I didn't even know what gray blending was before I found Denise. She has done an amazing job helping transition my hair to a state where I'm not running back to the salon every six weeks to cover the stripe of gray. We added vivids to my last visit and I couldn't be happier.

I love Moss Salon. Have been getting my haircuts here for years. It always comes out great! My favorite part about Moss is the convenience. It's super fast, plenty of parking, great location and great service. Nothing else you could ask for. Moss is great!

I’ve been seeing Denise for several years for both cut and color services. My hair has a mind of its own and Denise always listens to whatever issue I’m having and offers solutions. She’s excellent at translating whatever I think I want into something that will look good on me and something I can make look good at home (this is key for me). She’s fun to talk to and I feel relaxed and refreshed when I leave the salon. Her prices seem in line with other highly skilled stylists and colorists in town. It’s a bit of a splurge for me, but one I can enjoy every day until my next appointment!

I was lucky enough to have Denise as my stylist years ago. Unfortunately we moved out of state. When the texture/health of my hair changed drastically in the last year, I knew she’d be able to triage my tresses and suggest a course of action to get my hair back to normal. After one month of following her advice and using the shampoo/conditioner she recommended, I’m delighted to have my hair”old” hair back. I’d always loved the style and care she gave my hair and now I can say she’s a long-distance miracle worker as well!! 10/10. Highly recommend.

I scheduled a full foil online and provided the exact blonde I wanted and expected to leave with when I arrived to my appointment and Denise told me "that it was straight forward and would not be a problem to achieve" yet not only did I leave with my hair looking EXACTLY how it did when I walked in and far far darker than the blonde I showed her when I got there, still dark roots showing, she somehow managed to also darken the ends aswell and then to top things off charged for several other services I did not request or authorize! I reached out to Denise with my unhappiness and dissatisfication right away one I seen my hair in adequate lighting and seen how dark my hair was, and she told me "I should schedule and PAY for ANOTHER round of full foils and that I shouldn't be surprised with the underwhelming results I received because I had several inches of regrowth". I've always had several inches of regrowth as I only foil twice a year and still always left the platinum blonde I requested with my previous stylist everytime. Denise has had no concern to make things right and fix my hair to achieve the color I requested initially. I reached out AGAIN and stated this hasn't been an issue prior and I'm really unhappy and would like it fixed and received NO response back from Denise. I'm perplexed at the lack of care to make a new client happy and given the results and blonde I was told was no problem to achieve.

I went to see Denise to start the process of changing my box dyed hair into highlights. I am well aware this is a lengthly process and is not the easiest to be done. My hair is not the color that she told me it would be, which again I understand is just how my hair is but slightly disappointing that I was not given what I was told I'd get. My hair came out slightly brassy and where my natural color and bleached hair meet there is a harsh line. I specifically asked in the consultation if my hair would be brassy or orange and she told me no. I didn't notice this until I got in my car and could not say anything at that point. On top of all of this, I was told the amount would be no more than $425. I was charged $550 plus a tip bringing the total to $630. I was very excited for this appointment but I am very disappointed with the outcome

Absolutely the best. I went looking for a new hair stylist to make her part of my extended family and I found her in Denise. She colored my hair (cover gray), partial highlights, cut and dry. Amazing!! I am so lucky I find her!!

Denise is fabulous. I have very fine hair that doesn’t do much, and I admit I’m not great at styling it myself. Denise gave me a great cut that is easy for me to do, and it looks fabulous. She updated my cut so that it has more movement and texture, yet is simple. I received so many compliments this morning after styling it myself.

The hairdresser Denise is very nice and cuts hair exactly the way you want it. The hair products like shampoo and conditioner work like magic! This is the best service I have ever had!
