My friend and I were getting our nails done and the person who I was supposed to have left and didn’t come back to me. It took forever for someone to finally come back and when they did they didn’t even get the color that I wanted right.

I just got my nails done and the outcome was not great. I got the SNS (powder dipped) manicure because I’ve seen it on friends where it looked great. My nails however are not smooth, look grainy and are an uneven color. I asked if that was normal and the nail technician just shrugged his shoulders. I haven’t been here in years- the last time I was here, walking to the chair, I cut my toe and sliced a quarter of my toenail off on a floor outlet cover that was left open. I brought it to their attention but they didn’t really care. I was giving the benefit of the doubt by going back today in hopes that my experience would be better (it has been years), but I will definitely not ever go back again. I’m disappointed by the quality of work and definitely by the lack of care and concern by the employees.

I like the renovations made by new owners. I was greeted within a few minutes of signing in and was seated quickly after. VIP pedicure was greatly enjoyed. Very courteous staff.

I was a walk in. Christine took me right a way to a pedicure chair. My pedicure was perfect, very relaxing, especially the massage! Christine was very nice and very professional!!!

The spa is a very attractive place. My experience is always good because I love Ana, who does my nails and pedicures. She is always pleasant and does an extremely good job. So happy I found her when we relocated to this area. Thank you Ana.

Went there to get my nails done today, worst decision I could’ve made. As a 13 year old I don’t think its okay that I left their salon in complete tears because of how I was treated by one of the male workers. The worker had cut my nails much shorter than I had asked and horribly shaped them to the point where it was uneven and crooked. I asked him to fix it and he said he would towards the end. Every time I asked him to fix something he would give me attitude and say it looked fine. At the end of the session the nails weren’t fixed and still looked horrible. I proceeded to politely ask for a refund, in response the worker began to speak to me angrily and rudely. He then told me hed just cut them off and I wouldn’t have to pay. I thought by this he meant he’d cut them and even them which would’ve much better than what he had done before. Instead of this he quickly cut all my nail off unevenly once again. At this point I began to cry because of the way he was speaking to me and because I have an event tomorrow. He then proceeded to skim the electronic filer over my nails not even taking off half off the polish so there was skids of no color and patchiness. He did this in on purpose so my nails would look even worse. I left their salon and never plan on going back and i suggest for you never to go.

Horrible service! Run! I should have known to avoid this place when it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. The young girl did my pedi, and had NO experience/earthly idea what she was doing. It took almost 2 hours to do my pedi and design on nails. This older lady had to go back behind her and fix my toes the young girl messed up. The water was overflowing and they had to run and turn the thing off. Left me unattended. Lol. Waste of $40. Please go to another salon. And dirty towels laying around. The red flag was the girl had to get a pot to empty out the overflowing water, they didn't have a way to drain water in Pedi tub.

Quick and fast service, I am not an expert but my wife got her nails done here and she basically said it's not that bad but it's not good either. It's like a 4 cause they were nice

Took my mother in law here to get a haircut. It seemed like the stylist was very new and little experience. You know how ladies are and she was not happy with the service and frankly was way over priced for the quality.

The staff was unable to understand that I wanted a basic manicure with no color, a polish change on my toes and an eyebrow wax. I finally got them to understand but my nails look awful- they are all jagged (which is my fault- I should have examined them better when he finished them and before I was leaving) and my eyebrows are uneven! I was pressed for time and did not have the extra time for them to fix my nails and I really didn't want them touching my eyebrows again either! She did 1 strip of wax on each eyebrow, no tweezing. At least my polish change looks ok. This was by far the worst "spa" experience I have had in the 7 years I have lived in Charlotte.

Cut my cuticle, now have painful infection. And they switched technicians for my mani pedi and my color choice got lost in transition. After she painted one hand brown , I corrected her, the owner gave me attitude !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !

I went to get my mani pedi done with my kid and spend $100 with $15 tips i thoughy my toes are dry and put my shoes on and the polish came out so i told them and everyone was like screaming whyyyyy did u put your shoes one almost 4 people i told everyone calm down dont repeat same thing over and over so very rude . Never going there and dont recommond to anyone.

It was amazing. The staff were so nice and my nails were very detailed and perfect. It lasted for 4 weeks. I definitely recommend going there because I sure will again.

