Me and my best friend come here all the time to get our nails done and sometimes our toes this time we decided to get our nails done for Thanksgiving/Christmas and they came out amazing!! The prices are unbeatable and The man who did my nails yesterday was very understanding and knew what he was doing and I will always love this place!!!🩷

The customer service has declined so much since I’ve started coming here. An overlay plus gel lasts a couple days and starts chipping and breaking! The rudest one sits in the middle next to the owner! He may have little man syndrome. His work sucks as well. They barely speak when you walk in. I previously tried Ombré Nails in Casselberry and my nails lasted a month, NO CHIPPING OR BREAKING!!!

I was a walk in with messed up nails from a salon i went to in the AM. Not only was i at this other place for almost 5 hours but the quality was very poor. I came here and i got a guy named Danny and he was phenomenal with what he was working with. He gave me some tips on how to fix my nails but also only took less than an hour and a half to do my nails AND toes. Not only this but he was very sweet. I highly recommend this place. The white nails posted are from the AM salon and the pink were from here and boy was I impressed with his work. Especially with taking into consideration of the health of my nails so i wasn’t overexposing my cuticles to more damage.

my nails turned out nothing like what i asked for, there were several spots on every nail missing nail polish, my finger was cut, and i was denied a refund. this is my 3rd bad experience at this nail salon. i usually don’t write reviews, but after multiple bad experiences here i feel like i need to. i wasted so much money here to leave with bad nails and all i can do is write this review and cry.

Please don’t go here. I say this for multiple reasons. The young man started to paint my toenails without a base coat and I had to ask him to use it. My nails were cut uneven, he barely worked on my heels. Just brushed them a couple of times. I paid for an extra five minutes of massage but it definitely was not worth it. But the worst part was the quality of the toenail painting. There’s a gap before my cuticles and areas on the sides of my toes left unpainted. I feel he was in a hurry and just didn’t care.

Ask for Tran! I came for a gel color swap. She still cleaned up my cuticles & sides. I was in and out in 10 minutes. My nails look amazing! I’m super happy with the service I got!

I had the same young man twice… he is terrible, rubbed my leg with out lotion until it was red…. Too busy socializing with girls next to him…. did a manicure and didn’t remove prior nail polish. For the price… will not go there again

I had written this place off a few months ago after my cuticle was cut to the point where I was bleeding and no gloves were used when applying the clotting powder. Additionally, the person providing the gel manicure just painted over the blood on my nail. I went here yesterday to give this place another try as most people seem to have a decent experience here. This is the result of a simple manicure and my pedicure (no gel this time) is not any better. I was rushed through, and my nails look horrible. Needless to say I will not be back.

I have never given these workers any reason to be rude to me, but they always are. Especially the young male whose name I won’t post. Today was the last straw I called to make an appt and he flat out said “No” and was quick to hang up. Like always a bother to give them business then I will give it to someone else. Flat out nasty!

I’ve been going here for years & have always enjoyed the services provided, until today. I needed a manicure and pedicure & had dip on my fingernails from a prior manicure approx 2.5 weeks ago. My pedicure was great, but I noticed that they were not soaking the dip off while doing my toes, as it usually is done. When I sat down for my manicure, Andy used the drill to file one fingernail before he picked up an acrylic tip, shoved it under a corner that was starting to lift, and proceeded to RIP OFF my nails. I asked him about it and he said, “ your nails are already lifting, no big deal” and kept on going. He finally stopped when I yelled that he was hurting me, I told him that I didn’t need anything else & that I would not be having a manicure today. He said, “ ok fine”. He then charged me $10 to destroy my natural nails during the removal. I will NEVER return, such a shame!

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now. I’ve never had an issue at all awesome place. Went in to get my nails done excited to get something different, did not like the shape, very crooked on some nails so i went back in once i noticed to have them fix my nails and they said it’s not fixable to make them not crooked because since my finger is crooked it my nail has to be crooked. i spent $65 on these nails i’m sorry but these are not worth $65

So many reasons I a DONE with this place! Let me count the ways: The service used to be the most adequate in town, but the last few times it's gotten worse, in quality, service, and price. Today when I went in for a pedicure, my technician was on her phone the entire service, wasn't paying attention to my wincing in pain. My nails were clipped unevenly (or not at all), and I requested a few callused spots to be addressed and she just shoved a menu in my face. The paint job was splotchy and missed several spots. The leg massage was a joke. She lightly rubbed a little circle exclusively on my shin bone. In the end, my feet didn't even look that clean. After service I just wanted to leave, and not say anything since it's the holidays. The more I looked at it over the hour, the more I hated it. I went back to get a refund, but they point blank refused and threw me out. A while ago, my mom stopped going to this location after witnessing blatant racist discrimination from one of the techs toward another patron. I will never go back and I will shout it from the rooftops.

The young guy who works there is extremely disrespectful. He was throwing a tantrum when doing my toes then spent the whole time doing my nails on the phone. Not just talking on the phone but stopping doing my nails to play on his phone as well. Then he tried to charge me an extra $15 when I told him he yelled at me prior to fixing it. We used to come every 3 weeks but will not return due to his behavior.
