I bet this Spa doesn’t provide good service to their customers! They give you every good excuse! they are pretending they perfect for their customers After they screwed over the client. Their emails make themselves perfect! Those whole bunch of email they wrote to me made them all Those bad results from the client were not their fault at alllllll. Aggressive and arrogant. I had a 90 minute massage with Kira. She was very attentive to pressure. I have the usual sore neck, shoulders, and lower back problems which she worked on. I have a sore band of muscles on my waist area and that was worked on which was quite helpful. She described it as a band which makes sense. I never heard it described that way. Clearly knows her stuff. All good. Update: Christine is very good! My go to person to fixing tight muscles.

AMY AMY AMY! I have scheduled all my facials with Amy thus far and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this woman is. She is not only the sweetest soul, but she does the most thorough job. She truly takes her time addressing all your skin concerns and making sure you receive the best treatment possible. She takes her time with extractions and really removes all the gunk you didn’t even know was there. I always leave with my face looking a shade lighter and feeling 10 pounds lighter! If you want a gentle, kind, and skilled aesthetician, Amy is the one for you. Even her facial massage techniques are wonderful. Mysa Day Spa is such a clean and aesthetic little place and I’m so glad they opened up! Their packages are a bit pricey, but I think it’s worth it in comparison to the other spas I’ve visited. I have also gotten a deep tissue massage here, which wasn’t as relaxing and more of a clinical treatment. I don’t remember the name of the masseuse but she was lovely too and very skilled in the rolfing technique. My only complaint would be that finding parking in the area can be tricky, so come early to find something nearby.

I have been seeing Amy for a facial almost monthly for over a year now and I love her. I always go in with a dull face that really needs some deep cleansing to remove all the black head and white head that builds up. Always come back out with a glow. Its amazing! The ambiance in the waiting room is also super relaxing. Thank you.

I've been a customer of Amy's for over a year. She is always takes great care of me when I get my facials. My skin has never looked better. I highly recommend her and Mysa Day Spa. I have also used the deep tissue massage in the past when I was struggling with back pain for weeks. They cured it in 2 days!

This place is a scam. First impression- the front desk/seating area is nicely updated with wooden slat walls and boho style chairs, however as soon as you enter to the back the carpet is completely stained in the hallway and the rooms are outdated with cheap lights and decor. Amy was my "esthetician" and within 2 min of looking at my skin she said she's going to upgrade me to the signature facial without informing me of the price difference (I had to ask). She was rough and rushed throughout the whole time. She also decided to just shave down my eyebrows without letting me know, which is super thin now. She also didn't use the ultrasound machine which was suppose to be part of the $80 upgrade. The service was terrible and the rooms feel dirty and old. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with morale and better quality service.

I booked a 60 minute Swedish Massage with Mary Cruz. She did a phenomenal job on working on my areas of concern. I felt relieved of stress and pain.

I have problem with my skin. Amy is so patient with smile every time. Very professional and knowledgeable and give me direction how to take care after treatment. Very polite. Highly recommend looking for Amy for services. She's the best ever in Bay Area Spa . I've been so many places, no one like Amy ever, she's so amazing services. Very detail. So relax and feel comfortable every time see Amy. She's the best ever.

I usually go to Redmint for massages but wanted to try something that was closer to home for the convenience. I had a 60min deep tissue massage with Coco. While she was very nice, the massage was subpar and I will not be returning. While I did get some relief- I felt like the massage wasn't focused on the areas I wanted-even after identifying them in a form and to the LMT in person. I felt like there was a lack of technique and understanding. The muscles I wanted worked were massages briefly or altogether neglected. It was hard to relax l because the LMT was constantly out of breath and sipping water and I just felt worried for her(the room seemed to lack great ventilation). The place was clean. For $135, I expected better.

It was a wonderful experience here. I came here for the spring facial and Dulce is wonderful. Upon arriving here, I felt the passion of her and during the whole process, the room is cozy and Dulce explained everything and the facial treatment is a great relax. Definitely worth a try!

James was a great masseuse. I truly walked out feeling like my spine was straighter & longer. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. It’s super clean as well. It was my first time so I wish they had told me to strip down before, because I wasn’t exactly clear on that and laid on the massage bed fully clothed (lol).

My hubby and I been going in this place for over a year now. Personally, I have nothing but good and pleasant experiences to share. I have tried most of their therapists, each of them have their own unique and personal style of applying their professional skills. I mostly booked for Swedish massage due to my chronic back pain. I recommend trying different therapist to find one that suits your preference and the one that will give you the feeling of utmost relaxation and relief from stress and sore tense muscle. KIRA by far is the best for me. While targeting my problematic areas of pain she also pays attention to the other areas that makes me feel well rested and relaxed after the session. Another good thing about this place is the manager Villus can provide you the appropriate receipt for your MRA employee benefit reimbursement. A huge plus for us. Thank you, MYSA DAY SPA.

