Surprisingly charming and high-quality! Today, I had one of the best massages of my life at Mulan. The therapist was Amy. Plenty of strength and attention to every little knot in my neck and shoulders and forearms, and I just couldn't be happier.

Went with my wife, the receptionist was very understanding that we were late and made us feel comfortable while we decoded on our massage. The massage was good— deep tissue and thai. Great price for the quality and helped me recover after a long week of cardio and strength training.

Beautiful spa; very zen. Loved taking to Vivian at the front desk and Amy, my masseuse was fabulous. I loved her warm hands and smooth touch. Would definitely recommend this spa.

GREAT massage. My therapist was very open to changing pressure during the massage and everything was so well rounded. Did they make anyone else pay before their massage or just certain customers if you catch my drift…I surely was not going to add a tip before even receiving the service. The face pillows were HARD and made it hard to actually relax during the massage. Great price point and got same day service. I’m definitely indifferent about my experience.

I randomly stumbled across the spa and had some spare time so it seemed like a good idea. Best 90 minutes ever. Stopping in was a wise decision. The facility was quiet and clean and I felt safe the entire time. My massage therapist was named Vivian. She was kind and friendly and made sure I was comfortable and that the experience was enjoyable. The have a nice system that allows you to save money if you come in often enough. They had cold water and soothing music. I have absolutely no complaints.

I received a massage today and it started out relaxing until I was beat on my back like a drum. I wanted a relaxing massage because I was tense and sore and got the opposite. Not to mention I still tipped the woman that gave me a massage. It wasn't enough to her liking even though she literally beat on my back. I said of coming out relaxed and relieved. I came out disappointed and in disbelief that I paid for something I didn't get. A relaxing massage.

I'm giving 5 stars because I came in as a walk-in and the other masseuses were already occupied so the manager of the spa did my massage. There were several interruptions with other walk-ins that she had to greet and manage, but she was always apologetic and not only gave me the extra time for the massage I paid for, but also gave extra massage time to make up for the interruptions. Very professional and one of the few deep tissue massages I've had that I felt was truly deep.

Been going here for quite some time. The place clean and usually quiet. I have never been pushed for buy add-ons. The quality of the massage depends on who you get. Like most massage places now, maybe one or two on staff, and then everyone else us part time. So your massage can be hit or miss. They have some who do a good job, respect your time and money, don't hassle for a tip, and don't keep staring at the clock. They have some do just the opposite. Some notable mentions are Linda, LuLu, Lily, Lisa, and some others who I forgot their names. I do recommend this place for a massage. I must add that Lucy is a good therapist, but after the massage and I gave her a tip, $25 for a $60 massage, she kept moving the money back and forth as if she was looking for more. That is really annoying. That greediness will kill your clientele.

EXTREMELY Homophobics!!! My wife and I made an appointment for a couples massage, and when we got there they kept questioning the validity of our relationships saying a couple should be a husband and a wife! We couldn’t get out of there any faster

I showed up here with my friends and we needed a great massage after a long day at work. We have worked three 12 hours shifts, we were literally exhausted.Mulan spa and massage is very close to us, so it is very convenient, and the massage technique is great, at least I feel that my soreness is much better.

I’ve had problems with my neck and shoulders being tight and locking up for years now and May’s massages have helped me so much! I can feel a difference with my range of motion and have much less pain. Thank you Mulan Spa and Massage.

Massage itself was good. There was some talking between masseuses halfway through, and she left for 5 minutes when a new customer walked in, but did not extend my time to make up for it. Afterwards I was aggressively asked to change my tip amount (which was 15%) to their recommended (30%) - had to leave $20 tip on a $60 massage. Made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

My wife and I have been here three times now and will continue to return as the massages here are awesome! Had a couples massage done today. Wish I knew the lady that massaged me as she did an amazing job and want to request her again. Her technique in walking on my back and legs really helped to loosens up my muscles. Is there a way to request the same masseuse?

Purchased a couples massage as a gift for newlyweds. They LOVED it! The establishment is very elegant and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our massage. They took me in very quickly, appointments was very easy. Will definitely come back.

This is by far the best place to get a massage in Las Vegas. Each massage is different and tailored to the individuals need. The staff is always super friendly and very professional! Worst massage I ever had
