Today was my first visit. It was fantastic! I was there to get filler in my lips. I have had my lips done before at other places and I honestly dread having it done and put it off because It is always so uncomfortable ( pain wise) for me. I explained this to Alyssa who did my procedure today, she totally understood and took extra time to ensure that it would be as uncomfortable as possible. I am thrilled to say that this was the most relaxing experience that I have ever had with lips and the results are amazing! You won’t regret going here. I have booked another appointment for a different service and look forward to going.

Love this Med spa! Started with just my forehead area and now added a lip flip. My injector Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products and services I asked about. She took her time to explain why some services would be better for me than others. Love these girls!

Alyssa is super informative and really listens to what you want. She doesn’t pressure you to do anything ; she presents the options and works with you to figure out the best path forward. And the results are natural, which is such a plus. 10/10 recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences at Muse. As this was my first time going to a med spa, I was very nervous. I've been to 3 total med spa's and this is BY FAR the best one I have visited. From the professionalism, atmosphere, and results... I couldn't say better things. I have only ever gotten just a lip flip done at other med spa's before, but have been wanting filler. I've been extremely hesitant because I didn't want it to look like too much on my face. After going back and forth on if I was gonna take the step, I ended up finally reaching out to Alyssa. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and I trusted her 100%. It's only been a few hours after getting my lips done with filler so they are swollen but I'm already OBSESSED. I couldn't be more thankful for Alyssa and I can't imagine going to any other med spa now. I HIGHLY recommend.

The head spa experience is like nothing I’ve ever done before. Relaxing, rejuvenating and just an overall great treatment. So glad I was able to experience a Japanese head spa in Ct. I will be rebooking when we are in town again.

I started taking GLP-1 at Muse and have been very happy with my consistent results. Also appreciate being with a provider who is well informed and educated me on everything prior to my first injection. She continues to check in with me and cheer me on. I have had outstanding results with all the treatments I’ve had done by Alyssa. She is highly skilled & knowledgeable. A very dark, stubborn sunspot is almost undetectable now and my under eye area has improved so much that I no longer need gobs of concealer. You won’t go wrong with Alyssa’s recommendations.

I recently went to Muse for Disport in my forehead, 11's, and crow's feet. I have a terrible fear of needles and it has held me back from wanting to get services done in the past. Alyssa is a kind, empathetic and patient practitioner. She was able to ease my anxiety and ensured that I was comfortable for each injection. Beyond her gentle demeanor, Alyssa is knowledgeable and informative about each step throughout the process. She does an incredible job explaining what she is doing and why. I felt beyond comfortable during my experience regardless of my fears. I cannot recommend Muse and Alyssa more! 10/10 recommend!

I tried the $1,000+ TrapTox treatment and it didn’t work! My primary care doctor recommended I try the Botox (neurotoxin) injection into the trapezius muscle (back/shoulder/neck area) to relieve tension/cramping by temporarily paralyzing or numbing a portion of this shrugging muscle. We tried 40 units of the Dysport brand Botox on both sides, 80 in total. During the 1 month follow-up, I decided not to get additional units because I was fairly confident that since I did not notice any relief from tension in the area due to the standard dose, I would likely not experience a significant difference from a compound dose. It’s been over 2 months and I still don’t feel any relief in the neck tension, nor do I see any physical slimming effect. I do not think this is an effective or practical method of alleviating tension or slimming the trap/neck area. I was also somewhat hoping for a discount on more units during the follow-up visit, otherwise I would not have drove 50 min for a conversation we already had over the phone. She recommended I come in-person anyway, but we couldn’t come to an agreement - not even a 10% reduction for being a new patient - which I thought was pretty telling of the procedure’s apparent success rate among her other patients. I am still leaving a 3/5 star rating because Alyssa was knowledgeable about the subject, understanding and a pleasure to speak with.

My head spa experience with Kristina was incredibly peaceful, a phenomenal form of self-care. It is clear that she is a very skilled professional. The rest of the team was welcoming. The spa is tastefully decorated, clearly with relaxation in mind. Your only regret about the head spa treatment at Muse will be that you didn’t try it sooner!

Alyssa was Amazing!! She was extremely educational about what she was going to be doing and what to expect. She made me feel super comfortable before and while doing the procedure. She was extremely gentle and checked in if I needed any breaks. She also said she would make her self available if I had any questions later that day or the next day, which shows how much she cares about her clients and her work. She was super professional with a calming presence. She did an amazing job and I’m in love with my lips!!

I was going somewhere else for over 2 years!! Alyssa is literallyyy amazing!! The BEST experience & the most amazing results! I’ve literally never trusted someone more :) -I was going to someone every 2 months for 2 years (at this point wasted thousands of dollars),, had no results. I had 3 sessions with Alyssa & now I have quite literally the prettiest lips for my face. Worth every penny! Trust the process + your injector!!! The Westbrook location is so gorgeous, & so is my neww favorite aprn!!

My experience at Muse was unmatched. I wanted a professional to tell me what I needed. Not in a “let me sell you everything to make money” type, but with honesty. She steered me from what I thought I needed to something simpler and more natural. Let me tell you, you would never know I got anything done. But the results are stunning! I have never felt so confident, and no one has noticed. People have just complimented me, saying I look great! If asked, of course, I spill the tea and always recommend here. She did cheekbone enhancement filler, and it accentuated all my features. I will always go back to her.
