I didn't even make it inside. I saw there ad on Groupon so I called to check. Right off the bat the female that answered the phone, when she heard Groupon she became dismissive and rude . She wouldn't even let me finish asking her the question. Its also has if you can't afford to pay there prices you are a bother to them. Even though she was been rude I still spoke as softly so not to anger her farther. She then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I was so hurt and confused by the entire interaction. I say all that to say this do things at your own risk. And if I was you I will think twice about those 5 star you see. if they are actually real customers.

My daughter bought me a Groupon gift certificate for lashes for my birthday. The install was painful, it burned my left eye. I told the tech (who never introduced herself so i don't know her name) that it hurt. She repositioned the lil paper under my lid but as soon as she started placing the lashes it started burning again. What bothered me is she never checked back with me through the course of the install to see if my eyes were ok. I've had lashes done several times before and I've never experienced that kind of pain. Also I don't think the tech knew how to work with my kind of eyes. I have small eyes with slightly hooded lids. The actual install was for 80 lashes per eye however they are sparse and are beginning to fall out 3 days after the install. I was very mindful to follow all her directions because I had plans for the upcoming weekend and I wanted to make sure they lasted. Also there is some disconnect with actual customer service. At the end of a service most lashes techs give the customer a little eyelash brush, not this tech. I also tipped her $20 and didn't receive an acknowledgement a simple thank you would've been nice. Being that this is a black owned establishment I wanted to support so was going to book for a touch up in two weeks. But after I thought about it, I changed my mind because I kept thinking about how painful the install was and the lack luster customer service, so I will not be back.

Went for a massage, eyelashes and eyebrow tint. Didn’t get the tint, but she shaped them and I didn’t ask for that and got charged. This is my first time getting lashes and I feel scammed. I said I wanted a natural look and she told me the classic lashed are natural and last long what she didn't tell me was the price classic lashed are $100 while the natural lashes are $50 because I didn’t know the difference and they weren't forthcoming with I ended paying $100 fir lashes that's not even worth $30. I also told her I want it to look full which it doesn't . Once I left and looked up the website is how I found out the natural and classic were two different types of lashes. With the $100 classic lashes you are supposed to have 80 individual lashes this don't look close to 80 on mine. The next day the lashes were falling off when I called her about it I was scolded about my review and not as to why should help me after i wrote this review. We agreed about a refund which she still has not given me. Its sad when your own people do things to you when your trying to support them. Never again!!!!

groupon users beware please!!! no complimentary wine was provided; she charges $15 extra for “medium length” yet looks short like natural lashes; does not ask what curl type you desire; rushed my lashes; does not provide the full number of pieces you purchase; nor did she provide lash care tips or brush and was rude. will not be returning.

Booked a Swedish massage but when i got there they had booked me for a thai massage. Room was cold, and the music was distracting because it sounded like telephone hold music. Massage was just average even though I appreciate the masseuse’s time, service, and willingness to work on specific areas of stiffness.

Have been doing my lashes here with London for several years. Not only is London the consummate professional, she is extremely patient as she takes the time to get to know each of her clients' needs regarding their desired outcomes and lifestyle, making appropriate suggestions. She makes her clients comfortable through her cleanliness and communication. As someone with extremely sensitive skin and eyes, I was initially nervous, but after my first session I couldn't and still can't be without my lashes. I have not and will not go anywhere else!!!

I am a new client of London’s. I have been getting eyelash extensions for years and recently decided to stop because my lashes were damaged. A colleague of mine referred me to London. My colleagues lashes were so natural and full after three weeks! I scheduled an appointment with her and I must say my lashes were beautifully done with minimal tearing. She is truly a master of her craft. It’s been several weeks and I am truly impressed with how long they have lasted. I am a client for life!

I just found my new lash technician. The place is clean and the tech is amazing. she is so down to earth which made the atmosphere comfortable not to mention my lashes came out So nice. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Try her out y’all won’t be disappointed.

Muse is the best!!!!! She is the best at what she does, my lashes look beautiful and she is so down to earth and easy to talk to!!! The set up is awesome; very relaxing. She sanitizes and makes it very comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
