They botched my hair dye after they had promised they were "experts" at what they did. Absolutely the worst job imaginable. And they tried telling me that this is how people like their hair and that I was the crazy one. Rude customer service and blatantly disrespectful.

Avoid this place unless you are just getting a haircut or waxing. Everyone gets charged different prices. I got my daughter and my hair highlighted 3 colors. It cost $300 for both of us. The owner does not stand behind their mistakes. Showed them a picture. Said it was beautiful and they could do the picture. My daughter hair was good. My hair was terrible. This was a Saturday. When I went back on Monday to complain was told by employee the owner was in vacation and would not be back for 5 days. I'm sure if the place was on fire the employee would know how to contact the owner. The owner charged me $50 a color. When I went back Monday the employee charged me $70 for one color. Avoid this place.

There customer service really sucks and they really need to learn how to highlight and do peoples hair
