I’m a barber. I started here about 6 months ago. This is my first suite and I couldn’t be happier. Scot Cummin have been very helpful in making it a smooth transition for me. Great workplace environment.

As a suite owner my salon suite was very helped and gave me all the info I needed! Everyone was very nice and never ran into problems, Scot my landlord helped me with anything I needed and was very informative!

Starting your own business and moving into your own place can be so intimidating, having you wondering if this is the right choice or not. My Salon Suites, as well as Scot, made this experience as smooth and accommodating as possible. Scot and his team go above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure your experience, as well as your clients, is nothing short of amazing. Scot and his team are professional and friendly, always on top of their game. I worked for MSS for almost 6 years and couldn’t have been happier. Great environment for all in the beauty industry. Met a lot of great connections and people while working here. 10/10 recommend this experience to anyone looking to branch out into the suite life.

I was a tenant at My Salon Suites Fort Myers for almost 6 years! I could never put into words how much I enjoyed my time over the years. Scot and his amazing team go above and beyond whenever anything is needed. My clients and I both loved the look and feel of the suites as well has how well everything is maintained. Leaving was one of the most bitter sweet decisions but ultimately our business had outgrown our space and it was time for us to take the next step for our business. My salon suites was the most amazing place to start and grow our business and I could not be more grateful for our time with Scot and My Salon suites!

It has been a pleasure working here from day 1. I love the security and so do all of my clients! We also love the cleanliness and great clean smells as SOON as you walk in the front door! My Salon Suites in Fort Myers has 35 suites that deal with self-improvement. I have gotten my nails, hair, facial, and permanent makeup done in these suites. And I feel great!

I am a current tenant at My Salon Suites and I love it! I own True Reflection Esthetics and opened in March. The room is just the right size and ample storage. Wifi , laundry and a fresh coat of paint in any shade you desire are a few of the features of being in my salon suite. During Covid I didn’t know if I was going to be able to continue working in my field of expertise. I couldn’t find employment the guaranteed a steady income. With my salon suites I have been able to operate my own business build my clientele while not having to worry about a lot of the extra things that you don’t think about when you first open.There is a security camera to page clients in and clean lobby for them to wait while you prepare for your services. Everyone that works in my salon suite has taken extra measures to make sure that we are keeping everyone safe. Currently the lobby area in the public area are locked minimizing the potential exposure to other clients and guest. The public hallways and rest areas are kept clean and sanitized at all times. And the owner Scott is absolutely phenomenal, he really cares about his tenants and wants everyone to be successful. He’s a wealth of knowledge and he’s more than willing to share his experience and expertise with anyone who has the time to take a listen. He is extremely organized to respond if there’s anything that needs to be addressed. I am so glad that when I started out my business adventure I chose to have Scott as my landlord. Also my salon suites offers amazing continued education and great deals on their online website for products and Backbar. There are so many other wonderful things that I can see about operating a business through my salon suite but I feel like my review is getting a little long. I have been with My Salon Suite for almost a year now. And I have been able to grow my business substantially because of this I am moving to a bigger place and adding to my team. I am a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. This was a great starting point for my career. Scot is a fantastic landlord. You won’t be disappointed!

I love being part of my salon suite, everything is clean and comfortable. My clients live the environment and feel safe coming to me. I have the liberty to do what’s best for my business and my clients and call it home. This has all been especially important since the pandemic and I don’t have a single regret in being here 11/10

Same building as the gym, entrance is right next to the gym entrance. You enter the suite number at the call box for them to buzz you in. I visited True Reflection for a facial and it was absolutely amazing.

I have been with My Salon Suites now for over 2 years and dont plan on going anywhere else! It is extremely clean, private and such a pleasant place to be able to work and run my business. Very fortunate to have found this location, Scot Cummins is hands down great. Always there for any questions, concerns and advice! Love it !!

I own Faithfully GC at My Salon Suite, suite 103. I have been here since June 2018 and i love this environment. It’s safe, professional, and productive. All the other tenants are nice and professional. My clients really enjoy how private the suites are and the variety of beauty businesses available to them, such as nailS, lashes, and permanent eyebrows. It’s an all around WIN for us.

I own a MedSpa and have been here for 2 years so far. I absolutely love it and plan to be here for years to come!! I ended up relocating here from a spa and was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the owner, Scot, is! Nothing like the owner of the spa I was previously at. It was very important to me to move my business to a location that was easy accessible, welcoming, clean, and inviting. As soon as I toured the building and met other tenants, I knew this was the place for me. Scot goes above and beyond in not only keeping the building in pristine condition, but also as a business coach. He is always available and willing to ensure that anything that needs to be done is done right away. And correctly—not by cutting corners. He truly has a passion to see his tenants succeed. My experience thus far in My Salon Suites has been amazing. I have worked in the suites for almost 3 years and couldn’t be happier. The environment is very friendly and welcoming, while also being professional. Suites are always up kept and clean, providing top cleanliness. My clients always feel safe with having to buzz in to their service provider, and love the one-on-one interaction. Clients then in return feel comfortable referring new clients to the space, also cross referring to other service providers. This is a fantastic one stop shop for a lot of clients. Great environment to take care of all/most of your beauty needs.

Renting a suite at MSS is the best professional decision I've made. Scot is extremely helpful in everything I need. More than a landlord, he truly helps me succeed. My clients love it here. All is so perfectly clean. He is very conscious of Covid19 and does everything he can to keep the salon safe for everyone. I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Scot!!
