Debo decir que la señora sandra quien fue la que me corto el cabello fue excelente, con mucha paciencia , dedicada y delicado en el momento del corte, con todo que tenia sentada a mi hija en mis piernas, algo que parece ser le molesto no se si era la gerente o la duen̈a que realmente fue grosera, y sin paciencia, dándole ordenes al igual que otra peluquera de lo debía hacer con mi hija, ordenandome hasta de ponerle el celular para que se quedara sentada en una silla. Me pareció una falta de respeto y además incomodidad!! Sen̈ores el mundo esta lleno de nin̈os, recuerden que ustedes tambien lo fueron claro en una sociedad donde a los niños se les maltrataba y regan̈aba por todo, ahora eso no curre, o por lo menos esa no es el tipo de educacion que yo fomento en mi familia. No vuelvo a pisar ese llegar más nunca. Un poco de empatia y consideración con mujeres que somos madres y que vamos en el tiempo que podemos a despejarnos cortandonos el cabello. Si pudiera calificarlos con cero lo haría coloque la Estrella porque la sen̈ora sandra fue completamente diferente al resto.

Aydee and the girls at the salon are amazing!!!! They welcome you with open arms, consult with you and tailor the service to your needs! I always come here (usually weekly or 2x a month) to get my hair and nails done. The mani and pedi girls are amazing as well: Caro and Rachel♥️ They also have a barber section inside the salon (alongside their other barbershop-only business next door), and they are very good too!

I was very appreciative that my daughter had been serviced without an appointment, however, I am disappointed in the manner that the stylist behaved. I left my daughter a moment while her hair was being washed only for my daughter to tell me that while Bianca was washing her hair she was nodding her head, speaking to her coworkers in Spanish and showing the others the hair that was left behind in the brush as to shame her. She added that she was being a little rough while de tangling her hair possibly because she was using the wrong type of comb. Perhaps Ms Bianca needs a follow up course on what tools work best for customers with curly coily hair and would benefit if she sought guidance on how to treat her teenage customers.

(To start this off, I went here for my birthday) If you have nothing better to do with your time and you want to be ripped off, then this is the place for you. I had a 9:30 am appointment (arrived on time) and didn't leave until 1:00 pm. I was told the price for a blowout starts at $35 dollars depending on the length, my hair is above my shoulders, and I was charged $85 dollars. She took someone who came way after me, and no one cared ( including the manager) that I was waiting all that time. She told me I needed a trim 4 times I continued to tell her no she pushed the issue so I told her to trim it she literally clipped off probably 10 strings of hair cut uneven and I was charged $20 for that trim and I still tip (stupid me) Go at your own risk

Ayde and all the staff are very professional, talented, efficient, friendly and attentive to clients needs. The salon is nicely organized and very clean. They offer a wide variety of services. I had my hair dyed and straightened by Ayde, who did an absolutely amazing job. I got my hair braided here as well by Nina who also did a phenomenal job. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Mrs. Cutz they are awesome!

Bad customer service, they don’t care if you take appointment or not they will satisfied other clients that come after you and make you wait like you can waste your time. The manager is so unsolved problem and so direspectful. I won’t recommend anyone to go there instead you want to be treaten like a trash. It’s No No… for me

I have been going to Mrs. Cutz for a long time now and it is always an amazing experience. My Stylist Ayde is friendly and knowledgeable she listens to my needs. My hero, the styling itself is nothing short of perfect. I go weekly to have my hair washed and styled. Every time I come out, I feel like a whole new person and my confidence is so boosted from the amazing job she has done, she has made my hair look and feel so healthy. The whole team is really nice too, they're super welcoming. The team has a good vibe with each other which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Their prices are reasonable. I definitely would recommend the salon.

Nice place but they put perm in my moms hair because it will not go back to her natural curls My reply for the last comment made to my review: here’s the introduction you were looking for since you never heard of dynamicstudiosus. The person that washed my moms hair didn’t even know how to wash her type of curls properly so she may have put a chemical in her hair to make it easier for her. Never did I mention it was against her will but please understand it was without her knowledge. It doesn’t matter who my mother is . One of your employees added something to her hair. Just take note of this review and do better by speaking to your employees.

The stylist did a beautiful job on my hair. My hair came out so soft and shiny, and I love it, but I thought $65 for a wash and blow, before tip, was too high for me. If it was a little cheaper, I could go back every 10 days 🥺 my edit is that she actually charged me $65 on my card, but it looked like 55 on the slip she showed me.

This is my first time in this salon and I love it! This place has amazing service and the staff is super sweet and helpful. Our stylist Brianna was super sweet and had a lot of things going on but still was able to put her full attention on us. My daughter showed our stylist how she wanted her hair and she replicated it perfectly. 100% recommend.

This place is highway robbery the prices are not set prices they charged my young daughter 50 dollars for nothing she is 9 years old with little hair. She makes up pricing as she goes (manager/owner) and her attitude is horrible. The lady with the gold hair is no longer there she was the best one.

Entre a cotizar a este salón por primera y última vez salí totalmente deprimida de la forma que me trataron 70 dolares por una lavada yo llevando mi producto .. me tratan como si yo fuera una mendiga yo me pase todo el día deprimida por la falta de tacto al cliente...sii la Dueña o Dueño de este lugar noo lo cree le exorto que envíe alguien incubierto ..!! Ami me pueden regalar una estadía hay y le digo nooo gracias.. que mala atención y prefiero mil veces ir a otro salón que no sean Dom .. son unos abusadores y en rd no importa tu pelo te lo arreglan sin tanta M de excusa que dan aquí 70 dolar por un lavado mínimo es de los árboles que recogemos los dólares.. ni loca entro a este salón que no tienen la mínima decencia de como atender a un cliente... ojalá y cambie su forma.. si cobran 70 por un lavado no quiero imaginar un votox..... yo fui un viernes y estaban sin cliente ya veo el por que....

I went to this salon two weeks ago. I asked for a treatment to keep my hair straight to make my life easier because I don't have time to do it everyday. So, they recommended a keratin treatment. After washing my hair a week later, as advised to do do with salt free shampoo when I called, my hair is exactly the same. Not only was there no difference in my hair after the $220 I spent, but I also have burns on my scalp. When i called to advise of their failed attempt, they told me that every time I wash my hair, it is “obvious” that I have to do a “good blowout.” These people just want your money for their false advertisement. If i could put 0 stars I would. Worst experience I have ever gotten at a salon.
