This spa is the WORST I have ever been too! I had a Deep Pore Cleanising and she left my skin SCARRED!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!! She was RUDE when I confronted her about how she left my skin!! She only cares about taking your money!! Do NOT go there unless you want to be disfugured!! This is NOT a scam! Stop acting like you dont remember me!! How dare you! Own up to your mistakes lady!! You left my face scarred and refused to refund me! All those other reviews are fake because you had you friends ans family to them!!

From the moment I walked in, Natalie exuded professionalism and warmth, making me feel immediately at ease. Her knowledge of her work was evident as she expertly guided me through my appointment. Absolutely loved my facial with Nathalie. I got an appointment quickly and she was on time. She is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. She got all the gunk out of my pores. I also left with a skincare routine as I felt my current one was no longer working for my skin. She never once tried to upsell me and even mentioned some affordable products that I could use on my face. She was extremely friendly and made me feel like I can really trust her. She took her time with the facial and I appreciated that.

I have never been disappointed with Purple Spa services. Every time I have received services here all the equipment looks sanitary and most importantly I always love the results of my service. I have done both facials and wax here. My skin felt rejuvenated and the facial was very detailed. She makes sure to focus on your specific skin type. Also my wax is always perfect. She takes her time and goes above and beyond to try to make sure she gets every hair. Love this place and highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do i begin... The experience received was absolutely phenomenal. She is so nice and professional. From the moment i walked in she makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Throughout the process she very communicative on what she is doing, what to expect, and is very informative. She also gives you recommendations based on your skin. She does not try to be pushy to up-sell any procedure/treatment. I must say, I have not received that quality of facial in yearssssss. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the service and most importantly the results. I already booked my next appointment and looking forward to seeing the upcoming results in my facial process. THANK YOU again!!!!

I love Purple Spa! I went for a combo treatment of dermaplaning and dermabrasion. Nathalie is very thorough, asking questions to make sure she is providing the best service for your skin. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She even gives recommendations on how to care for your skin in between visits. My skin feels amazing and I will definitely be back!

My first time experience with a Brazilian and none other than the lovely and sweet Nathalie was who guided me through it; what to expect, and how it would come out. I was nervous going in but she very quickly made me feel comfortable with her and the whole process. I 100% recommend you go to her if this is your first Brazilian or any other waxing or facial service experience. She’s the best and I’m so glad to have had my first experience with her. Nathalie hands down is the best esthetician I have ever encountered. She is the consummate professional who provides so much knowledge to her clients about their beauty and skin concerns. My Purple Spa is a very relaxing and clean environment. I went to Nathalie for my first Brazilian wax. I was very nervous, but she calmed me with her soothing presence and answered all of my questions. Since it was such a positive experience I have continued to go to Nathalie exclusively for more than a year. Nathalie's attention to detail, the quality of her work, and the passion she has for her job is unmatched. I highly recommend her. She is one of a kind!
