So I bought and paid for a 70$ Groupon. She was clear about what services she was offering with the price (a cut, a bonding treatment, a wash, partial highlights, and a blowdry & style). I was told that I was getting a cut, partial highlights, shampoo, bonding treatment, blow dry and a style. When I got there she automatically wanted to charge me 40$ extra to give me complete partial highlights like she promised. I told her that I couldn’t afford 40$ more and to do as many highlights as she could. She told me that I could only have one scoop of bleach for the price I paid. I look like a skunk because of this, I was thinking I was getting my full head of hair done. She didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted. My hair is all crooked, in different lenghts, I even had to cut one side of my hair so that it would be the same length as the other side. I look like a kindergarden cut my hair with a butterknife in the dark it is so bad. She didn’t shape my haircut like she should have so my hair looks weird. She cut my hair shorter than I asked for and I think because of meanness because I wouldn’t give her 40$ more. I asked her to cut my hair around my double chin so it would slim my face and she did the exact opposit. She cut my hair above my double chin and the cut really shows how big my double chin is. She left my highlights very brassy and didn’t tone down my hair properly like she should have done. I was promised a bonding treatment that I never received because she said that it was included in the hair bleach but yet I paid for the service additionally as a seperate treatment and I didn't want to argue with her about the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I hardly ever go to the salon and when I do I get my hair screwed up and I regret even going. I am sad that I completed this transaction. I should have kept my money and stayed at home.

Michelle is AMAZING. She did exactly what I asked for and far exceeded my expectations. She even ran to the beauty store to grab the color I wanted because they were out. 100% would recommend her for your hair needs!

Priscilla was amazing! I came in for the first time for highlights, toner and haircut! She did an amazing job taking care of my damaged hair and giving me advice on how to take care of it in the future. I love my new hair colour! I will be coming back soon! Thank you!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Had full highlights done with Michelle, before my appt I sent a pic so she would know what I was looking for. When she finished it looked ok with the lighting in the salon but when I got home it looked awful. Back of my hair looks like it got no highlights at all. She said she got all the goldish brassy stuff out which is not the case. If she could not accommodate what I was wanting she should have suggested another route. She did tell me It would take a few sessions to get to the silver/gray color, but I really see no difference in the color of my hair from when I first went in.I texted her today to let her know I am not happy and I would need to cancel my next appointment, she texted back and was rude and argumentative with me. Telling me that the problem is me not her, well I'm sorry but I am the customer I have been getting my hair done for 40 plus years and have never been treated this rudely. Very unprofessional acting. First pic is what I sent her to let her know that is what I am wanting second pic is what I got third pic is what I went in there with . Not acceptable!! That pic was take. The pic was taken last month so it is the color I went in with.

Priscilla was great first time here. Very knowledge she explained what would work for my unruly hair. She made my dry lifeless looking hair look bouncy shiny and awesome. Definitely coming back. Great color, toner and cut.

Consistently leave the salon SUPER happy after appointments with Salvador. My daughter and I have been getting our hair cut/styled by Sal for several years now and he has always been nothing but professional and knows how to customize requests so you come out with the best results possible. 5/5 stars!

I came in with a mix of ideas for a haircut. I’ve tried to accomplish a look at several hair salons and haven’t found a stylist that knows exactly what I want until Salvador perfected my hair today. Without question I will be back and if you are looking for a stylist that can get it exactly right you need to come see Salvador.
