I booked a massage online last night and took the last slot for 10 am this morning. Bree was my therapist and she did an excellent job in her skills, professionalism and personality. I typically get a massage a couple times a month and this was hands down one of the best!! If you want relaxation, relieve tension and walk out with a boost to your spirits, book an appointment with Bree, you will be glad you did. 😊

This is absolutely the best massage experience ever!! Coming here and enjoy it is a must!!! Make sure you ask for Nelly she is the goddess and an angel!!! She is super professional and absolutely spot on!! She works on the te soon spots as she connects to your body in an impressive way! I had several massages before but never experienced something as great as here. We will be definitely coming back and please give Belly the chance to make you experience the best massage in life! Thanks for the absolutely gorgeous real is places where the vibes are are all about making you feel that you are al sit touching the sky!! 10 stars +

My sister and I got a very nice relaxing massage done by Jacquelyn. She did an amazing job and was very kind! I would recommend checking out this spa at Intercontinental Miami!

Not sure, why such high ratings. I had a decent experience. Service was pleasant but the Spa itself kind of sad looking. Sauna and steam, cold temperature. Akward silence in relaxation area and lockers, no relaxing background music. No snacks or tea, and price is quite higher for the area. As compared to Privai or Enliven Spas right next door, with nicer atmosphere and few healthy snacks coffee/tea

Did a 50-minute Swedish massage with hot stones and Aromatherapy. My appointment was at 10 am, upon arrival I wasn't offered a complimentary bubble as stated on my Groupon. I didn't mind it much since I don't drink. Still odd that they didn't even ask. The hot stone/ towels weren't hot enough and even though my masseuse Natalie apologized about it, it was still kind of a bummer. The aromatherapy was okay... I smelled the scent for like 5 minutes then the scent went away. The steam room was down... but I did enjoy the sauna. Me and my mom are guests at the hotel so the sauna, relaxation room, and showers were complimentary. Overall it was an average experience for me... The staff were all very nice and professional though! -- 20% Gratuity paid on arrival.

Completely blown away by Jacqueline and her massage. Hands down the best deep tissue I have ever gotten. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. Super accommodating. Devin was so sweet too. 10/10 would recommended and I’m coming back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa salon at Intercontinental Hotel. The facilities were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive. My massage therapist, Jacqueline, was amazing. She listened to my needs and preferences and tailored the massage accordingly. She applied the right amount of pressure and used soothing aromatherapy oils. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after the session. Highly recommended!

I had one of best deep tissue massage! It was just so perfect for me. Steam and dry sauna was good. They have relaxation room with teas and fruit waters. They have ‘drench shower’ room which… took forever for water to warm up and wasn’t very drenching. But! Their shower in the changing room was drenching and perfect! Bring some body lotion. They have shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo and shave cream. But no body lotion.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting mySpa for a much-needed pampering session, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from the moment I stepped through the door. I had a phenomenal Hydrafacial done and my face feels renewed, super hydrated and glowing! My esthetician Jacqueline was a true professional, showing both expertise and a genuine passion for skincare. She knew how to guide me in what my skin needed, I can't wait to go to Myspa again, I highly recommend it!

MySpa at Intercontinental Hotel was spectacular. The service and attention to detail was above and beyond. And Nelly, my massage therapist, was perfect! She provided a great deep tissue massage (minor upgrade from the original Groupon, but totally worth it), and I look forward to booking with her again in the future!

Vibe is relaxing. Host is friendly. Massage Therapist and Nail technician were professional. However, the nail polish used (non-gel) did not last the day and completely peeled off my nails before the day ended which was disappointing. Other than that, it was a perfect experience. I, especially, like that Valet is complimentary for 4 hours while at mySpa - a NICE perk to the experience!

When I arrive, at the spa they rush us through the paperwork… They didn’t even have any snacks for us to snack on while we waited for our service… Only offered us two mimosa to drink… They need to improve on more wise helping people be more comfortable, offering more snacks and drink’s and etc.

Wonderful experience. Caroline warmly welcomed me on arrival and I relaxed with a mimosa before my treatment and everything was explained clearly to me. I had the hydra facial which was amazing. I also enjoyed the spa facilities spending time in the sauna/steam room, outside pool and the relaxation lounge. There was a wide range of beauty and skincare products was available to purchase and I treated myself to a couple of products. A fabulous treat and the service was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived until I left. Would definitely recommend mySpa and hope to visit again.

