I have mixed girl hair because I am half Dominican and half Puerto Rican. My hair is not naturally straight or fine. I have very curly roots and curly hair. Jade is a fantastic hairdresser! She knows exactly how to deal with my hair and even get the roots straight. Yes it does take time but she has managed to make me look and feel beautiful. She also recommended these extensions that are of quality and she was able to exactly match my hair color with them which I’m a natural red head (very hard to match me). I’m really happy about my hair extensions and my hair health overall. P.S. I did extensions because my hair was damaged and I had to cut my bangs really short and Jade was able to give me beautiful long hair and face frame my bangs to go back to how I looked before my hair got damaged. I recommend 1,000%!

AMAZING!! Well worth the hour and a half drive I make, Destiny is absolutely amazing with my hair!! I've been natural for 10 years now and Destiny is the only stylist I trust with my hair. From enhancing my natural curls, to a simple blowout, to color, to extensions, she has done it all to my hair and always has me leaving with a smile on my face and my hair looking and feeling wonderful! Destiny puts all of her training, knowledge and love of hair into what she does and the results will have you feeling absolutely gorgeous. If you're anywhere near the Charlotte area and in need of your hair receiving some extra love please go see Destiny and let her make you look and feel even more beautiful!!

BEEARE ANYONE WITH ETHNIC HAIR … Destiny unfortunately is not skilled with extensions for ethnic hair. I had a phone consultation with Destiny last month and went to her salon suite yesterday and she didn’t have the professional tools, correct hair extensions in stock to provide me with the services we agreed up and discussed. She did apologize and offered for me to return next week but I am flying out today and could not allow her to experiment and test on my hair. Unbeknownst to me from speaking to other stylists the is link technique should not be used on natural hair and beneath two layers of sew in tracks. I truly share to avoid anyone using her services until she is more experienced (another charlotte stylist just pointed out to me as well that all of her examples in her Instagram are all of her own hair and/or majority are non textured hairs so perhaps that is her expertise in all fairness only doing her own hair or non textured hairs) photos provided on her IG page @bydestinynicole

Could not be more obsessed with my hair right now! Went to Destiny for a bundle of Great Lengths extensions for some added volume and color and they came out amazing! My hair looks great, my experience was wonderful. Destiny was so sweet and accommodating. Hands down 10/10 :)

Went to see destiny and let me say that lady knows what she is doing! Always does what I ask and as someone who likes to experiment from time to time with hair color she is always eager to make my hair dreams come true! If you are ever in the Charlotte area and need work done she is definitely the person I would go see. Definitely worth it and she is professional every step of the way! Daveone Foster is the only hairdresser I trust with cutting and highlighting my hair!! He does a phenomenal job - he is extremely detail-oriented, truly listens to what you are seeking, and makes helpful recommendations, if desired (which I always do need and highly value). He somehow manages to transform my thin and fine hair into something professional, sleek, and beautiful - he knows just how cut the layers, and the highlights always look gorgeous and are the perfect shade of blonde for me.He's super kind and is fun to chat with - the time always flies by! Daveone has been my go-to hairdresser for years - I don't want to have anyone else touch my hair. Highly recommend Daveone Foster with Muse Hair Studio!!

Daveone did an amazing job on my balayage and hair cut. He really took the time to ask me questions about exactly what I wanted my hair to look like, and made sure he understood and we were on the same page. He took his time and didn't rush my cut or color. I will definitely be going back to him for balayage touch ups. He is very experienced, accommodating and makes the time go by quickly with great conversation! Thanks for letting me love my hair again!!

Daveone was AMAZING! I had never gotten my hair dyed before but he explained everything to me as he was doing it and I love it! His balayage technique is gorgeous and I'm so in love with the results! Super nice guy, easy to talk to, and talented. Such a fun experience!

I had been searching for months trying to find a stylist to do hand tied extensions and color. I finally found Destiny and I’m so grateful that I did. She did hand tied extensions, and color matched them PERFECTLY to my hair. She didn’t rush and took her time making sure they looked perfect. I have not loved my hair in such a long time, and I can say I walked out of her salon with SO much confidence today because of the work she did. The whole experience was just overall amazing & she exceeded my expectations by far. I never thought I would have my dream hair, but Destiny made that come true and I will only be going to her from now on. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

It's so refreshing to find a hairstylist that is knowledgeable and passionate about their profession and the service they are offering you. Daveone was amazing. He took the time to assess my hair needs and explained everything he was doing. He was able to share knowledge and tips on what my hair needed and was able to answer all of my questions. I also loved his attention to detail! He really did an amazing job. I loved my cut and style, I will definitely be going back!

Destiny is absolutely the best ever! When I first started seeing her, my hair was an absolute mess. I was trying to grow out this awful bob that had turned into an unfortunate mullet. Destiny has TRANSFORMED my hair. It’s the longest and healthiest it has been in a very, very long time!!!

Destiny is great! I moved to Charlotte from CA and brought my “hair color formula” with me that my old stylist used for my highlights, and Destiny knew exactly what to do and the outcome was perfect. I have long blonde hair and actually like the way she angled my hair in the front more than how old stylist in CA used to cut it. Highly recommend if you are looking for an experienced hair stylist who does cut and color!

She always listens to your hair concerns and what your future plans are, and she always comes through with a gorgeous color and killer cut. If you’re feeling like a change, she can help you get your hair to where you want it to be! Her space is cozy and she is very accommodating. I just moved to Charlotte and I am so glad I found Muse Hair Studio! Destiny is the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft, professional, punctual, and has THE best personality. I've already been to see her twice in less than a month. During my first visit she cut my naturally curly hair into an amazing shape. At my second visit I got color. Both times she gave me exactly what I asked for. I'm so thankful to have found an amazing stylist in Charlotte without any trial and error. Definitely go see her! You will not be disappointed.
