Wait time is horrendous and they don't have enough people to manage the evening rush hours. When I suggested it would be helpful if they could hire to manage rush hour, the lady said she don't see no point in hiring for few hours so yeah they lost a customer . Apart from this the lady who did my threading got upset because after waiting for 1.15 hrs to get it done she suggested "you need facial" I responded in a lower tone "don't worry about it" , she repeated again I need facial I said in lower tone "I don't need it, if I want I will get it " so she got offended and raised voice "you have to be nice to me " by waving her finger at my face , I said I didn't need a suggestion either she claimed it's her job becausey face has black spots . Well the topic to discuss even doesn't feel pleasant.

I walked in with grizzly eyebrows and Asmita reshaped them and made me look human again! This is full service salon and offers waxing,facial along with head massage and oiling services. I tried hair oiling and head massage service and it was a relaxing experience. Highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs!!

I went to get a hair cut for myself & my daughter, as well as my eyebrows done @ Mumbai salon. Asmita & Seema are very knowledgeable, patient & friendly. The place is clean. I highly recommend this place 👍

I went to Mumbai Salon for Facial, haircut, Brazilian Blowout, hair color, eyebrows threading. I loved the service and place a lot. Asmita is very good and very professional. Thank you Asmita!

I had a great salon experience at Mumbai saloon. I had a hair color, smoothing, and it comes out really well. Asmita the owner is very professional and have more experience . I had a great experience with eyebrow threading and waxing also , very neat and well organized salon. 👍

I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut , color and treatment by Asmita! Super welcoming, and AMAZING at layered haircuts. Was immediately able to tell that she is quite experienced, and genuinely passionate in what she does. Asmita was immediately able to assess the state of my hair as soon as I walked in, and managed to give me exactly the cut and style I wanted, leaving me with beautiful and healthy hair. Amazing conversation, service, and hair!

Walked in and wasn’t greeted as the beautician was assisting someone else. I proceeded to take a seat and waited. Once they were done with threading, they waked to the back room for what I assume additional service but the beautician didn’t acknowledge me nor inform me if it was going to take longer. I sat there for additional 10 minutes and left.

Got my eyebrows threaded and such a wonderful experience!! I can’t stop admiring them now. Did exactly what I requested, and quick service too. Will definitely be my go to eyebrow place now

They did my eyebrows fine but upper lips was the worst experience I had in my life. She was so haphazard and painful and actually threaded part of my lip skin, which caused it to become irritated and form a bump which is still there after a month. I will not go here again.

Beautiful ambience very neat and clean..They give the highest importance to maintaining hygiene standards. Their services are awesome. I would highly recommend. I recently done my hair color and they did awesome job i really appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work they provide.

I went Mumbai salon twice. Both time I loved the service. Second time I was little disappointed. Because charged me little more. Even though I asked for same service like last time. I think she should put a price list board. So customer will know her price. Very neat and clean salon. Otherwise service is great! Keep it up! 👍

I went in for a trim of 2 inches and got my hair cut way shorter than I wanted. First off the hairdresser did not ask what length I wanted my hair to be cut for my longest pieces and just went for it. Also did not style my hair well at all. Not the best place for haircuts.

One of the most clean and maintained salons in town. Amazing ambience, the service provided for all what I requested was to the mark and done very smoothly and patiently. They understood what I needed for my hair type and texture and did an excellent job. The products used were of excellent quality. Best place to get some relaxed me time and pamper yourself.
