I have been coming here for over five years for color and cuts (brunette, long, curly hair) and I always book appointments at times that work for me because every stylist here is excellent. They have all done my hair at some point and I have never been disappointed. I truly enjoy coming here!

For years I’ve been looking for a stylist who can give me an ashy balayage as a brunette that can seamless blend with my grays and no one has done it until now!! Nadia is amazing! She understood what I wanted and was able to do it where believe me many have tried and failed. She gave an excellent consultation and was honest about what she could accomplish which I appreciate. I’ve gotten non stop compliments since getting my hair done. She’s very talented and I highly recommend her.

I’ve been on the search for a good hair salon that specializes in blonde transformations for naturally born brunettes and I finally found the place! Marta did my hair! She’s an amazing hairdresser and knows what she’s doing! She’s also so nice and caring. Everyone in the salon is so sweet and it’s a really nice environment while you’re getting your hair done for a couple hours. Based off their Instagram all the hairdressers are really experienced and do amazing work! Definitely going to be referring all my friends and family here!

I have been coming to Adriana at Mure Salon for 4 years to get the BEST highlights ever. I truly believe that Adriana is the best hairstylist and I always leave the salon blonde and my hair in a healthy condition. I will never switch and highly recommend Adriana for all hair coloring and styling.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Mure Salon, specifically Sergio. He was so meticulous and attentive, taking the time to perfect every detail. I had a cut, color, and olaplex treatment. I’ve always had difficult to manage hair and it’s hard to find a color I’ve ever liked but walking out my hair feels so healthy, and I’m absolutely obsessed with the final result. It’s rare to leave a salon feeling way! If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about your hair, Sergio is the one. Highly highly recommend

I’ve been getting my hair done at Mure for a few years now and will never go anywhere else in the city! Sergio is a master color mixer - I will loosely describe the blonde color I’m trying to achieve and he creates exactly what I want. Popped in for a last minute blonde service with Sergio and obsessed with the end result! After 15 years of partial and full highlights, we did a balayage using airtouch and I am stunned with the results. Gorgeoussss work by Sergio!! Will definitely be back :) He and his assistant are lovely gems for the UES and absolutely recommend!

This place is totally overpriced for what it is. I had highlights with Sergio which turned out just okay (my hair looks fine but not at all like the reference photos I showed). For $350, I don’t think it was worth it and won’t return. Also, I was shuttled around and ignored for long periods of time! They take way too many customers at once and as a result it is chaotic and not the experience you expect at an “upscale” salon. Go elsewhere for better color and service.

Went to first appointment at Mure today. Nadya was my colorist. She was excellent along with her assistant. I spent a lot of time at the salon and for the entire time they make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. nadya is truly a wonderful hair artist and precise. She also knows her colors and what looks best for each persons skin color and natural hair. Her assistant was fantastic at washing the color out and checking on me during the bleaching process. Thanks Nadya will see ya again in the new year (:

I loved the vibe of the place. It has a cute seating area and the staff is friendly. Jay cut my hair and he was great. Sure knows what he’s doing and helped me with the style of cut I wanted and then he rocked it! I enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Mure Salon for the past two years, and I have had such great experiences cutting and coloring my hair with Sarah and Adrianna. If you don’t live on the UES, this salon is well worth the trip Uptown. I cannot recommend enough.

Mure is the best!! Have been coming here for a while for blonde balayage for a while after awful experiences other places. So happy to have found the go to best salon in NY- highly recommend (especially Sergio)
