I booked an appointment with @styledbysanaa for a traditional sew in ( partial leave out) here at My Salon Suite for Friday 13th @9am. A $30 deposit is required when booking. Kamryn also advertises and sells Raw Hair Extensions. I purchased 4 bundles of 28" which came up to $660 ( i gave her $665) i also to reached out to her about dye services because i didn't see it on her booking site. She then tells me thats she would dye my bundles for me free of charge if i came a day after my original appointment date ( Sat. September 14th @ 3:30) & i agreed. I do not live in Charlotte or even remotely close. I live about 2.5/ 3 hours away. As im on the highway. I get another text from kamryn saying to come in at 4pm. I then explain to her that it was my birthday and that 4pm was pushing it considering i had other plans, which is why i booked for Friday in the first place. Nevertheless i get there and she gets started on my hair. Not even 24 hours later i start to see red bumps around the perimeter of my head. I originally thought that the breakout was typical tension bumps from the style. That was until i started to get a burning sensation all over my head and resorted to taking out the sew in altogether. As I'm taking the tracks out, pieces of my scalp are coming out as well. My scalp is full of scars and scabs to the point you would think i had a bad relaxer. ( I've been natural since i was 14 years old. Im 24 now) i contacted Kamryn about this matter along with pictures for proof, only to be told "that don't have nothing to do with me" i assured her that my scalp was just fine before sitting in her chair. There was not accountability taken nor did i get an apology. I spent $895 with @styledbysanaa & the outcome has been very traumatic. I didn't even have the style in but for a couple days. My scalp is on fire, my skin is raw behind and around my ears producing a puss like substance & I am now having to go see a dr about the matter. I have asked for a refund or even half of what i paid and was refused. I will be taking legal action at this point. This has been quite the experience

I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of communication. My initial appointment with Skylar at The Skylarized Hair Experience salon was great, despite my appointment being pushed back an hour or so the day of, I understand things happen. She done an excellent job with my hair & really took her time to make sure it lasted. I booked via Style Seat but she told me to just text her when it was time to wash and re-style.. well that time has come and she hasn't been the best with communication at all. Took her almost a week to respond to 2 text messages and 1 call (made days apart) & never responded to confirm my appointment. Again, I understand things happen but it has been two weeks with no response at this point.. May not mean much to anyone else reading this but if you're going to be a professional, please make sure to respond to your clients in a timely manner rather it is to decline or book.

I was on time for my appointment. A patron without an appointment came in about 2 minutes before I did but had no appointment. The patron even told them that I had the appointment yet they took her first! Why schedule an appointment if it means NOTHING! Y only got one service but would have gotten 2 had they taken me on time. Was 20 minutes before I was called. This was my 2nd visit, but I will say with the first visit I was seen almost immediately and I didn't even have an appointment.

The suites look new, modern and clean. They have safety protocols in place.

Great Barbers, Hair Stylist and Beauticians also they have children salons as well.
