I had a session 2 weeks ago and already I’ve seen a significant change in my life . I suffered from insomnia and depression for over 4 years and after Lisa performed Reiki I sleep more now than I have in years . Also , so many wonderful opportunities have opened up for me because I’m no longer blocked . Thank you so much ! I feel so much lighter , my mind is clear and I’m happier. And thank you for your constant help and support via phone . I’ll definitely be back !

Christine is the most caring and compassionate individuals I have ever met. There was plenty of times where I truly thought what’s the point in this, but with her guidance and encouragement, I was able to pursue my journey and find out who I really was. I’m so thankful we crossed paths as I’d probably have the same stagnant energy as always. Only done a few sessions and I’ve gained so much clarity! Just be willing to put forth the work and have an open mind and you’ll feel the difference.

I am incredibly disappointed with this place. I had an appointment today at 12pm and I even got there 20 minutes early (In case of paper work) and it turns out the place was either closed or no one wanted to work today. Door was unlocked at the handle but locked with a code lock...weird. I tried knocking repeatedly in case they were in the back...nothing. I called 7 times between 11:45-12:10...no answer at all and the voicemail was full. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and still no one showed up!! Here’s a piece of advice for the company: don’t screw over your clients like this!! Why even send me 3 reminder emails about my appointment when no one is going to meet me at the building or answer my calls?? Severely disappointed and will not be returning.

I first met with Lisa Mckitty almost about a year ago curious on the subject of reiki. This was when I was first starting out in spirituality when I knew a little bit of things, but not close to what I know now. After our session she sat with me and talked about what I needed to grow, what I should learn more about, and also some insights into myself and my chakras. After a year of sessions with her here and there she would continue on with advice similar to the first. And with this advice it helped me on my own spiritual journey. In a world where I didnt feel like I had many like minded people to talk to about things similar to reiki, I was able to talk to her and feel understood and welcomed. She genuinely cares about her clients and I can see that each time I meet with her. I always left the reiki/chakra sessions lighter, happier, and with clarity. I'm grateful that I found essential hz when I did.

I met with Lisa to have a full chakra clearing done and it was an amazing experience! I went in feeling woozy and out of it and left feeling refreshed. Lisa was very informative and accurate. She truly has blessed and healing hands! Definitely recommended!

My experience with Christine was so amazingly transformative! She is incredibly talented and gifted! I went in to see her based on a referral from a friend. I had tried more traditional therapies and knew I needed to go deeper to really make lasting change in my life. I wanted to find my life's purpose and release rooted fears that kept me from believing in myself and going for it. I am so grateful that I received that gift and so much more during our time together! In line with my goals, I signed on for her Life Coaching Hypnotic series. From our first meeting to our last, every time I worked with her I had more clarity, I felt lighter and more confident in who I am, and could come to a place of love and peace inside myself. She is so giving of her gifts, talent and time and always available on this journey. We are a true team and she has my back every step of the way, even now that I have finished the series. In the coaching series, not only does she use her gifts so beautifully to help healing, but she gives you the tools and know how to also use the gifts, so as my journey continues I can turn to my tool box for guidance. Working with Christine has been one of the best experiences of my life. Honestly, I was scared and nervous when I made my consultation appointment because I didn't know what to expect. I was just hoping she could help me. Just meeting her in the consultation appointment I knew my life was shifting. Christine is not just a Hypnotherapist. She is a spiritual guide and a friend. I learned things with her that I will take with me and use for a lifetime. When I met Christine I was searching and didn't know exactly what I was searching for. I took the 9 session life coaching course and every week I gained clarity, spiritual strength, and self worth. My anxieties lessened and my strength and peace grew everyday. With her help I am currently living out my dream and life's purpose, and this is only the beginning. I am eternally grateful for my experience with Christine. Even if you feel hesitation to move forward, call her, make an appointment. Truly, It is not an accident that you are seeking this information. Let your spirit guide you. ... How I came up on Essentialhz has really put me on the in touch with the beginning of my spiritual journey. I was praying to my Archangel Fortuna which II learn from the book moonology that he was my arkangel. At this point my emotions were so high it felt like that I was having a battle with myself and I was losing and in desperation to find an answer because I seem to cannot control it .it had never been this bad before and it just would not go away. I was at the point that I was completely emotional wreck which I am a Cancer and the moon does control me and it has been in retgrade 2 of them so it really had such a effect on me that I did not realize which I also learned from the Moonology. Anyway praying to my Archangel it took me through a series of events that led me to Lisa and for some reason I knew that I was going to the right place and I knew I had found my answer which in my heart I know that my Archangel sent me to her. Once I knew what I needed I booked an appointment with Lisa to have a crown Chaka done. Not only did it work she sat down with me and help me understand what was going on with me and why I was being controlled the way I was with my emotions and gave me so much great advice that's going to help me on my spiritual journey. See also gave me information about how Stones crystals could help me in my emotions and also gave me what I needed to help me and stones and crystals. When she was performing my crown Caka when she got to my Stern which is my stomach I could feel it leave my body I wanted to tell her not to stop because I wanted to make sure it was all gone because I could feel it. pouring out.WOW.. that's the only word to explain it.. My emotions has calmed down tremendously.. and my heavy heart that I kept feeling is gone.. and I feel like that I'm in control of my life again I cannot Thank Lisa enough for helping me and I definitely going to keep in touch with her and have more visits for she is truly a wonderful and caring spiritual person that you will remember and want to remember for the rest of your life.. Thank you and I'm ever so grateful that I had the pleasure of meeting you. For I know that my Archangel knew what he was doing when he sent me to you..

