Ask for Antonia if you’re looking to go red or maintain it she’s the best and a pro at color! She also did my daughter’s green hair and we both couldn’t be happier with the results. Been coming back for two years and my hair continues to be its healthiest

I called to book at this location for just a wash and blowout and they booked me for 830am the stylist was running late and got me started around 915/920 she informed me that she was unaware that she had me as a client and they did not inform her until 8 that same morning, the appointment was rushed and not up to standard I don’t blame the stylist it’s definitely on the front desk/management for poor communication and time management I was unhappy with the result and the owner Michelle said they are too busy I waited another 45 min for a different stylist to get me in and she was also rushed and didn’t even have a station to work from she blowed out 2 pieces and after explaining I just want a bouncy blow out she did not have time to do that so the owner Michelle came back up to me and was the most awful, rude, unprofessional lady I have ever met. She blamed me for everything and insulted me and made me leave with wet hair. Truly the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I don’t blame the stylist it’s definitely on the establishment to set the stylist up for success not failure.

I saw Brittney Freeman, and she was awesome. I had the same stylist for years and moved here so I had to find a new stylist. I'm really picky and having a new stylist makes me nervous. She did an amazing job on my hair. I'll be back.

Michelle was extremely unprofessional. She’s a low class woman!! Does not have good customer service and does not put her clientele first. As someone who is in the industry you shouldn’t treat your customers in such a disrespectful way.

Taylor Moore has been doing my root touch up now for a while. I love how my hair turns out every single time! She is the best. Brittany Freeman is the best!!! My eldest daughter has struggled for years with her hair and fizziness. Brittany knew immediately how to help her and life has been amazing!!! Plus she is a wizard with color-both my girls have colored bangs and the colors she gets are so fun and unique! Cannot recommend her enough!

I came to Mosaic to see my most trusted stylist, Brittney Freeman! Brittney was my stylist in Memphis for over four years and after we both moved away, I knew I couldn’t miss an opportunity to have my hair cut by her while I was in Las Vegas. As always, she did a perfect job. Brittney listens to her clients concerns and requests, and is a perfectionist. I have never left her chair feeling dissatisfied in any way. Highly highly recommend Brittney at Mosaic!

Kali cut and highlighted my hair, she did a excellent job, perfect cut (layered) and perfect amount of color (blonde highlights), just how I asked. It looks very natural which is what i wanted. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend Kali, she listens exactly to what you ask for.

I've been going to Antonia at Mosaic salon for several visits and am in LOVE with my hair when I leave. It's not easy to find someone who can pull off the various shade of red i like, but she does it with ease! She also isn't going to cut off too much hair when you ask for a trim. She makes a recommendation based on damage to the ends and you both agree on where she is going to cut. I also love that she uses k18 bonding products for hair treatments, my hair always looks and feels 100000 times better when I leave. Antonia is friendly, professional, always on time and an overall great hairdresser. I also love going to Mosaic Salon, the atmosphere is great, the clothes they sell are adorable and affordable and the overall vibe is so positive. I would highly recommend Antonia at Mosaic Salon.

I had to get a last minute stylist, Brittany. She was new. She was very kind but took and exceedingly long time and I ended not being able to the cut I wanted because she highlighted before cutting and my highlight are far from my roots. Edit: The salon got back to me about a correction and asked me to text Brittneys mentor JuanCarlos. I messaged my issue and recieved no response from him. The front of my hair looks absolutely atrocious and the roots look like they were done months ago not a couple of weeks ago. And this hot mess cost me $230. I will not be returning to Mosaic Salon.

I have had my hair cut and colored by Richard, 3 times. I moved here a year ago from California, and have visited many hairdressers, none have been as good as Richard. I’m sticking with him, he’s the best.

I've gotten my hair done here a couple of times and I have always gone to Antonia. Let me tell you the quality of work is absolutely amazing. She is so talented and pays attention to the little details and I love that she cares just as much as I do. The whole salon is very luxurious and has a beautiful second story. Everyone that works there is so kind and generous. It's a treat every time I have an appointment. I'll be back again soon!

My daughter, daughter-in-law, and I, all go to Rich for all our hair needs. He's an amazing colorist, stylist and just overall person. We all love him so much! My hair is platinum blonde and my scalp is extremely sensitive. It's almost unbearable to use toner. I used to do it myself and would suffer through the pain til I started going to Rich. He knew exactly what to use and I've never felt any burning or pain. I've been going to him ever since! He also does my extensions! He's great!

This review is long overdue! I had my first hair cut and color with Rich last February. I chose him because of awesome reviews and I personally agree with all of them because he did a great job with my hair 👏 Attached were pictures taken Feb and June.
