do not come here. i came to get my feet done and the polish literally started chipping the next day. granted i did get regular polish because its winter time but still my feet shouldn’t be looking like i got them done 3 weeks ago when in all seriousness it hasn’t been a week yet and 4 of my toes are chipped. on top of that i got charged $30 for regular polish.. and the tech was originally trying to charge me $40.

The service is wonderful!!! Highly recommend coming here. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and they never disappoint. They are so welcoming and kind as well as they get the job done quickly but with perfection.

Very chaotic environment. The workers talk about you in their language, and as a customer, it makes me feel underappreciated. I once used Google translator, and I wasn't pleased with what they were talking about. Not professional. And talk about a rush job on my pedicure, I see why I stopped going to this establishment

DO NOT COME HERE! I came in yesterday to simply get a small layer of acrylic soaked off, the price on the sign says $7 for a soak off/one nail fix. I told the nail tech that I just wanted a soak off, nothing else. She then pulls out a metro card and starts trying to take them off with the card?? It was visibly hurting me and I could see a layer of my nail being peeled off. I told her to stop and she kept trying to use the card! When I finally pulled my hand away and said they needed to be soaked off she brought me to the back. The back area was filthy, the walls and bowls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned it quite a while. She brings back the bowl with hot water and acetone(the acetone was in a metal bowl) and the water was so hot I could barely keep my fingers in the bowl. It was like she had just taken it off from the kettle and poured it in right away. About 10-15 mins later she comes over to file some of the acrylic off and had me soak them for a little longer. When that was done I went back to her station and she further filed them with an e-file. She somehow managed to both over file my nails and under file them, still leaving acrylic left on them which I unfortunately didn’t notice till I got home. She then asks me what color I wanted, to which I reminder her I was only coming in for a soak off. And now the price magically jumps to $10. I told her the sign says $7, and her and her colleague tell me that’s only if you’re getting a new set. Which I stated both when I walked in and when I sat down I was just getting a soak off. If they were planning on soaking off my nails so poorly and then putting a new set on top there’s no way they would have lasted. Now my nails are sensitive and damaged. I should have just gone to my usual spot Darling nails, they’re about 10 mins away from Grace and have a much cleaner environment and are much more professional. Don’t come here unless you want to be overcharged and left with damaged nails. I’ve included some pics that hopefully show how poorly they were done .

I go here to get my eyebrows, pedicure and full set. The first couple of times it was fine. They do good nails. But they love to overcharge and change prices. I usually ask for straight nails instead of the curve. It’s normally free. This time however I was told it would be $5 extra. Certain technicians are rough. I left with both a cut on my finger and my toe. When I asked CoCo for a nude base on my pedicure I was told I could only have nude if I get gel. That’s weird. I usually get nude in regular polish. She put this horrible pink on my toes and when I didn’t like it. She rolled her eyes like 10 times directly in my face and charged me for a color change. The attitude was not warranted and extremely disgusting. I almost walked out. If I didn’t have graduation in a couple days I would’ve. I then decided to do white. Mind you she didn’t take the pink off just put white on top. (Was that really a color change?) The time before this the lady doing my eyebrows sneezed/coughed on me. I should’ve stopped going at this point. I spent $113 including the tip I told myself I should not have left. They do good nails but have obnoxious technicians.

Asked for gel extensions, was given acrylic. Design is cute but sloppy in parts, and they charged as though I was paying for gel extensions. There was a pile of the last customers' acrylic filings on the desk and tools, so it doesn't appear that they're sanitizing between guests. The salon was also half empty but I felt like I was being rushed through the entire process, and had to ask to have things fixed several times. I'm not unhappy with the set but I won't be back in the future.

It has been over a year since I began visiting this nail salon. Overall, the experience has been positive. In comparison with other salons, the price is reasonable. One thing I like about this salon is that they do not charge extra for gel polish, so I am able to get in and out without incurring an additional charge. Normally, I do not write reviews, but the lady at the front counter, Grace, has been dismissive on more than one occasion. I do not hold a single person responsible for the actions of an entire business, so I overlooked her behavior. Specifically, Today, I was waiting for a specific nail technician. There was a wait, so I left and returned. He was still working on a client when I arrived, so I said nothing and sat down to wait my turn. 10 minutes later, Grace (front receptionist) hands me the color swatches. After asking to swatch a color on one of my nails, she initially agreed, but then two young ladies walked in and she began chatting with them. Not an introductory welcome, she went on and on, clearly ignoring me. Another patron entered shortly after and she was just as welcoming. Mind you, I was waiting and asked for the swatch before any of these individuals entered. There was a clear indication of disrespect. This was not the first incident but was my first time expressing frustration. I informed my regular nail tech I would no longer interact with her if I continued to patronize the business. After getting my nails completed, paying for the service, and not to interacting with Grace, I left. As I was walking out, Grace approached me to apologize for the earlier exchange. She expressed that everyone coming in needed to be greeted. Which is understandable, but this was not the first mishap, and greeting clients is separate from disregarding and ignoring regular clients because she has seen me many times before. Grace expressed her viewpoint and I expressed mine. Despite one individual's actions, I will not hold the entire salon at fault. And I will be returning. I do not have much free time, the last thing that I want is to be inconvenienced and disrespected when I l’m paying for services. I appreciate Grace coming to speak with me one-on-one to discuss the issue and we shall see what happens. I'd recommend this nail salon, they do good work and have impressive hand designs.

I’ve been coming to most grace Nails and Spa for years and I’m always pleased with the service. The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. The amenities are clean and modern. Cee cee always bodies my pedicures and grace slays my eyebrows. Every time I come I hear I know I will be well taken care of!!!

Black people and any one of color !!! Do not support this business!! They are rude and arrogant like it’s not the community that is keeping their business afloat. Do not support them because not only does their customer service suck. But they have cheap polish and supplies. You will pay a high price and the nails will be a damn mess a day later !!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you .

I asked for a dip powder set with extensions and a design on each nail. The tech ended up doing a regular acrylic set, over filed my natural nails, and would not file down the extensions to the length I requested.

My first time coming here and I really enjoyed it and I only had to wait about 3 minutes for someone to take me. The lady doing my nails was so nice and respectful and did an amazing job on my nails.

Sue does a really good job with pedicures & my mom also had her nails done (by the young girl with pink hair sorry didn't get her name) & they came out pretty nice. Another girl went to Abby and her skills are awesome & her full sets last so long. This is definitely one of my new favorite shops.
