Amazing massage! Very relaxing. I came out here visiting for CNY and needed to relax from my travels and Tyler was the man for the job. I didn’t want to leave. He healed me! Very professional. Tyler is a fantastic massage therapist and an all around great dude. I have been seeing him for more than a year now and he is probably the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. He actually listens to what I tell him rather than disregarding it like other experiences I’ve had in terms of pressure, sore spots, etc. I have gone in for some serious concerns/injuries and always come out feeling better. He does rehab with a local sports team and knows the human body very well, and I think that’s one of the things that helps him stand out from other massage therapists. Highly recommend!

My wife, who has seen Tyler now two times, booked me a massage to help with some chronic hip pain. Tyler was punctual, professional, and very in tune with my needs. From the temperature of the bed to the pressure of his hands, Tyler wanted to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I feel relieved today for the first time in several weeks. if you’re looking to support a local while also gain some relax relaxation, Tyler is your guy.

All I can say is WOW. Tyler by FAR exceeded my expectations for my 90 minute deep tissue massage. He knows what he is doing, and has "detective fingers" for finding all of the trigger points. He genuinely listens to your concerns and tailors the massage. I left feeling SO MUCH better than when I walked in. I am definitely going back - he gave me hope that I don't have to walk around feeling like I was feeling prior to the massage.

Excellent service. Very accommodating, and nice. I work in Tech and have terrible posture. I’m sitting down for most of my day, hunched over. He really helped my neck and back. I feel more relaxed!! 10/10 would recommend˙ᵕ˙

I booked a 90-minute Swedish massage with Tyler. From the beginning Tyler was personable and attentive to my objectives for my massage appointment. He checked in to make sure the pressure was appropriate for me and asked me if I wanted any additional attention in areas during my session. At the end of the massage, he offered me some stretching tips. This was the best massage I've had in a long time - I would definitely recommend Mountain Roots Massage/Tyler based on his professionalism and how wonderful I felt after my massage. I will be booking again!

I have been twice. I had a 60 minute massage and the 2nd time I had a 90 minute massage. Tyler is amazing. He had just the perfect amount of pressure. I have lower back pains and he worked to loosen my lower back up. I would recommend Mountain Roots Massage and Tyler to everyone! Very professional and courteous! I will continue to go back.

I'm always on the hunt for a good masseur/se and, during my research, I stumbled about Mountain Roots Massage. Not knowing what to expect, I was very curious about what my experience here would be like. Tyler brings his extensive knowledge in sports therapy to the massage table which is incredibly valuable when you are dealing with work stress or exercise-related/muscle concerns. In other words, he was able to rub out my stress knots. What I enjoyed about our session was that he used the time to educate me, which I requested (he made it clear that he usually maintains a quiet environment to help induce relaxation), and, after our session, he provided me with some tips to address my individual concerns. I am 100% going to return and look forward to another hour of relaxation.

I've had probably at least a hundred massages, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shaitsu, Lomi Lomi etc. from Hawai'i to California, Colorado, Illinois, Hand and Stone, Massage Envy, Resort Spas, etc. Tyler was one of the best. From being easy to book, timely reminders, and already knowing what I wanted upon arrival (from clearing having reviewed my online intake form which is important!), to the perfect pressure deep enough to work my angry muscles but juuust backing off enough that I could relax still. I came in after strength training and I feel great enough to go back to the gym tomorrow and go at it again, which is important to me! His office is also a central location, lots of parking, quiet and serene. Highly recommend to athletes and those focused on getting their muscles in good shape to keep training hard!
