I haven't been so disappointed in a long time. It seems like a great picture at the entrance, polite staff, but changing into the provided robe in the toilet?! It's kind of weird. I had a pedicure, didn't expect anything special, but! My nails weren't cut because I have a thick nail plate, and those poor little nail clippers that my specialist used couldn't process them in any way. The nail file also couldn't help much because it was soft, with a foam coating, cheap, disposable. And that's it, those are all the tools. Yes, I also left with partially processed heels. Most likely because it was convenient for my specialist to work with a grater so as not to strain myself. Or maybe because she worked in the dark? Why turn on the light to see your bad work. As a result, I don't recommend getting a pedicure here, I didn't like it, the tools and quality of work were bad

Most amazing experience here, 10/10 recommend. I booked two massages, one for my husband and I. They took us to the couple's lounge and we were able to relax together. You receive a complimentary drink and can use any of their facilities. Great experience, and this is the only place I will go for massages.

Three times in a row, absolutely worst massage. First time, massage therapist was wearing a metal bracelet and scratched me everywhere. Second time, paid for a deep tissue and when asking therapist to increase pressure he said “that will start soon, I’m still doing shiatsu”. The third (and final time I’ll be visiting) massage therapist ignored the reported problem area, was completely disengaged and was more interested in watching the clock than listening to the clients needs. Muses charges way too much to offer mediocre services. I have been coming to this spa for years and have noticed a huge decline in customer service over the last few years.

Enrique was literally the best! I had the 90 minute Swedish massage and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Very professional, very polite and very explanatory. 100/10 recommend

My wife went for her birthday, pedicure only , she says that it was one of the most amazing pedicures she's ever had. She now wants to go back for a massage and facial ASAP! Full treatment, she can't stop talking about how great it was.

I had the most amazing facial at Muses on Sunday! This was a special birthday treat, but I can honestly see myself visiting more frequently because of the great treatment and even better results. My face has been glowing for two days! The lounge is relaxing and inviting. The staff is kind and the overall ambiance makes you forget you’re in Fresno. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Muses for several years. I am so happy that I have found my perfect masseuse. I love deep tissue massage and have found Karina to be the best fit for me. I get half hour massages when I need them for my right shoulder. She knows where the bound muscles are for sure. It is easy to book an appointment online, the staff is always nice and helpful. When you arrive you are checked in immediately and offered a robe, slippers and choice of one beverage. I always take the champagne! Then you wait for your masseuse to come and get you for your wonderful massage. It always smells so good in the massage room ! Thank you Karina for always giving a consistent great massage !

I had my first visit here today and I can't wait to go back! Everything was amazing, from the moment I walked in, staff were friendly and welcoming. I was given a robe and slippers right away and even though I arrived early, I only waited about 5 minutes to be called back for my mani/pedi. Jessica was friendly and did a great job. My feet have never been so soft. 😊 Next I had my massage with Hannah, and I have to say, it was by far the best massage I have ever had! And I get massages often from several locations arpund town and still this was better than any other. My final appt was with Christy where I had my first ever facial. This also far exceeded my expections. Christy was knowledgeable and provided me a few tips for home. I finished with some time in the sauna and a quick shower before heading out to pay. The staff who took my payment made sure to check with me to see how my visit was and chatted for a few minutes before asking if I wanted to leave gratuity. Over all I am giving this location 5 stars because it did not disappoint on any level. My hubby and kids did a great job when choosing this as my mother's day gift this year. ❤️

It's just not the same as it used to be. My massage was perfect. The rest of the experience was not worth the money, they don't have enough staff to provide an actual spa experience anymore.

I had not been back to Muses since before covid-19 and must say I was quite disappointed. First, I waited in front for about 5 minutes with no one in sight greeting. There was only one customer waiting to return a candle. When I was finally greeted, I filled out general paperwork and specified I wanted a 60-minute deep tissue massage with a 30-minute neck and scalp massage add-on for $55 more. I was given a rope and slippers and walk to the locker area, which noticed the lockers were very scratched and outdated. I was offered and given one complimentary drink, which before it was 2. I waited for about five minutes in the lounge before my masseuse came and got me. As we walked to the room, she asked how I was and how my day was going, never catching her name. In the room, I specified I wanted a deep tissue massage and was looking forward to the neck and scalp part. During my 60-minute massage, she never asked me how the pressure was or if I wanted more or less. I asked during the massage to apply more pressure, which she didn't. What's more disappointing is that when it got to the neck and scalp 30-minute add-on, she did 20 minutes on my neck and 10 minutes on my feet? When she told me, my massage was over. I asked her why she didn't do my scalp? Her reply was, "I ran out of time, so I decided to do your feet," which I never asked for! For a $180 massage, I should have been happy with the pressure and given what I paid for, especially since it was a $55 add-on! I paid, didn't complain, but I have no interest in returning, disappointment.

