Moxi salon’s people are one of a kind.. kindness, caring and attentiveness shine here. In a world that can be extremely unfriendly and cold, the relational vibe from reception, my stylist and the other stylists is one of genuine caring. Michelle is an amazing stylist. Cannot say enough! Gratitude.

Stryker did a fabulous bevel cut, this is my 3rd visit with him. He is very professional and is excellent in cutting and pampering my hair. The salon is very well run, I love Davines products, and I highly recommend them.

Got my haircut yesterday, thought it looked great until I got home and washed my hair. Front side was super long, back side super short. Left side of my hair was shorter than my right side. Looks like a very long bob hair where both right side and left side are longer than the back. I have long hair by the way. Curtain bang looks horrible. Right side was cut crooked (small chunk from this side was cut too short) and left side looks fine. Also, the guy didn’t even part my hair and comb it when it was still wet to see what each side will look like when bringing the hair towards the front to fix any flaws. Nope he kept flipping it to make it look like there was a lot of texture and layers going on. Overall, hair looks flat and horrible. This whole haircut was a mess! Not coming back. Looks worse than the haircut that I gave myself at home during covid. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this is the first bad review.

This is not just a salon, it’s a scene. The stylists are talented and delightful and listen to your requests and feedback. The other customers are fun and diverse. Plus coffee or wine when you arrive. Coming here feels like a break from life instead of just a haircut.

Brittney and Brenda did an amazing job on my hair and they were super friendly. I got a blonde balayage coloring on my hair which is naturally dark brown. Complimentary wine and a queer friendly space made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!!!!

I am so happy that I found Moxi Hair Studio and scheduled an appointment on a whim! Krystal was amazing. While I was having a rough moment, she displayed kindness, understanding, and skill that helped to uplift my spirits and bring life back to my hair. I went in not even knowing exactly what I wanted and she helped me find a cut that works for my hair beautifully. The salon itself is clean, open, well lit, and welcoming. I cannot recommend her and Moxi enough!

I came into town for an event and my hair was a rat's nest of insanity! I was desperate for a cut and style. The level of detail that went into making sure my natural hair and extensions were blended was astounding. Excellent. Previously, my hair wouldn't last 2 hours without tangling. It is perfect now. Thank you for rescuing my hair!

I got a single process color and an Inca glow treatment. Between both appointments and my thick hair, I had 3 different stylists on my head. Bo, Stryker, and Krystal.. they all were amazing!! You truly can’t go wrong at this salon. Bo gave me the most relaxing shampoo I’ve ever had. Stryker was very knowledgeable on the products and processes! I ended up booking further with Krystal, honestly probably because she laughed at my super lame jokes the most. My favorite part (besides my gorgeous hair) about this salon is the fact everyone seems genuinely happy to be there! It’s rare to see a work place where everyone gets along and I think that says something about the environment. Book this salon!

I loved this salon! It was my first time here and I’ve always been iffy with hairstylist after having a really bad experience several years ago. Bo was so sweet and very helpful, Im excited to come back for color and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hair stylist!

I went in yesterday to take off a lot of length and Bo was very nice. I appreciate her explaining everything she was doing and being patient with my ridiculous questions haha. I’ve been scared going to get my hair done because previous salons have wrecked my hair but I’m glad I found Moxi. It is more expensive (I paid $80 ish for just a haircut compared to $40 at other places) but it’s worth it if it means they do the job right :)

I've been coming here for years. My usual stylist is Michelle, who I followed to Moxi from another salon. There have been a few times where the salon has scheduled me with other stylists when Michelle goes on vacation or is out sick, and all of them have been fantastic. The salon truly cares about its customers and stylists. It shows in everything they do.

Really nice environment. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job. It's very clean and nice but feels very relaxed. I've had my hair cut by three different stylists here and they all did a good job listening to what I wanted even though I don't speak hair very well. If I wasn't clear they asked questions. Really appreciate that.

They were kind, professional, accommodating and pricey. They definitely put in the time, effort and expertise... but you will pay for it in spades. They are an incredible group of professionals and if you can afford them, I more than highly recommend them. You will get what you pay for!! They are phenomenal!!

This place is wonderful!!! The staff is curteous and the prices not bad. They all seem to genuinely care about their customers. They call after your appt. To make sure everything went well. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I posted 5 stars last year but didn't get to write anything, and I can't see why not! Well, here's an update as of September 7, 2023. I visit Moxi every few months for root touch-ups, styling, trims, etc. Went in today for a root touch-up and for highlights. Hailey and Brenda were outstanding and they did a phenomenal job like always! I'm so in love with my hair and they definitely let it shine! I'll always recommend Moxi Hair Studio if anyone asks for a great salon. Update 11/16/2023: Hailey and Moxi continue to be great and are so wonderful! Went in for a root touch up, trim, and styling. They are so awesome!!!

I went to Moxi for the first time and am so happy with the results. Sam gave me the best hair cut I have had in a longggg time and explained the easiest and most low maintenance way to style.

Love love love this salon! Everyone there is fabulous!!! I drive nearly 2 hours just so my daughter and I can get our hair done. All of the stylist are experts and I highly recommend them all..You will not be disappointed

Paid for a consult weeks in advance and at the day of my appointment half way through, the stylist asks me what toner I wanted. I stated, all that was already determined before with my consult. She said that the information obtained was incomplete. Expressed that I wanted something caramel in color. Not orange or copper. I ended up with copper, orange color! Not happy at all! Will never go back again. For 450.00 I expected an experienced, professional stylist/ business. You won’t find that with Moxi.
