The BEST hair salon in Jacksonville! Kechia always has me looking like a movie star when I leave 😍 All the other Stylist are great too! Very professional, clean, fast and friendly service! Give them a try and you will never want to go anywhere else ❤️❤️❤️

This salon came highly recommended for braiding, and they did not disappoint! My daughter has very thick color treated hair and her knotless braids have been beautiful and long lasting each visit. Their color matching is great and I really appreciate the care they took with trimming my daughter's split ends. With professional and dependable service, I will rebook again and again.

This salon is relaxing and everyone is friendly. I received wash/condition and small knotless braids by Guerline. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I love that she asked detailed questions about the service I wanted and how I wanted my hair to look, she actually listened and gave me what I was expecting. Guerline is a beautiful soul and you will not be disappointed with any service you receive.

A response to the owner that will not own up to their own mistakes: The style wasn’t falling apart after 2 weeks. The style fell apart after a five day road trip. The only reason I needed mousse was because it was already falling a part and that was the only thing saving it. But mousse does not make butterfly locs fall apart at all that’s just a lie. If I did have time to see how my hair was done first I would not have recommended it to a friend. I booked both our appointments for the same day prior to knowing the salon or the stylist only because we needed a last minute hair style. That was an unfortunate mistake. I tip for every service provided to me. And the tip was before I knew the true colors of your salon. If I could do it again, i’d save myself the trouble and money. I never requested a refund for 2 week old locs. (Which by the way is still ridiculous) You seem to be missing the point. Someone whom you provided service to was unhappy with the outcome. She asked your stylist to fix it. Your stylist agreed and then lured a customer in without making her aware of the cost. That’s a problem. Your customer paid a total of $250 for shoulder length butterfly locs that fell apart in 5 days... no antics.. just the truth.. Your stylist works for this salon. They are obviously affiliated. And I did contact the salon! You keep saying if I did, the outcome would have been different. I SPOKE TO THE STYLIST. You were aware of the situation. Instead you want to reply to my reviews online lol. The most bizarre service ever. Like I said before STAY AWAY!

After nearly two years of not having my hair professionally done. I visited Muse Concept Salon and had my hair braided. I was welcomed into a warm, friendly, professional environment. My stylist, Nyah was perfect!! She provided me with entertainment and a cold beverage while she braided my hair. I’ve visited this salon more than once and my experiences have always been the same. I always leave hair happy and with a smile on face. Thank you Nyah and all the Muse Concept Staff!!

Crochet hair styles by Kechia!!😍👩🏽‍🦱🤗 she’s the best awesome hair styles she really care about your natural hair. I decided to go natural this was the best protective style ( crochet) for me instead of doing the BIG CHOP. Thanks 🙏🏽 for all the beautiful styles over the last 3 years so many complements on your work never had a bad style. See you this week for new crochet style with a new crochet brand very excited🤗

Had my hair braided and had a terrible experience. The stylist was rude and tried to up the price after we already discussed the price. Not to mention the braids i overpaid for lasted 5 days and i had to redo them myself. Save your money its not going to be what you expected.

Highly recommended. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the stylists do great work and are very professional. I have been natural over 3 years now and Kechia always does the cutest and neatest protective styles on me. I tell her my vision and she runs with it, and I end up loving my hair every time, no complaints. She has a customer for life with me!

I appreciate the professionalism and hair education that I received at Muse Concept Salon. The services you receive on your hair has to be maintained. I like the fact that when I come to the salon I receive quality services and education around the products being used . Also what instructions I need to follow in order to maintain it. I can tell you I have had my share of hair stylist in the past where I have had to come home and change my hair. But not at Muse . They are experienced in the services they perform. My hair has been colored from a high platinum blonde , to the reds and to black and my hair remains extremely healthy. You learn to appreciate a salon that also educated you about the services you receive and how to maintain your styles. Especially after I have a background in the cosmetology. You deal with clients who know they want a desired style . But they can’t quite articulate the specifics in what they want. When you have clients like this that makes your stylist have to work harder to get close to your desired style as possible. I have been one of these clients before and they handled me with extreme professionalism where I received the desired look. I have remained a client of the owner and her staff for years. Following them where ever they go. I’m extremely happy with their work and so is my hair.

I love this salon . The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and inviting. I receive braid extensions and let me tell you from someone who is extremely tender headed, I didn't even feel any tension. Highly recommend getting any service from Muse Concept Salon.

I’ve going to Mrs. Nickie the owner of this solan for several months now. Because I had a scalp flare up and she created a treatment for my scalp and hair that stopped my itchy scalp and lessen my scalp and hair dryness. I love her professionalism, caring, and friendly staff. I am so happy that my girlfriend Terri recommended you to me and my mom!

Muse Salon is the best . I asked for box braids and got what I wanted , just how I wanted ! My hair lasted for 2 1/2 , 3 months . I recommend this place to anyone that want to feel and look good.

STAY AWAY!!! Found this salon on Instagram and got my hair braided and recommended the place to my friend. The braids both of us got were not what was advertised in the pictures at all. When I asked the girl Nyah to redo my friends hair, she agreed, but only to get very nasty after and demand another $100 after we paid originally and tipped this girl (the total being over $200). Most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

The salon has a nice, welcoming ambiance. It is well decorated and staffed with knowledgeable stylists. Nickie is very warm-hearted and does great work! She talks you through your service to ensure you are aware of why things are being done! You walk out feeling more beautiful than before and with tips to maintain your healthy hair!
