As someone who has known the team at Muse Med Spa for several years, I can confidently say they’re amazing at what they do. I recently had a facial treatment, and it exceeded all expectations! The spa’s atmosphere is calming and beautifully designed, and the staff ensures every client feels welcomed and comfortable. The treatment left my skin feeling refreshed, radiant, and truly pampered. The care and expertise they bring to their work are unmatched, and it shows in the results. If you’re considering a treatment, I wholeheartedly recommend Muse Med Spa. It’s always a wonderful experience, and I’ll continue to trust them with my skincare needs, I can’t recommend Sydney enough. She’s the best!

I’ve been seeing Gina since February for semaglutide injections. When I first came I was very overweight from pregnancy and feeling pretty hopeless over it. She and everyone there made me feel welcome and comfortable and since I had to bring my toddler to every appointment that meant a lot. In the past 8 months I have lost 50 lbs and am feeling confident again. Not only have I lost the weight but Gina has given me tips and pointers for making lifestyle changes and doing this in the healthiest way possible. I’ve never like she wanted to just sell to me, she’s been completely invested in my success and wants to see me live a better and healthier life. I am so grateful for Gina and everyone at this med spa and would absolutely recommend them!

Bottom line is to be careful! Used Muse Medspa twice for dark spots on face, 4-5 weeks apart. Tool was BBL laser. The outcome was scabs that won't heal for 6 months, mild bleeding for 6 months. Have had extension conversation in person with their technician, Head nurse, and even the owner. Each person was willing to talk but disown responsibilities and tell me it could be cancer. Ultimately went to dermatologist and my dark spot was not cancer, not sun spots, and can be easily removed by liquid nitrogen that took 30 seconds and one week to heal. Dermatologist said of course you bled, laser should never have been used.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize and recommend Gina at Muse Med Spa. She is incredible!!! Gina is this force of positive energy and as soon as you begin working with her, you find that her passion about nutrition is highly contagious! She brings this energy to Muse (and to my life) and I’m so grateful for all her knowledge and help. As a Semiglutide client since February 2024, I’m now in the “maintenance phase” of my journey and at my ideal weight. If you really want to optimize your health AND look/feel truly amazing again, you have to go to Gina. I highly recommend her!

Love Muse! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and skilled. Molly has been such a great addition to my life and is so patient, compassionate, enthusiastic and funny. She has such a good eye and helps you feel more like yourself and comfortable in your own skin again. Sydney is also amazing and has a lot of passion for the industry and human's overall well being. This place is magic, but it’s not magic just because of how beautiful they make you look. It’s magic because how beautiful they make you feel. I am new to muse med spa and was referred by several of my friends. I am needle phobic and was very nervous and Molly was so kind, nonjudgmental and informative. Not only did she give me the botox and fillers that I came for, she also informed me of why and where aging begins and steps I can take in the future to naturally fight the process. She truly went over and above to help me feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Muse Med spa!

I’ve been seeing Sydney for injections over the past two years and I couldn’t be happier for the results! She was the first person who did injections for me and I trusted her 100%. She explained me what she wants to treat, was so attentive to details, welcoming and ensuring that the treatment will be tailored my specific needs. The results have been consistently natural looking, because we do a baby treatment. I do get compliments and people give my age younger than I’m. Everyone who works in the office is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Sydney- I think she is a great professional and truly loves her job and enjoys seeing the beautiful results.

I am EXTREMELY happy with the service (should be referenced as artwork) that KAREN BORICH gave me. I had been hesitant and scared to get filler and Botox. There is so much work out there that makes everyone look the same. ( eyes that look like Spock and over filled duck lips). I knew that isn’t what I wanted but was concerned that was the only options. I also had mostly received these services in a plastic surgeons office. That made me feel safe thinking who would know better than a doctors office! Well let me tell you Karen is a nurse and is very trained in the art of beauty. What I mean is she looks at the face in a completely different way. Each person has individual beauty and she helps turn back the hands of time . Her process of lip filler is different it is placed strategically unique for each persons lips -I now have the best lips ever. So natural but fuller. She applied filler in my cheeks and it has completely lifted up my face. I am EXTREMELY pleased. I confidently recommend her. Karen is very knowledgeable, kind, calm, very little discomfort during service because she knows what she is doing. There is no high pressure sales and setting is slow enough that she makes the time to listen to all of our concerns and challenges. Filler and Botox in a very unique way. Thanks Karen and Muse Medspa. Best choice I could have made!

Muse is SUCH a great place--I cannot recommend it highly enough! I have been seeing Adrianna for facials (usually hydrafacials and dermaplaning) for years now, and she is not only excellent at what she does, she is an absolute pleasure to see and chat with every time I see her. I recently made a filler appointment with Sydney for the first time as well, and she was extremely thorough and thoughtful with her recommendations--I absolutely LOVE the natural-looking results she was able to accomplish. I would highly recommend visiting Muse for all of your skincare and aesthetic needs--and they offer monthly memberships too!

Love this place! Great atmosphere, good location and friendly staff. I was treated by Brooke with a CO2 laser on my face and the whole experience was painless. She throughly explained the procedure, treatment plan and post care information to me so that I felt comfortable committing to this type of service. I highly recommend this med spa.

What a great experience! I got a Hydrofacial by Adrianna and it was absolutely amazing. My skin felt so clean and it looks so much brighter. My husband even noticed!!!! Adrianna was so sweet too! I recommend getting a service at Muse Med Spa. Sydney is fabulous too!

I came to Muse MedSpa for laser hair removal. The first time I came in (July 28, 2021), I was burned in the treatment area. (Note - to make up for this the nurse practitioner did perform a treatment peel in December 2021 to lighten a small area around the burn, free of charge). I was then told to wait for the spot to be healed prior to coming in for another session. The next few times (August - October 2021) I was unable to be treated due to a couple of other issues - either the laser was acting up, the laser was out for repair, and the final time the owner was replacing the laser so they did not have one in the spa at that time. I do want to note - I always had to drive into the salon to finally be told that I would not be treated that day instead of just being told over the phone. After a few months (December 2021), I decided to call in and got in for an appointment quickly. I drove to the spa with the expectation that I would be treated but, this time was met again with a reason why I would not be treated (again - this could have been done over the phone instead of making me drive 30 minutes to get there). This time the reason was the new laser the owner purchased was not made for darker skin tones only for those with lighter skin tones. This was disappointing and also made me feel unwelcome at the salon. Ultimately, I was sent on my way with a refund, a few recommendations on other salons that had lasers for people with darker skin, and a lot of wasted time. The women that work there are all friendly, but, that was the only redeeming factor. Overall - I would not recommend this spa to any person of color seeking laser hair removal even if you get a good deal through Groupon or their packages.

Sydney and the entire staff are so professional yet down to earth and friendly. They really make you feel at home and there's definitely a family feel to this med spa. The staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Sydney, Charisse, and David have really taken the time to educate me and have always made me feel comfortable during the various injection procedures I've had done by them. Mallory kept me calm during my first laser procedure recently and gave me all the info I needed for a speedy recovery afterwards. I'm always given an honest expectation and they seem very comfortable treating male patients, which I really appreciate. All of my results have turned out really great and much better than I expected. I really like that they tell me current specials and rebates every time I come in and that their pricing is really reasonable too! Highly recommend!
