Absolutely horrible phone etiquette. Carlos song of the phone three times on me just for asking a very simple question. The question I asked, "was if they do targeted upper neck back massages" I never did get an answer but I'm kind of glad now, shows the lack of professionalism in this business by the one person that's that face

Pesimo atencion al cliente. Le regalamos a mi mama de 66 años un Facial en este lugar, mi mama hizo una cita a las 4pm en un dia durante la semana, llego unos minutos antes y la puerta estaba cerrada, espero hasta la hora de su cita y la puerta seguia cerrada. Se fue a caminar en el mismo shopping center y llamo varias veces al spa y nadie contesto. Pensando que el lugar estaba cerrado pero volvio a pasar y vio a una señora que estaba sentada y le pregunto, es cuando esta señora reaciono de muy mala forma siendo agresiva verbalmente con mi mama. Finalmente mi mama llamo a la locacion de Pinecrest en donde fue que pudo tener su tratamiento. Hay que tener un poco de respeto a as personas de la tercera edad.

I had a great massage experience with Fatima. Awesome deep tissue massage . She is a highly skilled professional with excellent customer service skills. I truly enjoyed the nice ambience and the peaceful atmosphere of the place.

Horrible! Very frustrating situation. Let’s start with Belkis is amazing. She truly gives great massage. However! I had an appointment at 4pm! And another man came at the same time. She told me you can come later at 5! I explained to her I had an appointment at 4pm. Belkis, did not honor the appointment, and asked me to leave!! Just because another man came at 4pm without an appointment. Horrible service, not profesional at all! I’m still angry

This was my first time coming and it was AMAZING!!!!! Belkys was super friendly, offered me water and gave me an incredible deep tissue massage. Super professional, five minutes away from my house and reasonably priced. I will be coming back!