On a rare day off of work, wanted to treat myself to a facial and a friend who has great skin recommended me to this place. When everything around us is getting more and more expensive, I am really intentional on where I spend my money. On a day that’s supposed to be calm and relaxing, I really did not appreciate customer service where as soon as you lay down for your treatment the esthetician is immediately pushing you into an upgraded treatment. I upgraded to a hydra-facial, which I’ve had before and figured I probably needed and with a slight discount I thought might as well! However, during the hydra-facial instead of focusing on her technique and quality of the facial, she’s still trying to up-sell me on buying packages, bringing my boyfriend, etc. and just dotted the wand across my face, not even giving extra attention targeting areas of clogged pores where the benefits of a hydra-facial really shine! An esthetician should really do their best with whatever their client’s budget is, that is how to retain clients and get them potentially in future appointments to do more expensive treatments. While this facial was much needed, I did not feel the true value of the cost of service.

Worst experience ever … they called and canceled my moms appt on Mother’s Day just hours before the appt time … the guy I spoke to said he was the manager would not give his name was very rude and unprofessional and would not let me speak with anyone else …he needs to be fired immediately… I own several businesses around the city and my employees would never be allowed or even have a thought of speaking to a customer the way he did … I made the appt weeks ahead so my mom would have a great Mother’s Day and thanks to mysa and the very rude guy they have running it my moms whole Mother’s Day was ruined !! Guys name there is Valius … worst possible person you can have overseeing your business… NEW UPDATE : villius is the worse person you can have running your establishment he is ruining the image and integrity of your business… he offered a discount the next time we come for canceling my moms Mother’s Day massage mins before her appt and being very rude and disrespectful…we agreed and I called in to make a appt explained the situation and booked a time … again mins before my appt I received a text from villius saying the discount was only good if I made another review … even tho I had already changed the review I explained to him the discount was not based on my review it was based on the last min cancellation of my moms massage appt on Mother’s Day … he then started to yell and scream about how I needed to change the review with out doing his due diligence to take the time and go bk to the reviews and seeing I had already changed the review … I’m not into altercations or being violently talk toor disrespected the way he was addressing me so I hung up and politely took a screen shot of my review and sent it to him … I then called him bk and asked if he sees it now … he proceeded to apologize again for the 4th time for his negligence … at this point I’m not accepting anymore apologies nor will I be patronizing this establishment again … at this point It would be in the best interest of the owner to fire him before he sinks the whole business and have them in a world of trouble with legal matters … I would recommend no one ever come to this place until villius is no longer employed there … he has the worse customer service skill set I have ever encountered … under no circumstances do you ever yell and scream at a customer in a violent amd disrespectful way such as he did and especially when you are 100% in the wrong … I own several businesses thru out the city and interview hundreds of ppl and have never came across a worse employee or even person for that matter … I will never ever go here again and I suggest nobody else does until he is long gone so you can have a delightful enjoying experience … especially being that it’s a spa a place you book a appt at to come relax and rejuvenate but this experience and the one before this at this very establishment was the total opposite of that !!!!! VILLIUS NEEDS TO BE FiRED effective immediately !!!! If he is the owner they will not be open much longer !!!

My first (and only time) here, I booked a deep tissue massage as I typically like something that's a bit deeper than a swedish massage. However, to my dismay, the deep tissue massage is NOT a standard deep tissue massage. Instead, it's like having someone give you an intense sports massage while also sharing fitness and medical advice. My massage therapist, Christine, talked to me during the entire session, in some places used so much pressure it hurt and told me to just "breathe through it," body shamed my stomach, and told me facts about how the human body works that are not based in science. While her approach may work for some, this is outside the typical bounds of a deep tissue massage. I hope Mysa changes the name of this service so no one else walks away tense and hurt instead of relaxed and rejuvenated.

Omg James! He’s likely not as booked up because he’s the only man masseuse but WOW HIS TECHNIQUE!! This tired, battered mama needed James and will be back. This man does not simply just massage you, he solves alll the knots and kinks in your tired body. It’s hours later for me and I’m still so relaxed and sleepy and jelly like- I bet if I had the massage in the evening I’d have the best sleep ever. Be specific with him about what you want and he will deliver. Thank god he has availability because I will be back specifically for him!

Prenatal massage was okay, I would say 3.5/5 stars. I arrived 5 minutes early and no one was at front desk to greet me. Another girl was waiting too and she ended up calling them on the phone them to alert to staff we had appointments, and no one was there. My massage started at 1:40pm but instead of 60 minutes she ended it at 1:35pm. The actual massage: Coco was very nice but she did not apply enough pressure on the glutes/SI area or to my hips/back, even when directed to do so. I’ve gone to quite a few prenatal massages so I know what I need. When lying in my back, I was not offered a pillow to prop under my knees. This was concerning as I’m having chronic lower back pain and for pregnant mamas in second trimester onwards it’s important to have proper support esp when lying any time on the back (not recommended to lie on back). Overall it was an okay experience.
