Came into San Antonio this morning for my nieces graduation and was looking for a salon to wash n blow dry my hair. I sent out a message to the owner Jennifer, and she replied within minutes. She could see me between a client if I could get there right away. Fortunately we were right across the loop from her and I arrived in no time. She did a great job on styling my hair. Highly recommend her and will definitely use her again when in this area and let my family that lives here know about her. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer did a great job with my hair which was way overdue for a cut as well as my child's very long, curly hair - notoriously troublesome for getting a good cut. Her studio is very clean and cheerful. She was very friendly and made COVID accommodations for us as vulnerable folks. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with her to make appointments but we did get it done in the end.

Jennifer is AWESOME! I don't fuss over my hair, and, rarely, go to a salon. But Jennifer has made me see the light. I felt like a million bucks when I walked out!! She gave me a cut & style that framed my face perfectly. I won't go anywhere else to get my hair cut now. I have found my forever salon!!!

I recently moved and was looking for a stylist nearby. Good ole google led me to Jennifer. I had decided to cut a good 6-8 inches off my hair and I knew I was risking it going to a stylist I’d never used and doing such a big change. I was oh so pleasantly pleased with her services. She did a great job and I really love my new cut!! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and did a phenomenal job. The suite was nice, Jennifer was very friendly and the price was also reasonable. I have found my new stylist!

<Update: about a year later from the original review> Since my layer cuts are consistently awesome here, I went ahead and trusted her with coloring my hair today.... the result: I can't stop looking and adoring my highlights. She mixed different colors to have the effect that I wanted and she nailed it! I am very satisfied, so are the others I came in contact with today as I received compliments because of it! The picture does not do the justice but here's to give you a glimpse. <Original review>I'm stoked as I finally found a hair stylist in town that is good in cutting layered hair <coming from someone who travelled around and had been getting layered haircut for almost 20 years> For 3 years in this town, I've been salon-hopping, since no one seems to know how to cut layered hair until now!!!! Jennifer is super friendly, respectable, and highly skilled <no razors>. I found my hair stylist... better late than never! I highly recommend. I will be back for a highlights!

I had been trying to reach a hair stylist at this place for months and I never got a response through the phone.... very disappointed because I loved my haircut the first time around yet now I feel like I'm getting avoided. Lack of professionalism...

I tried to schedule an appointment by calling the salon and no one answered after two calls... therefore I left a text message just like they said because that way they “respond faster.” They never replied so I had to call again TWICE the next day. The lady was short and distant when she answered and she ended up switching the time of my appointment and when I asked for the price of a haircut, I never got a reply so I just cancelled. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism, reliability, and attentiveness.

If I could go any lower I would actually give them a negative 10. I’m all about customer service. I’ve contacted them through phone, no answer. Okay I go on their website and message them telling me to text instead. I text them and get a text back around 10 asking me if I’m some person from church. Like no? I texted trying to schedule an appointment and doesn’t even text back til couple days later. Terrible customer service. I understand this salon is busy but you need to get your customer service in check

Love this place! Super cute and clean! I personally have my own stylist in Fredericksburg Tx, but moved to San Antonio about 6 months ago. Was very skeptical to try a new stylist, BUT JENIFER DID AMAZING! She’s also super friendly! & Prices are extremely reasonable as well! :) check her out!

I have been searching for a good haircut in San Antonio for nineteen years, and finally, thankfully, found Jennifer at My Miracle Hair Salon. The shop is clean and cute; services are affordably priced; and Jennifer has more talent and skill than a dozen stylists from other salons. She did an amazing job cutting my difficult hair. Because it is thicker on one side than the other and is unpredictably "flippy" all over, I've had uneven, mismatched haircuts for far too long now. Jennifer noted the difference in sides right away, without my having to point it out to her, a first in itself. She quickly and expertly thinned out the left side, so it matches the right for the first time in nearly two decades. She noted the direction my hair grows and gave me a cut that works with its natural "flow," then dried it without overstyling. At long last I have the simple, neat, layered cut I've been looking for. Thank you, Jennifer; I only wish I had found you sooner!

Having moved often, it usually takes several tries to find someone to do my hair. This move I found a my salon the first time. Jennifer did an excellent job of both coloring & cutting my hair. It is the best haircut I have had on a very long time. I observed another stylish and she did great job also. The price is right.

Sign said walk ins welcome. I stopped by with my 7 year old and the one of the stylists refused service because she "had a customer coming in" but couldn't say when. I was told they had a 2 pm available. It was only 11. I guess either walk ins are or my 7 year old whose hair cut would have taken minutes are not welcomed. Taking my money elsewhere.

This is a very clean and comfortable salon. Jennifer did an amazing job with my hair. Service provided was a root touchup (blonde) she got the color perfect. I'll be back and highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to go get your hair colored and styled. Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair! The color came out beautiful and I'm very happy with the overall look of it. She's also very friendly and the salon is neat and clean. I would recommend going to My Miracle Hair Salon if you're looking for a new look.
