I haven't had a perm in many MANY years, I came here and got the best perm ever! The staff are so friendly and you feel like you've come home! I love my perm and will definitely come back! I would highly recommend this gem!

This is a family salon opened by Cecilia's parents many years ago. The whole family is very friendly and professional. I like how she highlights and cuts my hair. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and the service is top-notch.

A middle aged women was teaching and ederly lady that she said was her mother how to bleach my ladies hair on a Saturday. once she was about half hay done putting the foil she left the elderly women alone at the shop, she fried my girls hair and left some patches not bleached. Was very upset. However the elderly lady did tell my girl that she could come back on Tuesday to fix the patches that weren't blonde but we didn't return, we chose to go elsewhere and had to pay someone else to do the best they could but the damage had already been done.

My hair was dyed a Violet red by another hairdresser. She also added blond highlights, which I did like. I called the My Place Hair Salon and asked their opinion about what I could do about the horrible red color. I hated it. But wanted to keep the highlights. Celia, the owner of the salon is a genius with problem hair (she is as wise as any hair color chemist), and with her help and the help of her daughter, Cecelia, they removed the horrible red color and returned my hair to a color I could live with. I highly recommend both Celia and Cecelia as very experienced and GOOD hair colorists. They continuously go to school to keep up with the latest technology. I will use their services again.
