Musa Salón muy buena experiencia. Dmarie es muy profesional te orienta y te ayuda a tomar la mejor decisión en cuanto a lo que mejor le va a tu cabello. Mi pelo quedó de show. El servicio fue excelente y el ambiente del salón muy acogedor. 100% recomendado.

Made an appointment in Booksy two weeks ago for a haircut. I show up on the day of my appointment just to find out the hairdresser assigned to me was a no show. The lady that greeted me when I walked in just laughed at me when I told her that I was there to see DMarie. Very unprofessional attitude from the staff, not only because of the no show but because of the way the whole situation was handled. The services you offer may be good but the way you handle issues with your potential clients speaks volumes of your professionalism. Your customer service skills need work!!!

1 star for how unprofessional they are. My first time they make me wait almost 1 hour outside because no one showed up to open the salon (mind my appointment was schedule thru phone and booked it online) and today was the same, I left after 40 minutes waiting outside ( schedule my appointment thru internet a week before) and the excuse was " I'm sorry but you booked with someone that no longer works here".. 🤦‍♀️ I mean what type of business owner does not know who is coming for an appointment.. So if you have an appointment I will make sure to be ok waiting one hour after schedule it..

OMG, this salon is amazing, I have referred several women including my cousin Ollie and they all have been extremely happy. The attention to detail and the personalities of the workers! I highly recommend it and I give it all the stars available!
