Chyna and staff are amazing! I highly recommend this place for all your self care, thisbwas my first time getting anything done (lip filler and IPL) and they all made me feel at ease and totally comfortable. I look forward to many more visits ♡

Rude!! I was on hold for 10 minutes then when they did answer I was put on hold again. The lady on the phone seemed so rude too all I wanted was to make an appointment for my TMJ and was hung up after not responding for 2 seconds because I needed to confirm my ride could take me that day. Honestly need to get better customer service was really looking forward to going here but never mind. Whoever’s in charge needs to listen to the call placed on 1/27/25 and use it as a bad example of customer service because what was that?

I went in for a prepaid Diamond Glow treatment on 1/8/2024, and the service itself was great! However, during checkout, I felt uncomfortable. While I was already purchasing a skincare product my aesthetician up-sold me on (which I’m satisfied with), the receptionist tried to book me for another service without my consent, confirming, or discussing the price. She simply asked, “What days work best for you to book your appointment?” I then had to tell her “what are you even booking me for? I don’t remember saying I ever wanted to book anything else.” This approach felt pushy and made me feel pressured, as if I was just a piece of meat. I hadn’t even had the chance to see the full results of my facial, so it felt premature to assume I wanted to book a follow-up. Also, when I called her out on it, she said that it’s recommended to follow up within four weeks to see the “full results.” Like I got a facial treatment, not a cosmetic procedure service So I don’t expect to see any type of significant results. As a consumer I suggest a more customer-focused approach to ensure clients feel valued and respected.

I’ve been coming to Mystique for over a year now and I am very happy each time. Few clinics are as nice as this place. Highly recommended.

First time there, I had the AMAZING Tricia give me an assessment and facial treatment. I am so happy with my results!! I’ve been to so many dermatologists and they were all set on selling skin care programs, products and treatments without confidently understanding and explaining what was happening with my skin. I’m super lucky to have met Tricia and, after 1 treatment only, I feel relief and comfortable with her care plan. I also saw an immediate improvement. I highly recommend to go to her as she is so knowledgeable and full of solutions!

I have to say I love my esthetician Tricia. She has helped me improve my skin. I have been coming here for about 2 years between the hydra facials and the diamond glow and the skin care products, I am able to keep aging away for a bit longer. They usually have specials if you keep an eye out for it and with Alle, you can get rewards back. I made a promise when I turned 40 to take better care of my skin, and Mystique Spa has helped me keep that promise.

Once again this was a wonderful experience at the mystique spa. Jenna is professional polite funny and very conversational in doing my procedure. They made me feel at ease and welcomed and valued as a customer and a client. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love going here. I live in Texas and will only ever come here to get lip filler. Abby is so good at what she does. She’s very professional and takes the time to hear me out about my lip concerns. She’s very honest with me and will tell me when she thinks I should get more/less lip filler. Not many people actually care about the patient enough to tell them when they should withhold. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism at every appointment. Thank you Abby.

Didn’t received what I expected. Went there for hydra facial more formality and upselling than actual service, the hydra facial I received was more of a chemical cleanse then actual using the machine to suction out and clearing the skin. Won’t recommend at all.

Mi carino (my darling girlfriend) is a loyal proud patron of the Mystique experience, in that this renowned medical spa provides a positive cosmetic study to continually maintain her confidence to recognize that her exterior beauty is justly such. However, what is extremely paramount, and shall always be, is the gorgeousness within her that is the true reality of possibility, no matter the circumstances. She was recently involved in an incident that was horrific, and to this moment she is staunchly proud of visiting, when she wants to maintain her disposition of visual beauty and unparalleled intelligence. I suppose what I am reviewing, is that she will return in the future, with much strength and the miraculous manuever that all hopes are possible when the driven force within her continues the motivation to embrace an attractive life yet to fully live.
