I've suffered from back pain for years, especially during the winter months. Rose is a certified professional with years of experience that really made a difference. After a few sessions, I've had more pain relief than months of physiotherapy. If you read the other reviews, many complain about a language barrier. If you want the most professional and worthwhile treatment, then that should be all that matters. Use Google Translate or your smartphone to describe your personal needs before the treatment.

Worst experience ever, therapist used phone as translator in the middle of massage and demanded tip. I left early. Absolutely unprofessional and left the room during and had no skill what so ever. Don't go here.

I had an excellent massage by a woman called Lily I felt like a million-dollar rebuild of a person I was very relaxed and comfortable in Mount Fuji I would go back and use Lily again I have had many massages in Asia but this was an excellent massage I had by Lily

They do not speak English and add charges. I kept asking for a stone massage, and she didn't seem to understand. She kept saying, "Yes,yes." Then just gave a normal message. I asked her to focus on some main points and told her of very tender ones. She clearly did not understand. In fact, when I said that hurts, she then seemed to say "harder?" And actually hurt me at one point. She had me pay first, did not deduct the discount I was supposed to get, then upon leaving, asked for a tip. I had thought I could put it on my card, but she had already processed my card before I even got the message, so I had to swipe my card just to do a tip at the end. I'd recommend asking for someone who spoke English, perhaps so you do not get injured. No one even asked what I wanted, and it was just a shady setup. She even left the room and the door open a few times with me. It was literally naked and a towel, not even over my hips completely. It was just very weird. Odd and not at all my experience in the past, and I get massages weekly. I was here on a business trip, so I tried this place. I will say her pressure and technique would have been great if we could have communicated or I'd spoken to someone who understood me beforehand. Thus, the 2 stars instead of 1.

I have been to many massage places. But this massage parlor has experts that truly help sore muscles! This is the best place to get a massage when sore!

I don't know the lady's name but she was good. A bit too forceful which I asked to lighten up some. My issue comes with the smell in the building, and what seemed to look like a pretty hefty blood drop/spot on the top sheet of the bed/table next to me. I was put into the first room on the left, which is designed for a couple, I gather. I chose the bed that didn't have what looked to be blood. The smell was just funky. Not even like a stinky incense. It was funky. Maybe it was food, I don't know. Not appealing or appetizing at all. At the end, she expected and charged me a $20 tip for a 1hr massage. So my $60 1 hr, which was $64 since paying with card, turned into an $80 massage. I only had $7 cash, as this was an unexpected stop for me, and sort of last minute. And you could tell she wasn't pleased at all, telling me she can take card payment. She automatically did $20. I have been to another place on Pacific that I will most likely return to as I don't recall the horrible smell nor seeing blood before.

I would say the lady is really strong and could give a GOOD massage. I was doubtful at first but now I am just left with amazement. I never give a review but this lady really does her job really well! I think her name is cindy, thanks a lot!

Absolutely refreshing and great! One of the best massages I have received. Its hard to find good massage therapists. I I can't recall who the two women were but I booked an hour long deep tissue couples massage, the women were polite, professional, and were thorough from start to finish. There was no pressure for a tip, I always tip my massage therapists, its takes a great amount of energy to do this profession. They also asked us both with sincerity if we were happy with the experience. Booking another for this upcoming year!

Haven’t been there in a few months but the times I’ve gone I always left very satisfied. Gina has always gone above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. Greatest massage I’ve gotten in a while. Hope to visit a Gina again very soon.

Interesting, the forced tip of a minimum of $20 was really weird to me. Especially when for 20 minutes of my hour she was doing a massage on some other guy who walked in. Massage itself was wonderful but it was just a poorly run place and the weird forced tip with additional charges was odd. I am a tipper but it was bizarre to be told that there was a minimum of a $20 tip required at the end.

Very dirty, water bottles stacked in hallway. 30min massage lasted 18min. Badgered for a tip. As unprofessional as you can get. I did not see any licensing on the wall. Shiuld be investigated. Don’t go!

Had to wait for a massage therapist in my room after I took my clothes off. I got dresses and wanted my money back. They assured me someone was coming. You paid before which now I understand why. The lady at the desk didn't understand English, had to use a program on her phone to communicate. I would advise No one to go thete it was scarey!

I will never use this business again! I had previously reviewed the available massages from their website and purposely requested a hot stone massage because it didn't include deep tissue or accupressure. Even though the massage therapist didn't speak enough English to even know what I was saying, she got clarification from the manager/owner so she knew what I wanted. Throughout the massage she was asked to apply less pressure or was told it was too hard. She NEVER changed her approach to the massage. It was rushed (no slow, gentle movements). She pushed so hard that she put my spine out of place in several areas. I literally had to go to a chiropractor to get it put back in place so I could breathe without hurting, sit without hurting and move. On top of that, when I was leaving the massage therapist was standing in the entry area with hand sanitizer (should have been given at the beginning (I did it myself) and a bottle of water (thank you, is typically standard procedure after a massage). But then she asked for a tip. I didn't understand her so the manager had to come out and explain. I just wanted to get out of there so I gave her a small tip. Not professional. I had to pay BEFORE I got the massage so I wasn't expecting to be asked at the end for the tip. They should either let you pay at the end and add a tip or put a tip jar in her room so you can do it there. I like to support privately owned businesses, but this is one I will not.

