Came the day before a wedding and asked for purple highlights and a haircut and Crista did such a beautiful job!!! She took her time and was very thoughtful about the best color to compliment my red hair!! I'm so so happy and got many compliments! I called that morning and they scheduled me in. When they had a cancellation, they followed up and got me in earlier.

Are you looking for a relax spot to do your hair? This place is awesome they first take care of you serve you a nice drink pay attention what you need they are very friendly it’s really nice to go there and get the hair that you desire they have been doing my hair for year and my hair is sooooooo healthy that I just love them so much . … and prices are beyond excellent they don’t over charge you they are just great I highly recommend this place for a great experience with your hair ..

I adore this place! The experience is serene and the outcome of the work is extraordinary! This is a hands-on, make- you-comfortable place. When I leave--having had a cut and color, I also feel as though I've had a spa experience!

I have been getting my hair cut here for over 10 years! Very sad that i will need to look for someone else in NC once i move, but honestly I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new look. Krista and Amy/Alex do an amazing job

I have been to a variety of salons in different states over many years, and Mystique Color Salon is the best I've experienced. The services I received were spot on and efficient. Crista is indeed a master colorist and stylist that appears to be from a cumulation of education, experience, and natural talent. And to top it, the atmosphere is relaxed and kind. I highly, highly recommend this salon

This place never fails to amaze me . They always do an amazing job I had my hair done here and I was pretty nervous because I have dark hair so I wasn’t sure if they could the color and they did perfect . Very happy with my hair I love this place !

Amy is my go to. This past weekend I tried something outside my comfort zone and I was so happy with the results. I had a bad experience at a different and Mystique Color Salon was my repair. Ask for Amy or Crista, they are awesome.

Crista did an amazing job on my hair! The salon was able to get me in last minute and she took such great care of my hair; She paid attention to details and went above and beyond to give me what I wanted out of the service. Will definitely use again.

I searched for a while to find a salon with the vibe and artistry I wanted. I moved things around in my schedule to make an appointment work for a new client cut and color with Mystique. The evening before my appointment my stylist, Alex called and asked me if I could come in earlier in the day. I called back and said I could come in as soon as I was done with a certification course I was taking, but I did not know the end time. I called them four and a half hours before my appointment saying I could come two hours sooner than I scheduled if that would help Alex. The person on the phone was rude and told me to keep my time after putting me on hold. I was shocked because I was trying to help out Alex with her scheduling problem. Then an hour later I find out my appointment is canceled because she is "not feeling well". Sounds suspect to me because she was asking me to come in earlier the day before and the next front desk person was all excuses when I called. I do not trust this place with my hair after how I was treated both times on the phone. Here is my advice to the company, don't schedule a client if it does not work for the stylist and don't make up stories of someone being ill to cover scheduling problems.

I went to Crista as a new client, I was so tired of my heavy long hair. Asked for a layered bob with bangs and fun temporary color. Thrilled with the result, great experience.

It was my first time to this salon. And I thought to myself boy it's going to be another disappointment. Well, I thought wrong. I went here bc I needed to correct a color that I've done to my own hair So, Alex helped me and she made me feel comfortable that I've ever been to any salon. Not only she took care of me but also did my hair that I was never had before. This is going to be my new place of hair salon to go too! And decent prices.

I’ll say this. Great place for coloring. However, don’t try anything new here, or get close to a pair of scissors. Wanted no length off, just some long layers. Which was addressed multiple times. Walked out with 4 inches cut off. Kinda cute when styled.. Choppy mess when not.. And besides that, no where close to what I wanted. Their way of “fixing it” was applying these extensions.. Do they look good to you? See the pictures below, the style I left with (no layers, just super short?), cut that I wanted, unstyled, and the extensions… Very upset with how it was handled as well. Stylist stated she basically “gave me what I asked for, end of discussion” Not professional by any means. Hair can give a lot of confidence, and when it’s ruined w/ no remorse.. That’s not how a business should be ran.

Mystique is a great Salon! My wife always gets her hair styled and colored for the seasons, and she is always satisfied. My whole family goes to them and enjoy how welcoming they are. They have appointments available and walk ins. Their communication is excellent! We all love how they always keep their salon peaceful and clean.

Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend fir hair cut and coloring. I came in the salon not knowing exactly what I needed in regards to my hair which was badly damaged. I left educated about my hair treatment and very satisfied with the choices recommended to me.

Went to this Salon with my daughter to have my hair colored and her hair colored TheySaid they were bleaching her hair before they colored it in certain areas and it looks like as the colors fading out like her hair was never even bleached On the other hand They decided to bleach my hair twice Because they couldn't get enough of my natural color out to get the shade I'd requested but I had said that I could go with a different shade they still bleached it twice not informing me they were bleaching it the second time until after the bleach was already inThis of courseDestroyed my hair. Instead of informing me. She made random statements about my hair being odd lengths ( which it wasn't when they started) then attempted to get my daughter to talk me into letting them cut 2 inches off my hair.... Obviously to cover some of the damage done. My hair is destroyed!!!!!

I went in last week after wanting a last-minute change. I was greeted on the phone so kindly and was booked the same day. I planned to do just a brown coloring and trim, but my girl Alexandra convinced me to do a little color. She did such an amazing job that I got teary eyed. She was so kind and we had an amazing conversation the whole time. They were even able to do my best friends birthday hair in the same day. I will absolutely always come here. Thank you so much for everything ❤️
