Had my first massage at Mudra with an LMT I had massages with before. Clean comfortable facility that is quiet and conducive to relaxation. Nick C. is intuitive and has a great technique that leaves my sore muscles feeling relaxed and energized. I really feel great the next day which is not always true for me. If you are looking for therapeutic massage that combines deep pressure and relaxation that won’t leave feeling sore afterward, I highly recommend. I will definitely schedule more sessions with Nick C.

I’ve been driving across town to go to Mudra for massages for years. I’ve seen lots of therapists and they’ve all been PHENOMENAL. Worth every penny every time. Today I received a deep tissue massage by Scott and once again my high expectations have been met.

Desk staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Lots of therapists on staff with different modalities so you can find exactly what you're looking for. Especially appreciate that I can get reflexology with Scott and energy massage with Gustavo.

I’m only ever going here. I’m fully converted to ashiatsu massage and the facials are amazing too. I can’t recommend more highly. Fantastic service, staff, and facilities!

Was in town for work and came across the great reviews for Mudra Massage. I was able to conveniently book online with Scott for a 2 hour massage. He was wonderful. He assessed my needs and concerns prior to starting. You know how some massages are one size fits all. Scott took the time and treated each side of me separately and adjusted accordingly. He incorporated stretching as well to help my sciatica. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you and I will book again when I return to town!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Marleigh and it was amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat the next time I’m in Portland :)

I saw Kyle for a 90 min massage and he took great care of me. The perfect balance of relaxing and deep tissue right where I needed it. Highly recommend especially if your about to hit the airport for a red eye 😂

Nick C used almost enough pressure for me so I would recommend him if you need A LOT of pressure. Some people barely touch you but he was pretty darn good! I'll be back to see him for sure

The place is fine (although not great parking), but the staff and management are excellent. Most importantly, my massage was outstanding! Kat has a soothing, down to earth personality and the big heart of a healer. All of my aches, pains, knots, and tension evaporated under her caring hands. I left there almost floating on air! Thank you, Kat. A hundred stars!

I have been coming to Mudra for semi regular massages since 2022. Everyone at Mudra is so nice, the space is calming and parking is easy in the neighborhood. Jebrahn is amazing - she is so kind and knowledgeable and gives the best massages with the perfect level of pressure. I can't recommend her enough.

It was my first time at Mudra and it's such a lovely space. Clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Jebrahn was amazing! She knew the right amount of pressure so that it wasn't too firm nor too light and always checked-in. Afterwards, I felt so refreshed and renewed. Will definitely be back.

Do yourself a favor and book Gustavo. I feel like a brand new man after walking out of an hour and half session with him. Walked in on a terrible mood and walked out with a smile. He's very good at making conversation to make the whole thing less awkward too. Wish I could give 10 stars. Gustavo if you're reading this keep doing God's work and don't forget to watch start wars the clone wars.

Very cozy and inviting place. Been here twice so far. Scot works wonders. My second experience with Deborah was ok too a little too much pressure for my taste and a bit talkative. She definitely got the pressure points taken care of for sure and educated me on what causes soreness in certain areas being a caregiver at a foster home which I greatly appreciated. Still great service and I’d definitely go back if I planned the appointment a bit better ahead of time. I didn’t have much heart to say anything about it as the appointment was spur of the moment deal for Valentine’s Day. Overall I will continue to go back to Mudra with no hesitation.

After calling 12 spas, the 13th one finally had availability. Claire's customer service is top notch, and I will forever be thankful she was able to squeeze in three appointments last minute for my Aunt's 80th Birthday 🎂 thanks again for everything ❤️

I was given the gift of a relaxing day by my son, and Heather absolutely made the experience one of the best I've ever had. I appreciate the time she took to simply listen to me talk and to let me cry it out and let go of some of the anxiety I felt before. Not to mention how safe I felt in the space... excellent!!! Just had an amazing massage with Gustavo. My arms feel all light and floaty! that was easily the best massage I have ever had. If you are looking for more intense, intuitive, slow but penetrating work, Gustavo is the man.

I received a birthday present for a massage from a good friend and had put off using it until today. OMG I received the best massage I have ever had! Having several “problem areas” i am seldom without some sort of ache. But after my session with Gustavo I was walking on air and will be booking more sessions.

Met with Jebrahn for my first massage and the experience was great. Jebrahn is very knowledgeable and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand the process. Not only was the massage itself great the overall atmosphere was very nice. Everything from the waiting room, the front desk staff, to the various items for sale. Definitely suggest stopping by if you're looking for a massage.