It was terrible!! They didn't even spend 10 Minutes on me. The women left me for about 20 minutes and wasn't even in there for 40 minutes. There hot water tank broke which wasn't there fault but should control the temperature. I went with my 2 aunts and for me and my one aunt the water was freezing and for my other aunt it was boiling hot that her feet turned blood red. There massages suck! They only spent not even a minute on my aunts and me. The women that did my aunt only rubbed her legs but it wasn't a massage. On me she only slapped my legs like that was going to do something. They made my aunt pay before hand and tip. She tipped like she usually does with is ten so that was 30 bucks for all. But she really regrets that tipping. I'm just saying save your money and not go there!

I do not recommend going here. During my mothers leg massage and pedicure, the women doing the nails didn't mind to turn away while sneezing. Yep. She sneezed ON my mothers legs. She didn't apologize, nor wash it off! My nails are doing okay. They have been chipping a lot, and I have not been scratching the polish. And they ask a few personal questions "where do you go to school?" And such. They are pretty nice though. But I do not recommend going here. Unless you want to be sneezed on.

I had a horrible experience! I picked out a gel polish for my manicure, and they told me they had the matching polish in non-gel for my toes. After they completed the manicure with the gel polish, they told me they did not have the matching polish for my toes. They tried to match it, but it looked terrible, not even close to a match. I asked how much extra it would be for the matching gel polish on my toes. They said $30. I thought they would have knocked a little off the price since they never told me they didn't have the matching polish for my toes until my manicure was completed. The male employee saw the look on my face and said "tell her $29.99" in a sarcastic tone and laughed. He didn't know I heard him. I will never go back.

My nails were gorgeous, the staff was nice and attentive- they even offered me drinks! My nails lasted for longer than they normally do with other salons, and my mani pedi was a dream.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! Me and a friend went in for a mani pedi and had be done within an hour and half enough time to get both done. Well that didn't happen they barely finish my friends mani pedi with out nail polish!! And they don't even get to my fingers they let my hands sit in those heating pads for an hour!! My hands look like I had soaked in a tub for hours!!! And then they charged us $80!!!! Are you kidding me never will I go back !!!!

Was once a loyal customer... Will never come back again. I took my daughter in to get her a mani and pedi while I got my gel polish changed. While my daughter was waiting on her nails to dry, she had to use the restroom. I was almost done with my nails and instead of asking me if it was ok, one of the nail technicians took her to the bathroom to help her take her pants and underware off. This made me very uncomfortable because this woman is a stranger to my daughter (and me) and it is completely inappropriate. It would have been one thing if they asked if this could happen because I would have immediatly said no. I understand she was trying to help, but in no way shape or form do I need a total stranger taking my 7 year old daughter to the restroom to help her take off her pants and underware. To whom it may concern... Ask their mother or guardian if that would be ok, chances are they will say no.

Worst fill-in in my LIFE! PLEASE do NOT go here for a fill-in! Pedicure people seemed to be somewhat pleased...except for the one lady that walked out after sitting in the chair for 15 mins Horrible customer service all around! The nail tech was awful- I had extra gel on my nails that I could "pop" off around my cuticles and the "French white" is not uniform, and looks horrible. Not to mention the bubbles throughout my entire nails and $45 later....NEVER, NEVER again! They nickel and dime you for everything. I'm going to spend the rest of my day finding another nail salon that can fix what they messed up and trying to get the "extra" gel off my nails. I think my nails looked better BEFORE I got them done!

Previous reviews are correct - bad service, bad technical skills... The girl was on the phone 80% of the time while she was working on my nails, the other 20% she spent following some story on TV... No idea why this place is still in business, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I LOVE this place !! I go here anytime I get a manicure and a pedicure. They have really good massage chairs and always offer us a drink. They have several kinds of soda. I love that they do your hands and feet at the same time, so you aren't there forever. I have never had a bad experience here.

My fiance just came back from this place and told me her experience was HORRIBLE. She would be writing this review except that she currently repainting her nails. She had four different people working on her nails. Why four? Because there is no customer service or willingness to have ownership to their service. The worst was that the third person got on the phone and made her wait for 20 minutes to call another manicurist to work on her nails. Why do they have people there that cannot finish the job? Ultimately, I wish I could post the pictures that I took of her nails, because a picture says 1000 words. But since I can only provide a short post, the best thing I want anyone to get out of this review is that this place is TERRIBLE! Please find a different nail salon if you want quality service or decent treatment. STAY AWAY!
