My Brazillan Wax experience was horrible. Dionna was not friendly at all, the girl was very rough and told me to shut up I'm being dramatic due to me being in pain. Also she got on her phone talking and texting in the middle of my session which Is not sanitary. Not to mention all the hair was not waxed and grew back already. I am still just lost for words til this day because I told her I was in need of someone I am comfortable with for service.Although she was informative about after care. Unfortunately, I will not be going back due to the lack of professionalism.

This is a TERRIBLE place of business. The owner does not pay her employees, she burns bridges with anybody & she is taking money any way she can. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BACKYARD BUSINESS. SHE IS ONE AUDIT AWAY FROM BEING SHUT DOWN ANYWAY.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience in regards to my Groupon not being honored. When I showed the fine print and how it didn't say what she was attempting to explain (one per person in general when it says I can purchase multiple times) she then said she knows and that I'm not the first person it's happened to, and that they were in the process of getting Groupon to fix it. She explained that they didn't notice until this morning, however once they noticed they still failed to reach out and explain the situation and instead allowed me to waste gas and time to come in. I was not provided any type of resolution or any small form compensation towards my service for the inconvenience even after being told multiple times it wasn't due to any fault of my own. My only option was to either pay full price or leave without getting serviced. Not to mention I was told Groupon would refund me no problem, however now I'm running into issues with that as well. The suite itself was very beautiful and I would still recommend them to other people, I'm just disappointed in how this particular situation was handled.

Would not recommend for any post op care , service provider caused unnecessary pain to the point I was crying from the aggressiveness used . Used a cavitation machine on me when that’s not the right thing to do especially because I was only 1 week post op with a lot of fluid . Gave no type of advice to follow , I don’t think she was equipped enough or knowledgeable enough to know how to do lymphatic massages , the massage I just received was nothing like how this service provider gave to me , she didn’t even know how to properly put my boards on properly under my garment and when mentioned and brought to her attention she blamed it on having a brain fart which makes no sense when dealing with someone’s body and health , I now have to get needle drainage to prevent seramas or fibrosis because her massages were of no help to me in which she also blamed on my doctor stating it’s because I have no drains and going off of another persons experience in which everyone is different but if massages were done correctly I wouldn’t be in this position and This is advice from an RN and someone who has been doing lymphatic care for over 10 years . Im very disappointed to say the least I basically just gave her my money and amongst this big inconvenience she offered me no type of refund or compensation even when I asked for one because of her service provided and the state of the matter that I am now in , if she was unsure or not knowledgeable enough I would have rather her been honest than to just take my money and play the blame game ending the conversation like after the extra care I now have to go through to come back to her as if that would be an option after this big scare . That’s not good business and very scary to say the least . Super disappointed and upset .

Booked an appointment for a wax at the Charlotte location. The estetician was very sweet, but my review is based on the service that I booked. They RAN OUT of wax during the service. She had to find wax strips, and only had a few so she ran out of wax strips as well. She apologized for all the missed spots, but they still charged me and I paid full price which I feel is not right and unacceptable. I don't like confrontation so opted tonleave a review and will call to followup with a manager. I had to stop by the store on the way home to pick up a box of wax strips and try to finish all of the areas that were missed. I cannot in full faith recommend, and will not be back.

First time visiting i didn't have a appointment and they took me right away. Place was clean amd very professional. My service was being explained to me while getting it done. I was able to communicate what i needed .Definitely going back

I booked a 30 minute appointment for a facial yesterday 3/10 at 12:30pm. When arriving, I was greeted briefly and then waited 30+mins to be seen. No one attended me until 1:05 and my appointment was at 12:30. No apologies were given. Communication is key! Please learn how to communicate with your clients and don’t book appointments and have your clients waiting 30+ minutes after their appointment time to be seen. The lady who did my facial was kind but I feel like she rushed through my service as she had another client waiting on her. Will not be returning.

I liked that Lillian was responsive to my concerns about not see the same results that I saw posted on Social Media. She responded and brought me in for another session. We also discussed my goals, frequency and reason for coming at regular goals, and I could tell that her client satisfaction was very important.

I was thrilled with my first visit. You are greeted as soon as you enter and are given a pleasant place to wait. I felt very comfortable with Ariel! She explained everything to me and guided me through the process. She checked to make sure the temperature of the wax was ideal. I'm really glad I made this decision, and I've already set up my next appointment! After getting a Brazilian wax and underarm waxing service, three weeks later, they are still smooth. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Lillie was SO great I am so thankful I found her! I moved to Houston in May and have been looking for a wax tech/esthetician for some time. I had been to European wax center just for maintenance but finally found my QUEEN 🫶 She listened to exactly what I wanted and has curated such a comfortable environment at her studio. She did my brows, full Brazilian, lip, and a vajacial. She really takes her time to ensure that your results are exactly what you expect and talks you through the process-which I really appreciate. Will definitely be a regular here!

Nena and Katerina are amazing and wonderful women I am 11 days postop and I was having so much trouble with body soreness and build up I went to them twice and feel better every time the massages in Miami was nothing like having massages here back home they take their time they’re kind women and really care about how you feel I strongly suggest you to come here every time . The waxer I had was Deja. I went in for a usual Brazilian wax and let me tell you Deja got me CLEAN! She was so thorough and paid attention to detail. Every wax I’ve ever had, some hair is always left over somewhere but Deja got everything! My skin is extremely sensitive and reacts while being waxed so it then becomes harder for estheticians to see the hair because the skin is so swollen, inflamed and irritated. Once the swelling goes down often times there is a bunch of hair left that was missed. Deja was still able to get everything even while my skin was inflamed and swollen. I’ve never had that happen. I am very impressed and don’t often do reviews regardless if the service is good or bad but I had to give Deja her praise. She did better than estheticians who’ve been waxing for YEARS and with their own business! Awesome. Awesome. Awesome! Thank you Deja!

First I would like to say that Jazz was great. The post-op massage was amazing! My only issue is that each time I came into the location this week, she was by herself servicing the customers who had an appointment. There was no one at the front to greet potential customers or answer the phone. Honestly, had I not spoke with Jazz already and made an appointment, I would have turned around and went elsewhere that had more than 1 person working. The owner should really consider having a receptionist up front because 1 person can't efficiently do everything.

Staff was very friendly and very professional. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was there for a post op massage, which I’ve heard is uncomfortable and painful, my first massage was definitely anything but that thanks to My Body Spa.

The customer service is at an all time low! Very displeased! I will absolutely Never go Back! The owner took my deposit and administered Not One Service. Changed my appointment time with No knowledge nor did I agree to the time change. Just Poor Service!

Tierra greeted me with such professionalism. Me being a first time customer to MBS as well as to the service all together. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was ok through the entire process. She even played music from my phone to help me relax! Facility was neat and clean. Easy parking and easily identified upon arrival.
