This is a week healed. At the salon I felt the sting after she was cleaning up my nails. I told the lady that it hurt and to please not touch it when she was filing and massaging. My thing is, if she knew she did this why didn’t she say anything. It was stinging for like 15 mins. I sat there uncomfortable unsure of the reason why, until the next day I saw the cut. Needless to say I will not be going back here due to that reason & the lack of communication. I also told her I wanted regular polish and she said you don’t want gel to match your manicure? It’s a simple question but I feel like she was trying to get more money out of me. I know the difference, if I wanted gel I would’ve said so

Wife made an appointment here for Mother's Day. Apparently they allow folks to make appointments but they don't honor them. Wife waited 15 minutes before a chair opened up. After sitting down and waiting another 10 minutes, a person sat down next to her and she was helped first. My wife just walked out. Terrible service.

This is the third time that I make an appointment that is not honored. I make appointments because I don’t like to come in and be told to wait 5 minutes and it turns into 30 minutes. I wanted to give them a chance, but this was the last one. Showed up first thing in the morning and even though I had an appointment there was only one tech and several customers waiting. They are always full of excuses. It is very apparent they need a manager on the premises to organize the business. The ladies are nice, but the business is very disorganized. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Decided to try out this salon, and it was absolutely fabulous. The manager was very friendly and engaging. Staff did a great job. Environment was relaxing, friendly, and very clean. I will be back.

Do yourself a favor and splurge on the Organic pedicure. Helen was so amazing. Literally BEST pedicure of my life. Heads up - they prefer cash tips.

I had to update my prevous review due to the horrible customer service I recieved today: I went in today and was highly disappointed by my experience. First off I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. Upon arrival we had to wait 20 minutes to get into the chairs even though we had an appointment. I mentioned several times when scheduling the appointment on the phone and while being at the salon that I wanted both a manicure and pedicure. It was time to pay and they only did my feet. I told them that I wanted a manicure too and they asked if I could come back in an hour. I think this is ridiculous considering I mentioned it numerous times on the phone and in the salon about getting my hands done too. To add insult to injurt I purchased my dad a gift certificate for father's day over the phone. They sent me a photo of the gift certificate and assured me that I can send the photo to my dad and he could use it for his services. Then when it came down to pay they said we were unable to use the photo of the gift certificate and we must have the physical copy. I don't have a physical copy because I purchased it over the phone! I would of been happy to come in the store to purchase it but they assured me of the phone that we would have no issues using it. And were they wrong! They were still trying to make him pay! Dont let people buy gift certificates over the phone if you're not going to let them use it!! This place is a scam.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I spent 23 min on the salon and the technicians were full on talking about their clients in Vietnamese: how annoying they are, how to up-charge the clients and how to trick them into more services! I guess I don’t look like I speak Vietnamese or understood it. I couldn’t get through my services. I paid their full amount without my toes painted. Next to me was this sweet elderly woman who they had no problem taking advantage of! Saying trick her into getting the gel she doesn’t know the difference. So I turned to her and told her what the techs were saying. Turned to the techs and told them I understood every word they were saying! Disgusting! If people had nice nails they would not come into your salon for your services to make them look nice. You people are mean and disrespectful. Learn to be better!

Great new nail salon off Navajo. I’ve been here several times and the new salon promotion is wonderful + this is the best job I’ve had done on my tips they look natural and I had a special designs from Pinterest and it looks so good! The ambiance is perfect and everyone is so nice, salon is clean and they are very efficient with getting me in and out in a timely manner.

I have been 3 times now, one of those times to get my nails done for my wedding. They took their time and made sure I liked my nails each step of the way. The salon is very nice, neat, and clean. Staff is kind and the quality of work is very good.

Over all I am happy with the service I have received here. I will continue to come in as long as I am able to get my services done with the technicians that I prefer. First off, the shop is very clean , they have a variety of colors and nail services available. The prices are very affordable. $30 for a gel manicure, add $5 if you have gel on already. My first experience for a gel mani left with a lot to be desired. The tech did not provide me all of the services that the menu noted it included, she seemed to want to rush through my service as more clients came in. I had asked for a darker color and she did a couple of layers that left big chunks on some of the nails making them look really fat. The tech was nice and talked to me but I think the language barrier was an issue because I tried to explain what I wanted and what I think was left out and I don't think she understood. However I paid attention to the other techs around me and made a note of it for a future visit as it looked like they do provide good service, it just depends on who does your nails. I came back later for a pedicure with Julia and it was a great service, but she does keep to herself which I didn't mind. The next time I came in I asked for a gel mani again but this time with either the manager Nikki or Megan because I noticed that the work they did was fantastic. Megan did my gel manicure and it was flawless.. she did all of the things that I expected as they were posted and she did so very quickly but without rushing. One of my nails actually broke a few days later and they were able to repair it for me with no issue.

This nail salon is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. My wife and daughter go regularly for manis and pedis. The owner is always friendly and remembers her clients by name. My wife is always pleased with the services she gets and enjoys relaxing in this fresh welcoming salon. She says they are great for dip nails and gel too.

Walked in with someone & were greeted right away by a super friendly staff! We both enjoyed our manicures and pedicures & we’re very pleased with the service. Would recommend making an appointment ahead of time to be on the safe side as they get easily busy :)

We needed a great place to get a mani/pedi in San Carlos and My Nail Lounge fills that spot! It’s bright and welcoming. Everyone is super friendly and Loi who took care of me was very gentle and thorough. Highly recommend this nail salon.

Worst customer service. The lady doing my nails was so rude made me feel bad.Did not offer any packages or anything after I told them it was my first time there. The atmosphere is cold no music in the backgrounds total silence not comforting. The woman doing my nails also kept looking out the window every 2 minutes distracted hardly made any conversation or ask how I was doing or anything. At the end of the time there they only accept cash and we're very rude about not having cash and said next time they would not be able to accept payment other than cash. I will not be returning here there are way more better places to spend your money