“Wow,” is all I can say! I’ve been to some 5 star spas and nothing impressed me like the service at myspa! Everything from the booking process with the manager Jessica to my massage with Yenisel (and all the luxuries in between) was impeccable. I wish I loved my job as much as you can tell Jessica loves hers. She greeted me with a room stopping smile and instantly my serotonin levels increased. I knew I found a hidden gem. My massage with Yenisel was just perfect, from her technique and her energy, to the oils and hot stones. I can’t begin to express how polished this team is, how highly I recommend them and how grateful I am to be local so I can have myspa and all their amenities at my fingertips! Kudos to Jessica and Yenisel for giving me a new place to find pure serenity.

As a fellow massage therapist, finding a session that goes above and beyond your standards can be very difficult to come by. Jack did exactly that and then some , im still not sure how she got so much done in only 50 minutes! Best massage i have ever had , hands down !

I enjoyed my experience at the Intercontinental overall. My massage was great. The price point is a bit higher for the area and they didn’t have full amenities (jacuzzi) which are typically found in a spa like this. Also, there were not enough towels readily available in the locker room which was a bit inconvenient but the attendant came quickly to replenish. However once replenished the attendant did mention a rule of 1 towel per person which didn’t make any sense since you need a towel in the steam room (wet area), sauna and then shower and you can’t expect someone to use that dirty towel repeatedly.

I recently had the most wonderful experience at mySpa where I treated myself to a refreshing hydrafacial. Let me just say, it was an absolute treat for my skin and soul! The ambiance of the spa was serene and calming, creating the perfect environment to unwind and relax. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make my visit special. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the hydrafacial, which was performed by the most amazing esthetician, Jacqueline. Her expertise and gentle touch left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Throughout the treatment, she explained each step, ensuring I was comfortable and understood the benefits of the hydrofacial for my skin. The hydrofacial itself was a revelation! It left my skin looking radiant and feeling incredibly smooth. It was like a mini-vacation for my face, and I couldn't stop admiring the glow that it brought back to my complexion. I look forward to booking another facial with Jacqueline!

The staff have been amazing and the room is absolutely beautiful! I will be visiting/going to the spa, again when I visit Miami

The experience was very bad, I do not recommend it, I left more hurt and with bruises and also when I called his response was a thousand apologies but we cannot do anything, go to the doctor if the pain continues, call to see if I could reschedule the appointment due to such bad service but they only washed their hands and didn't give me any solution, they paid too much money and the service was terrible, sales with bruises and pain in your joints are very bad, never go away fue malísima la experiencia no la recomiendo salí mas dolida y con morados y además cuando llame su respuesta fue mil disculpas pero no podemos hacer nada valla al médico si le sigue el dolor ,llame para ver si podía re agendar la cita por ese servicio tan malo pero solo se lavaron las manos y no me dieron ninguna solución, se pago demasiado dinero y el servicio fue terrible, ventas con morados y dolor en tus articulaciones malísimo nunca vallan

Went for a massage, heard the whole construction noise while I was in the spa. The umbrella was broken. Horrible experience. I advised Caroline “the manager” she told me she was going to call me, still waiting for her phone call.

By far the worst manicure experience ever. The nail technician seemed very distracted and anxious, as if she was being chased by someone. She kept looking over my shoulder, giving anxious looks. This was while she was filing my nails, so she barely looked at my nails when she was filing them. I asked if everything was okay and if she needed to get some water, and she said that she was just tense with no further comment. I understand that she may have had a bad day, but her lack of professionalism was intolerable. Going into the salon and expecting to have a relaxing experience, I did not get the relaxing vibe at all! Not to mention, her mani service was the sloppiest one I have ever received! My six-year-old niece could better than that. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing (hesitating between some steps, putting the wrong base coat then correcting it, doing the worst cuticle job and polishing nails). She even asked if I WANTED the fan to dry my nails (I got a regular mani, not shellac). Even someone who doesn’t get their nails often would know that the fan is always provided to have the nails dried before leaving the salon. I should have said something to the nail technician or the manager while I was there, but frankly, I just wanted to get the hell out of that place. Oh, did I mention that I paid $90 including tip (20% gratuity is automatically applied)? Never coming back or recommending mySpa for nail services. FYI, the photo was taken right after I returned home before removing the polish.

Had a lovely experience with a full body hot stone deep tissue massage. My Massuese Marlin/Marilyn was phenomenal!! Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She checked in on the intensity as needed and was very thorough. I appreciated the use of essential oils & focus on helping me calm down since I was very stressed. I feel brand new. Thank you Marlin!!!🫶🏼

I had one request, I wanted a deep DEEP tissue massage. Christa said she got me and recommended Jacqueline (I hope I am spelling their names correctly.) The whole experience was amazing! My whole body felt lose and relaxed like I hit a reset button. Would definitely recommend.
