Mx is one of my favorite in town, quiet atmosphere, much smaller than other spas but great quality. Try their phia serums, made by a woman from denver they are the best things!!

The absolute best experience. My friends and I came in for a few services and they did not disappoint. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Rosa was a fan favorite we LOVED her. All employees overall were so amazing. Thank you so much for a relaxing tranquil atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

On a whim I scheduled a last minute reservation at MX spa. My service provider was Rosa. Her technique was impressive and was able to relieve pain in my trouble spots, along with areas that I didn't know were causing issues elsewhere. The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend this establishment!

Rosa the massage therapist was great... amazing atmosphere and great service. Oh but the nail technician😑 she performed the most basic manicure and pedicure I ever had....she must have just graduated from beauty school 2 weeks ago.... the most she did was clip my toes, soak my feet and put lotion on. Very disappointing. I had to leave and go to Another nail salon for a Real pedicure

I enjoyed the Spa Sampler which is a 30 min massage, 30 min facial, and a manicure, and it was just what I needed! Ashlee and Remi at the front desk were friendly and made me feel welcome. Serenity and Tanya were my providers and both were very kind and attentive, walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable. For what I paid I felt I got my money's worth and would certainly return.

I had the best 90-minute hot stone massage of my life here today! Skylar had incredible technique and was very accommodating. The hotel itself is really cute and the complimentary valet for spa guests was a great touch. I will definitely be back!

Incredible experience for more than the relaxation factor of the services I booked. At the beginning of my hour long facial I began to feel unwell (I’m 7 months pregnant). Serenity went the extra mile of getting me water, orange juice, a cold cloth without me even asking. After I felt better and cooled off she modified the environment to make sure I was comfortable and feeling well including lifting the head of the bed off, turning off the steam and bed heater, allowing me to sit up and reposition as needed and using cooler clothes. I went from feeling the need to call it quits 10 minutes in to enjoying a full hour of much needed relaxation. I will be back!

The staff is so kind and caring. I received terrible news while getting a pedicure and they were so kind and attentive. Serenity does AMAZING facials, she took such care of me and Rosa gave THE BEST deep tissue massage. Talk about relaxation, care and rest. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Brian and Tanya were amazing! My fiancé and I came in for our first couples massage while on vacation. The staff were all very welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Both therapist were amazing in their pressure and technique. We will be back again!

I got the CBD massage. I felt good for days after. The lighting was perfect. They supplied sumptuous robes and slides, a glass of champagne or mimosa afterward, steam room, infrared sauna, trail mix type snack and Tea Forte teas, lemon water and coffee to enjoy in their relaxation rooms. The bathroom/changing room had personal products for use so no need to bring anything. A mini version of a resort spa!

Loud construction noise during my 60 minute massage. Not very relaxing at all. The owner should make you aware of the construction noise ahead of confirming your massage time. I definitely would not have paid for a massage if I had known about the loud banging. Therapist was great but definitely feel duped. When I mentioned this checking out they were like, oh we will let the hotel know. As if they were not aware of the hotel renovations that are clearly going on.

Amazing. Felt pampered and well taken care of throughout every service. I had the signature package and every service was excellent. The spa is beautifully calming and clean. The fruit infused water was refreshing and the little treats were a nice touch. Every technician or therapist seemed to truly enjoy working there and have a gift for taking care of people. Looking forward to going back!

I spent my birthday weekend here. Had a Swedish massage excellent hands by Stephanie. Enjoyed the sauna. Got a chance to walk around downtown.Front desk Jill was very mindful of my concerns and was very helpful. Found a great little surprise restaurant called The Rabbit Hole purchased my birthday dinner from here. Bacon wrapped rabbit meatloaf, roasted brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes and the most moist decadent Carrot cake. It was so good, it was sinful. I highly recommend this restaurant hidden downtown Colorado springs and will be returning. Prices are steep but well worth it.!!!❤🌟🌟🌟gold stars worth.

My therapist Tanya was amazing! I got a thermal body wrap which includes a full body massage- she made me feel comfortable and explained all of the details before the treatment. The spa staff were friendly and ensured I felt pampered. There is a relaxation room and complimentary drinks as well. The prices are lower than similar spas in the area for the same services.Hands down I will return to this location.

The MX Spa is a beautiful place. I love the ambiance. The staff is very friendly. Their spa packages are very high value. Each technician for massage, facial and manicure were not only welcoming but talented. Their sauna and steam room , locker room and showers are all very nice. I'm excited to go back on a regular basis.

They are going to ask for your card number when you book an appointment and will swipe that card until you dry. I wouldn’t suggest booking here unless your prepared to lose money.

I flew in to stay at the hotel for an IVF procedure and afterwards was excited to book a 60minute massage last minute at the MX Spa. Unfortunately, it took everything in me to get the courage to stop the massage 15 minutes in because of how absolutely TERRIBLE it was. I didn’t want to hurt the masseuse’s feelings but I just could not go on. I clearly went over the areas I wanted massaged and she began massaging the spots I told her not to. I had to redirect her for the first 5 minutes of the appointment (not relaxing). She asked many personal questions about my IVF stuff when I walked in saying, “I just need to relax,” so she missed my cue that I didn’t want to have a lengthy conversation with her. Her touch: Shaky hands, unbalanced between the two sides, and I felt like I was being petted. In a way, you could tell she was not confident with her hands. Like she was unsure, nervous, uneasy. It was far from the relaxation I was in need for. When the director approached me and learned why I stopped the massage she actually argued, “Afterall, it is a full body..” I had to remind her that if a client asks for specific body parts to be worked on, the masseuse should accommodate that. She also wanted me to pay half and I took one look at her and said, “Absolutely not. It was the worst massage I’ve received in my life and I’m not paying for something that I had to direct your employee through the entire time.” Massages are one of my favorite things to get and to walk out on one, makes for a horrific experience.

Beautiful, calm and peaceful space. I had a sampler package which was so, so wonderful! Sharon did my facial- such gentle hands she has! My skin glows! Erika gave me a perfectly- pressured massage. She also gave me tips for my scoliosis curve. And Enjoli did my manicure- it’s perfect and I can’t stop looking at my nails. Thanks to all of you for making me feel pampered and special! (Oh and the wine is an extra nice touch 😄)
