I became a huge fan of hammam after my first experience in Turkey, and I've been searching for a place closer to home since that time. When I discovered this hammam was only 3 hours from home, I took a chance and made an appointment. All I can say is that I'm sad it took me so long to discover this spot and that it's 3 hours from my house. I would probably go at least monthly if it was closer! I spent quite a bit of my 4-hour treatment thinking how soon I could plan to come back. The hammam was amazing, and the massage was one of the best I've had in years. The facial was fine, but probably not something I'll do again. If you haven't had a hammam experience, do yourself a favor and visit here. Just be sure to bring bathing suit bottoms to wear during the experience so you can change back into something dry after.

Booked a Rhassoul and Argan oil massage. We visited once about a year ago and had an amazing experience. A lot change in a year!!! The service was awful!!! They were out of several supplies, took no care during the Rhassoul splashing water in our face and up our noses. The steam room was cold. We were told the temperature could not be changed. The clay made me itch but nobody knew what was in it. The lady at the desk who also did the service was curt and rude. Even getting an extra towel was like pulling teeth. Then they offered us the option of used shower shoes or lint ridden house shoes pulled out of a random drawer. In comparison to last year, the entire experience was rushed and incomplete. It was so bad I didn't even bother to continue with the massage. I highly recommend you skip this place. They should be shut down.

I had only ever been to a Turkish bath in Turkey and wanted to do something fun for Christmas w my husband- we got the elaf package and it was great! I’ve also had a facial here before (jasmine facial) and will be back again for sure.

I will not be going to another spa place after my experience here. This was easily the best spa experience I ever had especially on a budget. I took a risk booking a new place for my birthday and I was having a pretty cruddy birthday till I came here. The hammam was absolute bliss. I got the Sultan service. I was nervous that maybe the steam would be too hot, or the water may be too hot, or the scrubbing would be hard. It wasn't, it was perfect. and the massage was absolute perfection and they worked on all my problems spots. As long as this place is here, I'm not going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend.

While not as opulent as the ones I have frequented in the middle east, this is a wonderful experience. I feel so relaxed and clean afterwards. I encourage you to try it.

Wife and I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and Rhassoul for each. Both of our experiences with the Steam Bath and Rhassoul session were exceptional! Definitely worth a visit whenever we visit Columbus. Incredibly relaxing, from the body scrubbing to the water being poured over you. My massage experience was also exceptional. One of, if not the best massage I’ve had completed.

I received the basic Hammam and a 60-minute Deep Tissue massage. I had called and spoken with the receptionist, who booked me for the Rhassoul and a 60-minute Deep Tissue massage. After receiving the first portion of the spa, I thought about how it didn’t quite match up to the description of the Rhassoul. When I moved over to the massage room and was informed I was receiving a 45-minute Swedish and not what I had booked, I discovered that the receptionist had incorrectly written me down for the Sultan package—which includes 2 basic treatments. When I had arrived, the only question was, “Are you the 4:30?” I didn’t think I needed to follow-up with them to make sure they booked me correctly. After all, he had been the one to recommend the Rhassoul. Though the Hammam was absolutely lovely, I was incredibly disappointed to not get to experience the red clay and volcanic ash. (It had sounded fantastic!) The lady who provided the massage was able to change the 45 Swedish to the 60 Deep Tissue, but in the end, I was still charged full price for both even though they had booked me incorrectly and I did not receive a portion that I had been looking forward to. The massage rooms didn’t have any aromatherapy to add to the relaxation. It’s an excellent massage, but basic in the decoration and atmosphere. And—this is totally a personal opinion—it could definitely be enhanced by providing tea in between services. Morrocan tea is incredible, and it would have highlighted the experience with a few minutes to sit and relax before immediately moving on to the second portion of the spa. I will probably go back in a few months to try the Rhassoul, but I may pass on the massage next time. TL;DR: If you book with them, know you’re in for a treat! But, when you arrive, double-check what they booked you for.

LOVED the hammam. A totally different experience than anything I’ve done, but so refreshing! Employees are professional and do an amazing job. I will totally go again. (And my skin is softer than it has been probably since I was an infant)

I planned a trip here 2 weeks in advance. I booked the last available appointment for that particular day. I came 2.5 hours out of town to this appointment. Upon arrival, I was told I was not in the system. The lady at the desk didn't believe me and asked to see the information in my bank account where my deposit was taken. When I showed her the proof, she apologized and said she wouldn't be able to take me. She offered a different day but I told her I couldn't do a different day. She told me to come back at 3:30 and they would squeeze me in. When I arrived back at the spa 5 minutes prior to my new appointment, I waited for 10 minutes before I yelled to the back and asked for assistance. Someone came out and said hello and walked away. Another 15 minutes passed before I yelled back and someone came back to assist me. The front desk person "apologized " again, but with a smirk on her face. Very rude and horrible customer service. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

My body service was amazing. My facial was terrible. I specifically asked her to watch out for a burn on my forehead and she kept rubbing it until my scab fell off. The facial massage was not relaxing at all. The steam was left in for 15 minutes while my esthetician left the room and it was only on one side of my face. She also left the light on the entire facial. Facial massage was painful felt like I was being pinched.

We stopped in here while we were in town for a wedding to refresh and detox the next day. The whole experience of the mud, scrub and foam was lovely and we felt utterly relaxed for our flight. I would highly recommend the experience.
