I’ve been to the other location a few times for their spa, but I picked this location for dye services because I saw on the website that Michelle W. is a blonding specialist. And, boy, is she! I have naturally very dark brown hair with a lot of gray and I asked her to transform me to very light silver-blonde with some face-framing rose gold. She was so careful to preserve the integrity of my hair and had an unparalleled attention to detail. She has a forever-loyal client now!!

Hands down, best hair cut of my life by Fee. I have had anxiety with haircuts since I was 13 years old(im 34 now). I have tried several hair stylists who claim they can do curly hair, and have never been satisfied. I walked into my appointment with Fee today with my own personal bottle of gel, and requested a simple trim. Fee didn’t pressure me at all to do anything I didn’t want to do. But it didn’t take long for me to completely trust her direction, and put my crappy bottle of personal gel away. I have never been more satisfied with a cut and style that I’ve never tried before, but am obsessed with. I highly recommend this hair salon, as well as Fee for anyone with curly hair, anxiety, or both.

I recently had a wash, blowout, styling, and haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was incredibly professional and I absolutely loved her style and personality. I was so excited to try this place to get my hair done. I was looking forward to it for weeks. I made my appointment for a basic color/trim. I get to my appointment and was only booked for a haircut only??? I was so disappointed. The girl I made my appointment with over the phone even asked how long my hair was for the color so I’m not sure how it changed to just a haircut. Maybe I’ll try them again in the future but it was my birthday and expected to have my hair done. I understand mistakes happen but it just really upset me.

Mosaic is awesome! All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Ryan was great! My blowout out and curls turned out even better than I had hoped. He was a pleasure to talk to and helped me to look and feel my best!

After a poor experience at another Orlando salon, I have been overall very satisfied with Mosaic. Cola is transparent and realistic, but still delivers a service you’ll be happy with. Everyone has been friendly.

Fantastic first time experience! Website to make appointment was easy and efficient. Chyna was my nourishment blowout specialist. She did a beautiful job and was incredibly friendly. Payment was exactly as website stated. Parking was a dream with close spots despite being very busy (no need for offsite parking, no need for side road or parking garage). Facilities were clean and freshly designed. They use name brand recognizable products. My new go-to for blowouts 10/10.

I have been going to this salon for over a year now and I will never go anywhere else! I’ve done to Cola and Maria and they do an amazing job! They both care about your hair and are knowledgeable when it comes to hair care products. I would recommend them a million times over. :)

Anna is awesome and always leaves my skin feeling amazing. She is so good I even followed her from her previous salon to mosaic. I have had her waxing my eyebrows and giving me facials for a year or 2 now and she never disappoints. Completely recommend her for any service.

I booked with Xander for a blow out. i can tell he was uneducated on working with ethnic hair. When blow drying my hair he used a paddle brush which #1 causes breakage. Instead of using any type of oil or shine he piled hair spray on top of hair spray onto my hair. My hair looked a mess and so frizzy. When i asked if he can just try using a flat iron and just bumping the ends as in (just making the ends curly and the rest straight) he told me he was uncomfortable doing so even after showing him the easiest video reference. Bumping ends has been around since the 60s everyone knows how to do that. Even the front desk agreed i asked for something very simple. At the end he didn’t even ask me if i wanted any finishing touches he kicked me out the chair and told me that’s all the time he had today even though i was his last appointment and there was still a hour before closing. my hair looked CRAZY at checkout i wanted to cry because i never had a issue like this before and i came to the shop to feel better about myself. If you have ethnic or curly hair ladies i would stick to the deva curl specialist at the shop ONLY she’s great.

Update: Still 5 stars as of 12.20.24 Honestly would give 10 if I could. James KILLS it ORIGINAL POST: I have been going to James for some time and he always does an AMAZING job on my hair. His cuts AND colors are always on trend & look perfect for what I am going for. I usually go in with an open mind and let him work his magic and I am NEVER ever disappointed. He takes time to explain to me how to achieve certain styles and what works best for my hair type. I am so glad I found James :-D

I have had the pleasure to see Anna the esthetician 2 times and every time I look forward to my appointments and to chat with her. She did my Brazilian wax , my lashes and my armpit wax. both times have been fantastic and do not plan to see anytime else for my lashing and waxing needs. So happy with all my services and definitely recommend her to anyone who needs any facials, lashes, and waxing.

Gabriel is a great stylist, but I am really upset because my friend had recommended me this salon and I first drove 30 minutes for a hair consultation 1 months ago with the stylist she recommended. I showed up with an appointment for a hair consultation with the stylist she recommended and she was too busy to see me, so they sent a different guy to look at my hair. He gave me a recommendation based off the photos I showed him and then gave me a pricing estimate of $270 for a Master stylist after I had booked. I came in day of my appointment and showed Gabriel and he was honest with me and told me that based off the photos it would take more than 3 hours and that was not what they had booked me for. I decided since I was already there to get a hair cut because I didn’t know when they would have a 6 hour time slot available. They did not tell me though that the hair cut was going to cost $68 even with a discount, even when I asked about the shampoo being included if it would cost more? He said no, it was included… after everything they tell me that what I want based off the photo will actually be $400 and I can come back in 2 weeks. $468 is not what I had signed up for and I am really disappointed with how this place handled the whole situation. I spent in total 2 hours of driving time and $68 and didn’t get any of the services they had promised me.

Mosaic Hair Studio Milk District has an amazing team of stylists. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Whatever your needs are for your hair, they will handle it including curly hair. They also do facials, eyelashes, eyebrows, and waxing. You can purchase hair products there as well. The studio is clean.

This place is usually amazing with great stylists but since I first started coming here a lot has changed with how they run the front desk/appointments. They squeezed me in for a haircut which I appreciated. Got back at the schedule time for the cut and after waiting twenty minutes it took me having to go up to the receptionist to ask what was happening. Only then did I find out the stylist was “super behind”. They should have been transparent the moment they realized she was running behind. So if I wouldn’t have asked she would have just sat at her desk letting me wait forever with no update? Super disappointed.
