I’m writing on my experience I had doing the med spa’s internship that they offer. My sister & I both participated in the program together & I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone that may be considering getting into the aesthetic field. Jana & Bia went above & beyond to make our experience impactful. Jana is a fantastic educator & very knowledgeable. You could tell they both wanted you to get the most from the program!

Got blade and shade on my eyebrows by Vanessa. She took her time and made sure my comfort was her number one priority as i was very nervous. My eyebrows look amazing!

I can’t recommend muse enough! I’ve been getting my lashes done here for over a year now and I get so many compliments! Tessa always make me feel like me again! I’ve continued to come here for other services like my botox and Jana is always so good and gentle. They truly care about their services and will follow up to make sure you are happy and that’s rare! Love this place!

I go to Tessa once a month for my hydrofacial. The facial is relaxing & doesn’t take long, so I’m in and out with my skin feeling refreshed and very moisturized. Highly recommend Muse for your self care. DTH

I love getting my services done at Muse!! First of all the vibe when you walk in is unmatched at any salon. The ladies working there are so friendly and make you feel some comfortable when you arrive. I’ve had both my lashes and Botox done at the salon and feel so educated before during and after my appointments. I’m always satisfied with my services and truly feel like I’m getting a luxury experience from the moment I walk in.

I love muse !! i’ve been getting my lashes done by Tessa for awhile now and Jana has done a couple lip flips for me. They are both so sweet and genuine. If you are planning on getting either of those done i recommend reaching out to one of them!

Muse has been nothing but great, the staff is super kind, and pleasant to speak with. I’ve seen Tessa on a few occasions and she’s taken extraordinary care of my skin, she convinced me to get a hydro facial when I did a simple walk in and I haven’t looked back since ….. P.S. Tessa when you going let me get those digits !!!! ;)

The absolute best experience ever! The vibe is always set, calm, relaxing and very luxurious! Tessa is the best! She gets you in and out! Tessa is always in great spirits, very positive, and very informative on what she’s doing! Lashes are always bomb! Everyone is friendly, and has amazing customer service! ! Vanessa changed my life with her services, for a woman our eyebrows define our face 100% and before her services I struggled with having to draw my brows and I would shaved them , it was a disaster but after her services I fell in love with my self again.she is so kind so professional and definitely her work is amazing

Vanessa, did an exquisite job on my eyebrows. They were multi colored ( done prev by someone else ) and Vanessa was able to correct them. I am In love ..service was excellent .. I recommended Vanessa to all my friends bc she is the best !

Was originally going to this location for eyelash extensions weekly because of issues with retention. However after booking another weekly appointment, my appointment was cancelled by the staff via email but my deposit refund was never received. I tried to call/email/text multiple times to receive a refund and was given the runaround. Still have not received as much a courtesy call to reschedule or process my refund.

Bad experience with my lash extensions I went to Muse med spa in Columbus a week ago for the first time. I booked my first ever lash appointment (The “Keeping it classy” set) with them and was super nervous but excited. Unfortunately, things did not go how I expected and it’s just getting worse as time goes on. I took these pictures today… only a week after getting them done and this is how my lashes look…. bad I know….No i’m not using oils based facial products….no i’m not sleeping on them… idk what’s up! I spent $160 on these lashes and the retention is pretty bad. I hate to be flaming this salon because the woman who did my lashes was very nice however this is not at all what I wanted nor expected. I wish these lashes would come off sooner so I didn’t have to pay for a removal somewhere else. My lashes also didn’t really turn out like the reference picture I gave but i’m chalking that up to me having a different eye shape then the model. Overall these lashes have lowered my confidence instead of enhancing it like they claim to do (see muse website) lol.

I love Muse! I go to Tessa for my lashes and Jana for my Botox. I just began my laser hair removal treatments that are completely painless and I can already see the difference only after 2 weeks of barely any hair growth and it’s only my first session. They are all so sweet and welcoming from the moment I walk through the doors to the time I walk out. The experience is astounding and I am always 100% satisfied. Highly recommend them for your beauty services.

MUSE Columbus is an experience. The atmosphere is so inviting. I was greeted with a warm lavender hand towel to wipe my hands and relax before being serviced. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to explain my lash goals and they executed flawlessly. Highly recommend!

This is my new favorite place. I came in for lash extensions and mentioned being interested in lip fullers but was nervous. Tessa and Jana were amazing at showing me pictures, walking through the process, and making me feel comfortable enough to get them. I was a little stressed during and they reassured me, showed me the progression, and were so supportive. I left with not only perfect lashes but really gorgeous lips. I will definitely be back soon for a lash fill and more!

Two stars only because they tried to fix the issue, unsuccessfully. I moved here from Cincy and have had eyelash extensions for 6+ years from multiple lash artists. I’ve never had so many issues with my lash retention. Within two days of getting a full set, it looked like I was due for a full set. Lashes all over my apartment from them falling off. Not from natural shedding, my natural lash was not attached. Went in for a touch up (requested within 24 hours of full set, just couldn’t get in right away) after five days and by the weekend, my coworkers asked what happened to my lashes. Upset I wasted $200+ on basically nothing since I have to buy a full set at another lash studio.

Bia is the best ! I took her eyelash training class and she was so sweet and patient with me when I was practicing the techniques. I was so nervous before I took the class and she made me feel so confident ! If you are looking to do eyelash extensions you need to take her class ! And she also does amazing work if you want your eyelashes done !
