I think this place has someone for everyone. Haircut service, hair dressers, makeup, barbers, nails, mani-pedi. Very reasonable pricing and diferent kinds of talents among the people working here. Very happy.

I loved the concept and the place looks awesome but it's really hard when you book an appointment and your time is not being considered by the hair dresser you randomly selected on the website. No one is there to supervise if clients are getting a good service, or even a service at all. My appointment with Gaby was at 1pm, I was there at 1:03 and she was finishing a lady, but for my surprise instead of making arrangements to do my hair, she started to cut the hair of a man that also there. I even asked her to confirm if my 1pm booking was correct, but she just replied that she knew I was there, by seeing me, that I needed to just sit down and wait. That was rude, but since my time and options where limited at that point, I decided to patiently wait for 27 minutes. Luckily I was able to book a walk through at a different place instead.They need to hire someone who can contact the client to let them know (ahead of time) they are running late with other clients, or being more efficient with their time management at the moment of booking. You can't be playing with people's time, it's just disrespectful.

The smell of chemicals is way too strong here. I was there on two different occasions with my daughter and both her and I could barely breathe. Get a good fume extractor. The staff was nice and I’d like to return when this issue is fixed.

I used to love going to Beauty Mall Suite at Kendall by 152 ave and 72 st, until today. It’s always been a convenient spot because is close from home and I like doing my nails regularly. I’ve been going there since 2018. Used to do my nails with Tania but she left, then Ani and never had a problem. After Ani got pregnant I started doing my nails with Maray who took over Tania’s spot. Today I had a very unpleasant experience at Suite 23 with Maray. I believe no one should go through this. I got a message from her today changing my appointment time from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm. She has done this many times before. It has gotten very inconvenient sometimes but I’ve always been understanding. However, today is was very inconvenient for me since I’ve been taking my daughter to swimming lessons every day this week and her lessons are from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Since I don’t like getting late or canceling my appointments not to ruin someone else’s time and pocket; I asked my husband to take the baby instead today so that I can go to my nail appointment on time. He was going to droop me off before the baby’s lesson and pick me off after. As soon as I received the text from Maray I asked her how late was she and if it was ok with her for me to arrive hen at 5:15 pm? My idea was to then go to the swimming lesson and after to my nails since she was late. She never replied to my message, so I told my husband to take the baby because I did not want to be late. Everyone that has a child knows how important this milestones are. Nevertheless, since I had committed I went to the nail appointment. As soon as I arrived at 5 pm sharped, I noticed she had just started doing the previous clients’s manicure. I walked in and said, “oh no, I could have gone to take my baby” She replied very rudely and said “excused me?” Did you say something? I replied, “yes, I said I could have taken my baby because you are still doing her nails” she replied saying oh well you said 5:15 pm. I said, “no, I asked you if it was ok for me to arrive at 5:15 pm but you did not reply” Then, she said, “ I’m almost done”. I found her tone very rude and upsetting but nevertheless I sat down to wait for her to finish. My husband called me on the phone and while I was talking to him I over heard her saying to the client, “I hate that shit”. It was very uncomfortable and did not like the vibe. After, waiting and waiting way passed 5:15 pm. I stood up and told her, I’m sorry but I’m leaving. She replied “oh yes for sure you do that”. She spoke in a very aggressive, rude tone even removing her face mask to speak loudly. I turned around and said please cancel my future appointments as well. Then, the rudeness really started. She showed her true colors and started screaming at me. Telling me not to come back, that I was very rude, that I got there screaming at her and embarrassing her and Oh God, she kept on going very rudely. I was going to keep walking but it bother me that she was even lying and not even apologizing. I had even asked her if it was ok to get there at 5:15 pm taking into consideration her time. I did not even do that and arrived at her set 5:00 pm . Ani had to tell her calm down, let it go.I was respecting her job and time and did not arrive late. I walked in and did not talk to her in any rude way at all. She was so rude and ready to jump on me. I was a good client. She just need it to say ok and I’m sorry I inconvenient you. Instead she told me, the customer, I need it to understand she sometimes gets complicated. She really has not clues on how to be respectful and run a business making the beauty salon and others look bad. The manicure and pedicure time should be a time of enjoyment, pleasant and calm after a work day, by no means it should be a battle field. The clients’s time should be considered. It’s ok one time but more than once it’s disrespectful. Screaming at others, is never ok. Worse if others at present. She is in suite 23 at the entrance, on the right hand side right when you walk in not recommended. For me this is it, so long Beauty Mall Suite!
