Micaela chopped off all my beautiful long hair and left me with a layer 1 inch shorter than the other on one side vs the other where it was choppy and uneven. So i went back in order to just get it even although it was already terrible. She just cut off more hair across my whole head and left me with no hair at all. Refused to give me a refund, too. I am devastated, i won’t be able to wear my hair down for many months and I can’t tie my hair up properly either because loose ends stick out on the right side.

I Can always trust to get my boys haircuts done correct every time! The attention to detail on the fades and clean up is excellent. Great place for the entire family to get a cut. And if your looking for someone that knows how to cut latino type hair, this is the place!

I love getting my haircut here. It's always very clean. The staff is always happy and ready to give you a wonderful experience. I drive all the way from Pflugerville to get my haircut here when I can, because it's worth the extra time. And gas money to get the special. I've never left Mundo Latino unhappy with my haircut and everyone that works here does is very good at there job. My personal favorite is Kathy she is very detailed oriented and asks lots questions to make sure your 100% satisfied with your haircut. Mundo Latino is a must if you want to love your hair

I've been growing out my hair for 2 years, it's curly and it was down to my waist. I went in to get layers but I only asked for 2 inches to be cut. By the time I got up, my hair was as short as my shoulders. So short I couldn't put my hair in a ponytail. I read good reviews about this place so I went. It's hard to have curly hair because most people don't know that even though you cut it at a certain length, it shortens when it's dry so my hair is actually a bob now. I'm distraught. I put in a lot of effort into my hair and in 15 minutes it was all gone. I'm not even mad, just really sad and upset. I think if you have straight hair or easy hair to work with, I'm sure you'll be fine but if you have curly hair, I wouldn't recommend. I even asked the stylist if she knew how to cut curly hair and she said yes. If you don't know how to, they should just say so. It's not a big deal but to just cut without understanding the basics? Insane to me.

If i could give a half a star or a 0 i will they lack in professionalism always on their phones and judge everyone and will talk behind ur back if u don’t know their language i would strongly not recommend.

El lugar es bueno todas tiene un buen talento para cortar pelo. Y atender los clientes con buen servicio. Ay muchas buenas muchachas pero las cuatro que me combinen a cortar el Cabello será Kathy y Kim y Nadia y Mika esa cuatro damas lo hacen a lo 100 y te dejan con una sonrisa 😁 grande que ellas sigan con mucho éxito gracias mundo latino por su excelente servicio Mucha prosperidad y bendiciones para este nuevo año
