger points and techniques like a massage therapist, so the level of pressure is ultimately up to her. At that point, I just decided I could either leave or take the 90 minutes to try and relax. I ended up taking a little nap - restful, but something I could have done at home instead of booking a “massage”.

My husband booked a massage on my birthday. I heard him ask at least twice if the appointment was confirmed and he was assured it was. Yet and still when I showed at 10:30 I was informed the appointment didn't exist and there was no one there to provide the service. Great birthday! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Had a couples massage done on Sunday and I must say it was the best EVER!! My girlfriend had Dustin(sp) and I had Ashley. The check in with Amy was seamless and Ashley was AWESOME!! It was my first experience with St Louis but it won't be my last!!!!

I had a gift card for a 2 hour massage, which I thought would be way too long. On the contrary, time flew by. Massage therapist Dustin was super attentive to my medical/physical issues and made the process comfortable. I left feeling amazing, relaxed but invigorated. I would definitely recommend him!

I had looked online for a massage for my friend and I for her birthday...but decided to invite other family members and friends so a Spa Party was created..there was 15 people total the space that was given to us appeared to be their lunchroom area...now given the entire party was 2,000.00 total which they provided sandwiches and juice AND each tec received 20.00 tip on top of the service that was beening provided...My assumption of the Spa Party would have been robes and plenty of room space for a party over 10 people.. plus my tecs was Not good.....unfortunately I will Not Be returning to Any of the Morganford Spas Nor referring Anybody to their establishments...

I was able to get in for a last minute massage. The booking process was so efficient and the staff were so kind. Karen did an outstanding job with the deep massage. I came in for a specific issue and she went out of her way to make sure to focus only on that area and providing major pain relief. I have gotten massages regularly for years, and I think this is the first time I haven’t had to request more pressure. Could not recommend more highly!

Ivory took the time to inquire about my specific massage needs and worked on the areas that I had pain in. Very informative, amazing pressure, pace and professionalism. The massages and facials were amazing. The soulard staff were very friendly and professional. My only issue was with booking the spa party itself There was a $12.00 party fee per guest, per cupcake order (that I cancelled because I refused to pay $38 for 4 cupcakes) I have no issue in paying for a service but when asking for an itemization of services that charge was not outlined in the services, in the signed contract or online. I questioned the coordinator she just repeated the charge. I didn't argue any further as to salvage the experience for my girls. Her response time was very slow, paying for the party difficult. Even so I still would recommend them just be sure you are aware of what you are paying for upfront.

Charley did my deep tissue massage. I always appreciate when masseuses really listen to what you have to say about where you need treatment. She was fabulous and made me feel so comfortable! The front desk staff, I think his name was Nick, was also so personable and really made sure our services were up to par. I love morgan ford and will absolutely be back

I was interested in booking with this company for a couples message. HOWEVER, the lady I spoke with was very rude and rushed me. She didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. Just gave off the wrong impression all together so I won’t be booking with this company. Sadly.