My first time coming here & I loved everything about the place and the service I received . I couldn’t have asked for better . I booked myself with Victoria she was so nice & and she gave me the best mani/pedi my hands and feet are so soft & everything came out great 🙌🏼 10/10 I will definitely be booking with her again 😊

Bought a gift card for my wife for a 30 min massage and mini facial. I bought it back in January and they couldn't get my wife scheduled till today, March 11th. We were told to be there at a certain time which we got there about 15 mins early. As we were about to pull into the lot we were called and told they had to cancel or split the service to do the massage at a different time as the facial because an esthetician called in sick (not going to work as we have a life and don't have all day). Now due to scheduling conflicts (mostly their availability) we can't get in till the beginning of April. If I'd have known it was this hard to get a service you paid for I never would have bought a gift card from this place. Oh, and gift cards aren't refundable unless you "email" a manager which I'm sure is probably going to end with a "no refund" response. Regardless of all that, this will be the last time we come here. Too much stress to have to deal with all the rescheduling conflicts just to come to a place where you're supposed to de-stress....if they can get you in that is.

Definitely the best spot in Fresno. The amenities are amazing- love the relaxation waiting room!! Services are always well done. Service rooms have ambient candle lighting and soft music. Hannah is the absolute BEST for massage- one of the best massages I have ever had. Will be back!

Enjoyed a couples massage received as a Christmas gift. Atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. Experience is calming and pampering. They offer robes, slippers, and a cocktail/beverage. Relaxed for about 10-15 minutes in the women's lounge area before being escorted to the massage room. Asked for medium pressure and received one of the better massages I've had by Melissa. My husband enjoyed his massage but wished the pressure was more intense (he asked for hard pressure). Overall, would highly recommend as a gift to yourself or others.

Had a gift certificate I was given a few years ago and thankfully was still good when I finally had time to give myself a day of pampering. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage done by Samantha and was absolutely refreshing and relaxing! Then a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure done by an amazing young woman whose name I can' t remember, stupid aging brain...very friendly staff, peaceful relaxing atmosphere, everything I needed today, including the two glasses of wine I sipped on during the day. If your not sure what to do as a gift fir a friend, family member, coworker, or collaborator a gift certificate from Muses is a great way to treat someone to a day of self care. They had some adorable custom made candles that would be great to acompany the gift certificate!

I booked a massage with a specific person and when I arrived I was not booked with that person and nobody actually even mentioned it but I was pleased with my masseuse. I had Samantha and she was great! When I checked out, I had a $100 gift card And I was informed that the gift card had a zero balance because the person who had purchased it had used it last July- because it was on their account from four years ago when I received it. I was very disappointed that Muses enables people to use gift cards that they purchase for other people. The girl was apologetic but said more than once that it happens more often than you think and that they don't do gift cards this way anymore because of it but they did not offer me any compensation or credit to help offset the fee that I was not expecting to have to pay. in California gift cards never expire so I was never worried about being in a hurry to use this gift card and because they are often busy it's hard for me to schedule a massage when I'm on vacation. I was saving it up and I enjoyed the massage immensely, but I was very disappointed that it cost me $100 more than I thought it was going to So if you have a gift card I would use it up as soon as possible because the owner that purchased it could possibly use your gift card without you knowing and without presenting the physical card.

I love the atmosphere, very relaxing. The staff are all super friendly. I have been here twice now with my mom and we plan to return regularly. My back felt so amazing after the massage. I didn't realize how many knots I had until I felt them all being worked out.

I purchased the Luxe Package for my mom and myself back in October 2023. As a gift to my mom just having had a kidney transplant. For a full day of pampering for her. Well the first couple of services were okay. But long waits between services and lunch was late. As it was provided with the spa package. After waiting for a long time and not being told about our other services being late. My mom got impatient and wanted to leave. I had to go up to the front desk and let them know. Then they informed us that our manicure and pedicure was falling behind. . We were not given a refund but a credit to come back. Mind you the package for each of us was over $550 each. It is now January 2024. We have not gone back for the other services. That should let you know how bad it was, to not even want to go back for over $300 in services owed that is paid for already.

Just wanted to thank Hannah J for my wonderful massage! My kids gifted me a whole body massage for my birthday and I was a bit hesitant at first! However, Hannah J made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job! I really recommend Muses Day Spa! All their staff is amazing!

Went for a spa day for my birthday! The massage and facial were amazing! I wish they had robes that weren't so heavy and larger sizes for those of us with different sizes of bodies. I was very pleased that no one pushed products! All in all, it was a great day!