I came across My Essentalhz when I was looking for a local Reiki instructor,(which I became interested in after reading the two books”Journey of the Souls & Destiny of the Souls) I like the reviews I read online about ME, I made the call and was set up fast with my first Reiki session with Lisa, which was refreshing as there was no long phone tag to set up an appointment, I had never had a Reiki session before and didn’t know what to expect, Lisa was amazing and so was the vibe I got from the first time i walked in the doors, very welcoming very organic, In my session, Lisa told me things from my past, present and influencing my future. I knew I was on to something good and wanted to continue my journey, Lisa suggested I have a free consultation with Christine, the owner and founder of the company, which I did, when I meet Christine I knew there was something special about her, I was originally only interested in a past life regression, but after talking to her and hearing about how much more ME had to offer in the spiritual process I started talking to her about packages in past life regression, angel card read, hypnotherapy and more, i decided to sign up for the 12 week life counseling, esp. since she was willing to work out a pay plan with me. 2018 is the year of change and the 12 weeks I experienced with ME helped me grow and change as a man, a child of the universe, and someone with endless possibilities. I walked out of there a different person as I gained a lot from each session, but the biggest thing I took out with ME was... HOPE I recommend to anyone looking for more, because they know there’s more out there

I came across My Essential HZ by desperately searching for holistic approaches for managing the chronic anxiety I was experiencing. I made an appointment with Lisa for a Reiki treatment with the hopes that it would have gone better than my last Reiki treatment at Caliente I had. And what an exceptional experience it was. Lisa took time to get to know me, asked me questions about why I made the appointment and she listened to me. Which helped me understand a lot about my mindbodyspirit [at that moment]. I felt I was in a safe and trust-filled environment. I highly recommend My Essentialhz for an intuitive enriching experience. I will continue my Reiki treatments with My Essentialhz.

Christine’s services have been nothing short of life changing. I came to Christine with the intent of doing a past life regression but I ended up doing spiritual development through her life coaching program. I can resolutely say it was one of the best investments I’ve made thus far. Last week I went to visit Christine and Catherine. Just walking into the office was an experience. It is absolutely beautiful with a unique vibrational energy all it's own! The best way to describe it is a perfect "zen zone" that gives you a sense of peace and tranquility from the very second you walk through the door. This was my first Reiki session and will not be my last Catherine was incredible and she truly has healing hands! Thank you ladies, I encourage anyone who wants to find wellness to find it with Christine and Catherine!

Two weeks ago I had an appointment with Catherine for Reiki. It was absolutely amazing! I felt so relaxed and at peace as soon as I walked into the office doors, throughout my entire Reiki session and for days after. I will definitely be back in as soon as possible for another session! The atmosphere of the office and the wonderful women who run it, Catherine and Christine, are second to none. I highly recommend My EssentialHz!