If you're looking for a fancy spa like experience, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a top notch thorough full body massage (hot stones too) for a sweet deal, this is the place for you. She was quiet and didn't explain anything; there's a language barrier but that's okay, and I wasn't sure what I was paying for but man, was it worth it. The place is cramped and pitch black with the sounds of cliche tranquil music accompanied by loud club music from next door but the massage was legit. I'll definitely be returning!

TLDR: decent customer service, lack of heated tables, some noise, good service, TIP IS EXPECTED They do not use heated massage tables here so be prepared for a different experience. The tables are simply mattresses with pillows and bath towels instead of a blanket. They use oil rather than lotion, but the oil is removed with a hot towel so that wasn't an issue. The rooms aren't soundproof so you can hear talking in the hall. It seems common for them to step into the hall to address coworkers or grab more items. I didn't mind this as the door was not left open and the masseuse wasn't away for long. There is a language barrier: the workers seem to understand English but have a hard time communicating in English. I had no problems communicating how I would like the massage or if I was uncomfortable. The masseuse was nice and accommodating. Tip is expected after service in cash.

horrible experience.. my husband had booked us couples massages and when we got there it seem like they were trying to get more money by charging him separate transactions each time. & then when it was time to get our massage they had the door wide open while we are in the room with our clothes off. So I asked them to close the door and she took her time doing it. then I got up to tell the lady to apply more pressure and she pushed my head back down into the table. just very unprofessional. They also kept leaving the room to grab items & my masseuse even left the room when the front door had open and another patient showed up. She told me to hold on. She wasn’t gone long but it was just annoying because we came and paid all this money for a HORRIBLE experience. The last straw was when they tried to force my husband into giving them a tip before he even had the chance to. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend at all. They are so unprofessional and rude!

Extremely negative experience constantly left room during massage bruised both of our upper spines on our backs during my couples massage with my girlfriend after the massage was blocked at the door asking for a tip then tried to get more money by pretending to not understand my tip amount.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but this was a strange experience. Me and my daughter went to have massages. When we walked in one woman came from behind a curtain shocked that we were there when we showed up 10 minutes before our appointment time. I had a Groupon and my daughter paid the $64 for her service. Once we were ready for the massage, one masseuse walked in and said "I'll take the pretty one" and started on my daughter. After waiting about 10 minutes the other woman came in. They were talking to each other during our massage which made it hard for me to relax. The woman who was doing mine was pretty rough with the massage and I had requested "medium" when asked if I wanted the massage to be "soft, medium, or hard". About 20 minutes left of the massage her phone rings (which was playing the music), she answered the phone during the massage! It was a weird conversation (It was quiet because the music stopped) she told him she was busy and he was confused as to why she was busy and she repeated it then he responded "okay be good". When the massage was done the lady who did my daughters massage was standing at the door with 2 bottles of water, but was reluctant to hand them over and said "tip". I planned to tip because the Groupon was a birthday gift, but my 19 year old daughter shouldn't have to pay more than $64 and no one should feel forced to tip. I honestly didn't mind tipping the person that did my daughters, but mine was not professional whatsoever, the phone call was the icing on the cake. It almost felt like they wouldn't let us out the door if we didn't tip. This was the worst experience that I have had when getting a massage. The atmosphere seemed really off to me and I would never go back, not even with a Groupon.

I asked for deep tissue and got what I would consider a quality deep tissue. The lady had an accent but I would consider it just that. I find comments saying they couldn't understand any English to be untrue. They had an accent and I had to speak slowly but they still knew English. The lady used oil on my back which I liked, seems like they use oil instead of lotion, but I liked that aspect. After the massage the lady used a hot towel to rid of the oil. The hot towel was a little too hot. I would suggest the ladies maybe take the towel out and dry in the air a bit before use. There were two on staff and they did help customers while I was in massage, but this didn't bother me too bad. They didn't leave my door open. They made up the time spent with other customers by extending the massage. I would encourage them to continue doing so.

This was the most unpleasant and distasteful experience I have ever had. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon. My boyfriend and I were looking forward to it. We walked to know receptionist for about a minute. The lady came out and brought us to a room to find a girl laying on the massage table my boyfriend would soon lay on. Her phone was plugged in charging. They scurried and then remade the table with a clean towel. Once we were ready for the massage only one therapist walks in to work on me. I would say about a solid ten minutes I look up and I see no one working on my boyfriend so I asked if someone would be in to work on him. She couldn’t understand me, so she stops my massage while I’m uncovered and begins to type in her phone. The translation she showed me made no sense. She begins to massage me again. I stated that someone was to be working on him. She asked me if stones would be okay. She then leaves the room and comes back with stones for my back. At this point there was no relaxation to be had and I wanted to get up and leave. We get up and told them we are leaving and are going to get dressed. The lady tried to push her way back into the room as we were getting dressed. My boyfriend had to hold the door closed while getting dressed.
