I've always had a great result with Balayage highligh and cuts, but especially with the addition of keratin hair treatment, I was able to discover a new world. Even though Sally always recommended keratin hair treatment, this is my first time of it, I'm glad more satisfaction and results than I could have imagined. Sally’s work always satisfied me. I would like to emphasize that I was especially satisfied with what she suggested.

Amber Kang is a miracle worker! She completely transformed my hair in October 2024 after another stylist’s botched color job. I walked in to see Amber with an embarrassing disaster of tri-colored tones but Amber skillfully corrected my purple-copper disaster in to a beautiful ash brown. Her expertise and talent are truly exceptional. If you're looking for a colorist who can deliver amazing results, I highly recommend Amber! I’ll also post a photo of an ash brown balayage with highlights from March 2023.

Sally did an oat blonde baby balayage for me and fixed the brassiness in my hair. The color came out much cooler than the example photo of what I wanted but she did a decent job color correcting and was super nice.

This review is for Sally. She’s great, I’ve gone two times for balayage and highlights. I have long thick hair so it’s not the easier to work with. My first visit took a while and was pricey. The second visit was a lot easier since she’d worked with my hair before and didn’t have to do the whole thing. She was really good about explaining everything the second visit. She went above and beyond to make sure the highlights blended well and even when I put my hair up in a pony tail, no spots were missed. She was so nice and gave me a conditioner for my hair too.

Kathy is the best hairstylist! She colored and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Alot of hairdressers usually don’t listen or they give bad advice but Kathy was honest and very informative. Really recommend her!

Worked with Sally Shin for an oat blonde balayage! Sally really took the time to understand my hair history and recommend steps to reach my goal color. Started with dark brown base hair with leftover old ombré and was able to achieve oat blonde balayage with 2 sessions after color correction. Due to the extensive steps, it was pricier for this session, but well worth the result. Took 7 hours in total which attests to Sally's attention to detail. Would recommend Sally -- she is a professional! Love love the result!!

I had my hair done by Sally at this salon and have to say she really understood what I wanted despite the language barrier. She gave me explanation of what she was doing and akways asked confirmation before acting on it, to see if that is what I had asked for. She is professional and kniws what shebis doing for sure. I am picky with my hair but I went outside happy. Strongly recommended
