Now I’m not going to lie, I know how to wash my face and finally my skin type. I booked an appointment so I could officially start my skincare journey. The appointment went very well and I learned so much. The skin analysis confirmed some things I knew about my skin but also issues I didn’t think I had a problem with which we will be working on. I was a blank slate and Ryan really helped me see what could help me. She is exactly what you see her as on social media, I was never uncomfortable, she was very professional and kept me calm as it was my first time getting injectables. I had been getting my skincare treatments at one of those box chains but they never really did the work on educating me the way Ryan did. I won’t be going back to them anymore. This place is worth every star.

I found Mysa Medical & Wellness Spa via Instagram. As someone new to the area, I scheduled consultations with a few providers, but felt they were recommending treatments I didn’t need. Ryan, the owner, is authentic, honest, and was focused on helping me achieve my goals in a balanced, thoughtful way. Her experience and focus on new technology is unmatched. Above all, she exceeded my expectations and customized her recommendations for my features. The spa itself is comfortable, relaxing, and conveniently located right off the highway with easy parking. The staff is professional and helpful, and her pricing is competitive. As a woman of color, I especially appreciate how valued and seen I feel at Mysa Medical Spa. I started going to Mysa Medical in May 2024 as a model for two procedures, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Both procedures delivered a perfect outcome. My face, in particular, has never looked better thanks to Ryan’s expertise. She is incredibly gentle, takes the time to explain every step of the process, and truly cares about her clients. In September 2024, I returned for my second PRP treatment and was impressed once again. Mysa Medical even provided a free facial analysis, which is such a great bonus! Following Ryan’s recommendations has transformed my skin—I’ve been receiving endless compliments, and my confidence has skyrocketed. I’ve visited many medspas in the past, but none compare to Mysa. Too often, I’ve dealt with places that overpromise and underdeliver with no lasting results. Mysa Medical stands out as a trustworthy, results-driven medspa. It has officially become my go-to spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their beauty with care and professionalism!

This was my second time doing Botox and my first time at Mysa with Amanda as my injector. It was hands down THE Best experience and nothing at all like my first time getting Botox. She was very welcoming and explained everything very thoroughly. I felt extremely at ease and knew immediately by her detailed explanations that I was in good hands. She marked the spots on my face, explained what she was doing and why she was marking the area and made sure I knew how many units. Also, I am terrified of needles and she was super gentle and took her time. I cannot say it enough how comfortable her and the staff made me feel. Amanda is incredible!

DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS ‼️ I went to MySaMedSpa 10 months ago ( December 3 , 2023 ) excited for my first lip filler experience, but it turned out to be a horrible one. My injector completely botched my lips. They injected the fillers incorrectly, leaving me with swollen, lumpy, and hard lips that persisted for weeks, despite following all the proper aftercare measures. I returned a month later to address the issue, but the experience only got worse. Ryan, the injector and owner, made me wait over an hour for a consultation, which felt like an afterthought since it was free of charge. During the consultation, she dismissed my concerns, telling me my lips "didn’t look bad" despite the obvious issues I was facing. Even when I mentioned that friends with lip fillers had pointed out how off they looked, she gaslighted me, claiming they didn’t know what they were talking about. Ryan only attempted to fix one small area (my upper right lip where a lump was very noticeable), which did soften the lump slightly, but the problem was far from resolved. What's worse is that when I first reached out almost 3 weeks after getting the fillers, even her assistant acknowledged that my lips looked "migrated," which was the same feedback I received from friends. However, knowing my situation—being only 1 month post-filler and this being my first time—migration wasn’t the issue. The problem was that Ryan injected my lips incorrectly from the start. I also consulted with a couple of other injectors, and they all said my lips looked migrated. They were shocked to learn that my results came from just one syringe, especially for my first time. Most people thought I had multiple syringes done because of how bad and overfilled they looked. It took 6 months to start seeing any improvement in the lumps, and after 8 months, my lips were still uneven and lumpy. I ended up DMing them recently to let them know the problem was still active, and at first, they replied as if they were going to help resolve the issue, but they ended up ignoring me. That’s when I made the decision to not go back and find a new medspa. Thankfully, Kiss N Conceal in Dallas saved my confidence by dissolving the fillers properly. This experience with MysaMedSpa greatly affected my self-esteem, and I would never recommend them based on their poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. **update / Ryan did provide a refund after this review , but her handling of the situation was disappointing. She refused to take accountability for the poor results of my lip filler, stating she wasn’t at fault which is shocking because after getting my lips refilled by another injector, the difference is very clear. Instead of owning her mistake, she seems more concerned with protecting her image and worrying about "competitors." The focus in the beauty and esthetics industry should be about women supporting women, not deflecting blame . This entire situation revolved around one mistake that she refuses to own up to. Please work on gaining some business integrity. ALSO I NEVER PAID TO GET LIP FILLER AS A MODEL , IT WAS A HOLIDAY PROMO.

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and honestly it’s been the best place I’ve been to get Botox and fillers. Ryan explains everything to you and she is so honest with her recommendations. I have gone with my baby on multiple occasions and she’s super understanding and patient. If You’re in the Dallas area, go see Ryan and if you’re not, fly to Dallas and get your beauty procedures done! So worth it!!😍

I had been hesitant about getting filler for a while, but the owner Ryan was so informative and reassuring. She went over everything and took her time listening to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve. I love the fact that she won’t over do your face and is all about the safety of her clients. Definitely recommend going to Mysa Spa!

Omg Where do I start? OK how about how beautiful and clean this place is. It smells marvelous. Ryan, Is great the absolute best Knowledgeable patient and explained the before and after care So that I could get the most and best results.Great flexible schedule for my busy schedule. I was in and out on my lunch break. I got my lips done and Botox. I look great and I keep hearing how great I look I look more youthful and It was a great self-esteem boost She transformed me🥰 I can’t wait to come back

I had terrible at this spa. The customer service was utterly distasteful. No one greeted me when I arrived. I was overcharged for the service once I was taken into the back. They unwanted of my before and after Botox. I would never visit again! Run do not do it you’ll regret it.

The the owner appeared to not like people of color. I know she’s bleaching her skin but, I didn’t think that this would negatively effect the way I was serviced. My facial was painful. It appeared hyper pigmentation was worst after being serviced I will real esthetician.
