Navi is AMAZING! Not only is she great at communicating & accommodating, but she is wonderful at what she does. I got my eyebrows threaded and I appreciate her attention to detail. Before starting, we had a brief consultation to clarify what I wanted out of the service & the look I was hoping to achieve. I love that she didn't rush through the service and was still efficient with time. She also stopped after finishing the first brow to make sure I was happy with how it looked before moving on to the next one, which is something that stood out to me & shows how much she values client satisfaction. Her space was clean & welcoming and the service was relatively pain free. I can confidently say that my brows have not looked this good in sooooo long. We had great conversation and I'm so happy that after trying several threading salons over the past year, I have finally found my go-to brow lady in Indy! Thank you Navi!!! Go see her, I promise you won't regret it! P.S- her salon is located inside a gym. there is free parking if you drive around to the back

I went to Navi for eyebrow and upper lip threading and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had in the 16 years I’ve been getting threaded. She was so kind, gentle, thorough, made sure that I was comfortable and made sure I was happy with my results. I highly recommend going to Navi!

I started seeing Navi 6 months ago and she has completely transformed my skin. She works her magic with customized facials and peels and uses/recommends awesome products. I’m at an age where I could definitely resort to needles or more expensive treatments, so I’m happy to have found Navi first. She’s truly the best!

I’m from out of town, but while visiting Indy, I came across Mystic Beauty where I received my first facial! I couldn’t be happier with the results! Navi is a gem!! She is knowledgeable, genuine, and professional! Her shop is very clean, comfortable and relaxing! I look forward to returning to Indy, just for another facial by Navi!

I am in my 50s and have had regular facials for 25 or so years now. Navi is without a doubt the most expert and I’ve been a client for quite awhile. Because of her care, my skin tone looks better than it did in my 30s. She really listens and is honest about what she sees under the magnifier - if she thinks a certain treatment will not benefit you, she will tell you. She understands products and ingredients and what works and what doesn’t. She has a gift for listening without judgment and making you feel understood. She is a skin artisan!

Visited Navi while I was in town visiting a friend. She transformed my dull, dry skin to be glowy and hydrated in only 45 mins. She’s so kind and transparent about what she’s doing and doesn’t try to push product on you (though she has some great products available). She pays close attention to what’s in the products she uses. Highly recommend!

I had my first facial with Navi and it was beyond amazing! I left with my skin glowing and my eyebrows looking great. I have always struggled with my skin but she was so informative and really took to the time to understand my skin and explain to me what would be helpful for it going forward. I cannot wait to book another session. I would give this way more than 5 stars if I could :)

I wish I had found her sooner! I have been using musely skin care and after a reaction to retinol cream a week ago my skin was dry/ irritated. After the customized facial my skin is 100% better! Plus she is SO FRIENDLY and knowledgeable! Thank you Navi!
