DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I got serviced by this girl name ECRI and please do not go with her she has no clue what she doing and terrible customer service. I asked for only trim and they cut my entire hair off. My hair is completely uneven on both side. I can’t believe I came here no I have to deal with this ugly haircut please don’t make the mistake coming here. Their hair stylist are NOT Experience. Horrible place please do not go here.

I’m pretty sure they just do whatever they want. I’ve been here a couple times giving them to many chances but I guess I can only blame myself for hoping they would do as I ask. I ask for a trim and instead get an army style high and tight.

Showed up at 620pm,CLOSED. Why do the hours on the door say 7pm? Also, the neon Open sign was on. Didn't appreciate it being closed especially after rushing over there after work.

Came in for a hair color on 6/17/22 #1 - They didn’t speak English, please note that the owner didn’t speak it (she was the only one present) when she needed to communicate with me, she had to ask her current client. Just realized something because today 8/5/22 - I am looking for another place to get a touch-up - it’s difficult to find a place in El Paso - with bilingual stylist. #2 - I have mixed textured hair, the beautician that took care of me, didn’t understand multi-textured hair. #3 - Before you start hair coloring you are supposed to protect the forehead, ears, neck. That wasn’t done, she was frantically trying to clean me up after washing the dye out. She rubbed my skin so hard, I thought some skin would come out. #4 - When she was done, I honestly couldn’t believe that she thought she was done, I looked like a hot mess. My pregnant daughter had to be the one to properly flat iron and curl my hair at home. Lesson learned, if they cannot understand you, don’t go.

Encontré este salón My Style en un grupo y contacté con ellos. Desde el primer mensaje que envié por messenger me sentí cálidamente bien atendida, su dueña, es muy amable y responde a todas tus preguntas con mucho detalle. Hoy conocí el salón y mis hijos y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar, es muy limpio, cálidamente decorado, el servicio y el cuidado a los detalles excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar si estás en El Paso. Me atendió Ecri y es maravillosa.🏆 Muchísimas Gracias.

My hairstylist of many years retired and I was forced to find another stylist. I am so thankful to have found My Stlye Salon!! 100% satisfied everytime I go! Super Friendly! Clean Environment!! Excellent Service!! I Highly Recommend this Salon!!

Don’t waste your time! I had set up an appointment for my nails a week prior. I show up to the appointment and was told that Janet said she is not going to work that day but that she was there before my appointment to get some things. I never got a courtesy call or message to atleast Vance. I called and messaged her and didn’t obtain an answer or a reply. I just don’t understand why appointments are booked if they’re not going to show up. Very unprofessional, just go somewhere else since your time is not taken seriously here. No gasten su tiempo! Ya tenía cita para mis uñas desde la semana pasada, cuando llegue a mi cita me dijieron que la que hace uñas no hiba trabajar ese día y ni me avisaron ni nada. No entiendo para que hacen citas si no van a cumplir y hacer que uno pierda el tiempo, mejor buscen otro lugar que si respeten su tiempo. Pésimo servicio.

Pésimo servicio de la muchacha que pone uñas, te dice a una hora para tu cita y te atiende 3 horas después, mejor me fui del lugar. Muy mal, debe de poner más orden en sus citas.

I would not recommend. I’m disappointed with the outcome. I went in to Change the color of my hair and came out with it messed up and slightly damaged. I normally don’t take time out of my day to write a review but I really don’t want anyone making the decision I did to go to this place to color of there hair.

Horrible! horrible hair work. So first of all she gave me a price for $120 before to make an appointment, and then the day of the appointment she told me is gonna be $160, so i was like well I guess, I was there already. But then after she’s done with my hair it was DARKER of the color I asked for!! she told me with a couple of washes is gonna turn lighter, but NOOO it’s turning GREEN😠🤬

I have had my hair done their before. It seems like they just pick out a price to charge you. For the price of highlights on short hair was ridiculously high this time. They charged me more this time with short hair than before with longer hair. I will be looking elsewhere. Too much drama going on among themselves.
