Breast implants with Benelli lift on 10/18/24. I’m writing my review 3 months later because I’m actually in touch with them again to get another surgery 😆 And realized I never reviewed my first one! To start I had THE BEST experience with Dr. Murphy and his team. All the front desk ladies are very nice and direct you right to who you need to speak with immediately every time. Secondly, Meghan is my favorite she is there for you before your surgery directing you every step of the way and post surgery for as long as you need. Lastly, Dr.Murphy is so nice and you can tell he wants to help you get to where you want to be cosmetically. He takes his time, listens to your concerns, and as cliche as it sounds makes your cosmetic dreams come true. My chest was a big insecurity of mine after breast feeding 3 kids in 6 years time span. and I came out of surgery with him as a brand new woman. On top of all that he has super good pricing from the initial consultation to the actual surgery which was a big deal to me. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Murphy Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa.

We arrived for my wife's appointment. When we were the first patients to wait, the front desk was extremely rude and helped other patients. They slammed papers in our faces and blamed us for checking in late, even though we arrived on time. The front desk gave off racist vibes, and their attitude toward us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr. Murphy is not professional. After collecting his fees, he could care less about his patients, demonstrated poor bedside manner, and refused to see them after surgery. Dr. Murphy post op is with the nurses he only sees you if you have concerns and or if the nurses can’t answer your questions. He defers all follow-up appointments to his wife, who is a RN, and the front desk staff. My wife developed capsular contracture after surgery, and when she expressed her concern a few months later, he scolded her and told her to wait a year for her body to heal. After a year, you must pay full price to have breast augmentations redone. His decision-making was very calculated. Money, money, and more money!! Surgical procedures do not take a year to recover. For the most part, after consulting with other plastic surgeons who have more proven and updated surgical techniques to assess my wife's situation, I believe he does not follow surgical guidelines designed to reduce bacteria in the surgical site, which is the cause of capsular contracture cases. Look it up and do your own research.

I have really had a very pleasant experience here. Very professional and personable staff. They have been even been very accommodating to my personal physical problems and Ive seen great results in my cosmetic treatment. Not to mention the pricing is quite fair/ reasonable. I’m so glad I found them bc I’ve tried a few other places and met with inadequate treatments at overpriced inefficiency and ‘tude.

One stop shopping! The girls are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. Have lost 40lbs in 5 months on their newest weight loss miracle. It’s a little expensive, but actually WORKS!!! Just like the fillers and lasers. They always make me feel great and I’m always excited to see them.

The office is beautiful. Kim administered my Botox and lip filler. She did a great job!! I had no bruising which was a first for me. I really like this office and staff and will continue to get my Botox and filler needs here. I think the prices are reasonable as well. 10/20/23– I went back to see Kim again for a little more filler in my puppet lines. She does such a great job! I just love her. The whole office is great— very helpful. I confidently recommend this office to anyone looking for competent staff and reasonable prices. :)

Awesome business!! Dr Murphy is hands down a great and caring doctor who takes his time and expertise to explain the procedure and make you feel very comfortable in making a decision about your care. Office staff is friendly and supportive also. I had a wonderful experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Murphy for whatever your needs are!

First I would like to say the front staff are always so kind and they are the first impression of the company and I knew I was in the right spot the first time I went in! I received a breast augmentation and I’m so glad I went with Dr. Murphy. He’s so sweet and patient and amazing at what he does.

I love the staff. The office is beautiful however I spent over a couple grand or more on some Botox and. Juvederm for my aging neck which was the very thing I wanted the most outcome me on. I was told I would only need one appointment to see great results, unfortunately no results.

Everyone at Murphy plastic surgery and medical spa has been so friendly and welcoming. I have been several times now to see Tatum for some skin concerns I was having. I don’t wear make up so my skin being clear and bright is very important to me. Tatum has been amazing. She has done done some work with the Pico laser and IPL laser that got rid of the few sun spots I had. Then she did a peel that brightened my skin. She really knows her stuff. I highly recommend you see for any skin concerns you have.

Always a great experience Tracy if amazing. And Tatum also. Been going to Dr Murphy for a few years he did a tummy tuck a few years ago. In that area I had over 5 major surgeries and had massive scar tissue he was able to remove and I have had any pain since. Completely love Dr Murphy and his very talented staff

Dr. Murphy refuses to see me because I declined to wear PPE inappropriately. Even though I invested thousands into his practice he clings to CDC instead of his patients desires. I am now forced to open a law suit. I definitely would not choose Dr. Murphy's office for any reason, because he will not be there for you if he messed up anything on your surgery.

Edit: I think it's interesting the "response from owner" came 3 years after my review was posted. The surgery I had with Dr. Murphy was a liposuction. I told him I wanted one section done and he talked me into getting several additional sections. Because of this, he was not able to take enough from the area I wanted done initially. Years later, and it looks like I never had the surgery at all. Also, Dr. Murphy made several suggestions about different diets I could go on that would be dangerous with regards to restriction and addiction to diet drugs. It seemed unethical and I won't be going back.
