I was speaking with a friend after he had an appointment cancelled and was told not to return to Muse Salon. He is not allowed to return was what he was told. This stemmed from his visit with them the time before when he received a haircut there. He is handicapped and needs the handicap parking spot that is provided by all business establishments. He was unable to park in the spot clearly marked HANDICAP PARKING. The owner of Muse was parked in that particular spot and when my buddy said something to her she apparently didn't take too kindly to his complaint seeing as his next appointment was cancelled and he was informed he is no longer allowed at Muse. With no choice he took his business elsewhere. This worked out to his advantage though. He went to Boardroom Salon down the street, where he was catered to and treated like a king. I was interested in trying out Muse, however, if this is how someone with a disability is treated and the owner herself won't hold herself accountable. I'd rather not. HANDICAPPED PARKING IS NOT PROVIDED SO PEOPLE CAN PARK NEAR THE DOOR.

I’ve moved 30 minutes away from Dallas but will still go see Teresa. She has years of experience and never disappoints. My friends love her too. I’ll always recommend Teresa! Also, the cafe is a plus! The barista is knowledgeable and welcoming. My go-to is a dirty green tea matcha and it’s always made right.

First time here omg the staff is so sweet and outgoing I had the pleasure of Noelle doing a blow out on me today and made me feel so beautiful she was outgoing friendly loves what she does takes her time and her shampoos are amazing she made me feel like a new person. I love my hair and she was amazing I will definitely be booking with Noelle....

Dana cut my hair and did an amazing job. It was my first time getting my haircut from Dana, and also going to Muse. I'm very picky, she was so nice, put up with me with grace, and gave me a great haircut.

Do not waste your time or money. The front desk doesn’t even care- don’t greet you or offer you water. And don’t go to Javier- asked for layered layers with texture. He basically chopped 3 different lengths and left it flat, didn’t cut properly and omg the worst blow dry- he didn’t even blow dry layer by layer for full effect of layers. I could have cut and blow dried my hair better. He should be fired and 0 personality. Very impersonal salon overall

I have called several times this week to TRY and set up on appt with Darren. Receptionist is SHORT and acts confused with an apologetic, “IM SORRY” after each question . I also requested for any other stylus with names that aren’t even updated on the website for talent … and when I asked a little bit about them, she places you on hold and forget about you! I was a client at this establishment before he was with you ran into the ground and it appears that MUSE is following the foot steps . Use reviews to help make your business better so take note because if it’s happened to me is happening to others

I went in for highlights and scheduled with Louise. She listened to what I wanted and did such a great job that I will definitely be back to see her! She also cut my hair and I was very pleased with her cut/style. So thankful I found her! The lady at the front was nice too. Greeted me immediately and offered me a drink.

I've been going to Crystian for years now. I tried a few other places before him when I moved to Dallas, and they'll fell short. Since my first visit we spoke about my long term goals of getting rid of the reddish blond I had inflicted upon myself with box dye and the stages we'd go through to get back to my natural color. 3 years later, I've arrived! I still can only trust my hair to Crystian!

I’ve gone to “Muse the Salon” for several years. I’ve always gone to Daren, the owner, or his daughter, Skylar, before she moved. I’ve never been disappointed! I get my hair colored & highlighted every six weeks plus a haircut. The atmosphere is very upbeat, & everyone is friendly & helpful in every way. I will never go anywhere else…..that’s how happy I’ve been with their services & products!

Just wanted to say I’ve been going to Kristi for a while and she always does such a great job, I’ve started bringing my daughter to her as well. I really look forward to talking to her when I get my hair done because she’s such a Genuine person. Definitely check her out, she’s my favorite there by far out of everyone I’ve tried, and I will continue to go to her!

My own colorist just had a conflict of schedule. Recommended Muse and more specifically Skylar. She was amazing. She did great highlights with accuracy and speed. I will be returning for sure the atmosphere was wonderful too! Thank you for the amazing service!

Who is the owner??? I can’t believe salons like these exist. I went to go root touch up and the color didn’t work. I can still see my roots and i texted the guy (he gave me his number for future use) and he didn’t reply to me. So he lost a client bc he didn’t want to fix my roots???? I’m shocked! I was going to go to him for blowouts etc from now on too… And i called salon just to let them know that he isn’t replying and they did offer to fix my roots with someone else but like it’s whatever now. They even mentioned they can reach out to him since “he has a lot of openings” this week. Btw his name is Joshua. In the moment he was really cool but why not just offer to redo my roots to keep a long term client.
